44、驅吞吐移動式電點火系統(tǒng)是由連續(xù)鋼管電點火單元和連續(xù)鋼管測試單元兩個單元系統(tǒng)構成。用于油藏火驅電點火配套工藝。1.1、系統(tǒng)功能1.1.1、地面供電控制設備對井下點火裝備供電。1.1.2、連續(xù)鋼管電纜將輸電系統(tǒng)與電熱點火器組合的一體化等徑電加熱裝置,下井至目的層位,使該井段近井地帶溫度升高至油層可燃介質自燃點溫度以上。1.1.3、熱電偶及測量導線預制于連續(xù)管內,作業(yè)至油井測量段,把井下溫度、壓力,以直讀方式傳輸至數(shù)據(jù)錄取工控機。1.1.4、地層完全點燃后,在油井正壓、密封的裝態(tài)下。作業(yè)提出連續(xù)鋼管電纜點火器。1.2、主要特點:1.2.1、連續(xù)鋼管電纜電點火器的結構具有;連續(xù)、整體封閉,系統(tǒng)絕緣可靠

45、。1.2.2、點火器與供電電纜連續(xù)管等徑結構連接。便于井口安全作業(yè)時的高壓密封。1.2.3、連續(xù)管點火器可與雙管柱井口的生產(chǎn)管柱同時工作、自由下入、提出。移動施工、方便快捷。1.2.4、其加熱器耐高溫、耐腐蝕、耐高壓、連續(xù)可伸縮以及大功率加熱等特點2、連續(xù)管電點火供電控制系統(tǒng)主要參數(shù)2.1、電源主要技術性能參數(shù)2.1.1、 輸入:三相380V、50Hz2.1.2、 輸出: 額定功率150kVA 頻 率 50HZ 占空比 1932.1.3、主要控制保護功能: a、短路保護 b、散熱片過溫保護 c、過流保護(最大允許電流250A)。 d、斷路保護2.1.4、使用環(huán)境:溫度3050 濕度8

48、、技術要求3.3.1、連續(xù)鋼管焊接;嚴格按“焊接工藝書”所規(guī)定的工藝要求執(zhí)行。3.3.2、按技術要求做焊接有損檢驗、耐壓檢驗。3.4、注意事項3.4.1、連續(xù)管電纜在運輸、使用時嚴禁敲擊、碰撞。防止電纜損壞。3.4.2、連續(xù)管電纜在下井使用時,護管表面嚴禁粘附油污等可燃物,避免火焰上竄,高溫損壞電纜。4、 加熱器冷端規(guī)格、參數(shù)及技術要求4.1規(guī)格參數(shù)4.1.1、冷端護管材質:825耐熱鋼4.1.2、鋼管規(guī)格:25.4mmX2 ,4.1.3、長度:30m4.1.4、導體材料:TU2,單股兩芯、4.1.5、單根截面:35mm2,4.1.6、礦物填充絕緣,額定電壓:750V4.1.7、耐油、氣、水壓
