The first draft of the Local Transmission Plan document was

2、presented at the November 12, 2009 TRANSAC meeting and posted on the OASIS:Suggestions from various TRANSAC members and NorthWestern Energy personnel were received (verbally or electronically) and reviewed by NorthWestern Energy.The final red-lined version of the Local Transmission Plan (December 22

3、, 2009) reflects all accepted suggestions submitted by TRANSAC members and NorthWestern Energy personnel and shows the changes made to the document since the posting of the November 9th draft.The final clean version of the Local Transmission Plan was also posted on the OASIS December 22, 2009.Local

This marks the end of the first two-year system-wide local planning cycle. Much effort went

7、 into this plan and NorthWestern thanks the TRANSAC members who participated in the process. Both a clean copy and red-lined copy of the document are posted on our OASIS as well as the updated Attachment K Business Practice Links document. The red-lined copy of the document shows all accepted change

8、s since the November 12, 2009 TRANSAC meeting. Through this email, NorthWestern Energys Local Transmission Plan is being sent to regional and sub-regional entities, rural electric coops, the large customer group, Montana Consumer Council, the Montana Department of Commerce, the Montana Department of

9、 Environmental Quality/Governors Office, the Montana Public Service Commission, Northwest Power and Conservation Council, neighboring utilities and others.  This plan was designed to examine NorthWestern Energys system reliability under normal operating conditions, and all single and credible m

10、ultiple outage conditions. This study will be a benchmark for future biennial plans to be compared against.
