Water absorption machine 吸水機(jī)1. Inspect its appearance when getting from the warehouse, such as case, switch, power cable, base and float o

Take care of the working voice of machine at all times during water absorption operation. Stop it immediately after hearing beep voice or abnormal noise, an

21、序2.1目的： 為特殊、緊急情況提供程序準(zhǔn)則，保證控制過(guò)程符合規(guī)定要求。2.2職責(zé) 發(fā)生特殊情況的區(qū)域領(lǐng)導(dǎo)（現(xiàn)場(chǎng)職務(wù)最高者）負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)策劃、指揮，并報(bào)告上級(jí)主要負(fù)責(zé)人及相關(guān)部門，負(fù)責(zé)與其它部門的協(xié)調(diào)、調(diào)配。2.3工作程序2.3.1現(xiàn)場(chǎng)指揮 （1）現(xiàn)場(chǎng)臨時(shí)指揮：當(dāng)發(fā)生特殊緊急情況時(shí)，區(qū)域領(lǐng)導(dǎo)立即承擔(dān)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)指揮職能，根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況，布置人員分別通知有關(guān)部門和上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。 （2）在上一級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)趕到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)后，接替負(fù)責(zé)指揮，原臨時(shí)指揮者負(fù)責(zé)配合，報(bào)告情況，繼續(xù)參加現(xiàn)場(chǎng)處理工作。 2.3.2現(xiàn)場(chǎng)處理原則 （1）總指揮應(yīng)組織員工首先搶救傷病人員生命，在保證人員安全的情況下，盡可能減少財(cái)產(chǎn)損失和環(huán)境污染。 （2）注意保護(hù)

22、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，除公安、消防、醫(yī)務(wù)、主管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、在崗人員等，其余人員不得進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。 （3）避免私自接受媒體采訪，在未得到上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)指示前，不得擅自發(fā)表任何聲明，避免不必要的錯(cuò)誤傳播。 2.3.3配合事故的調(diào)查 （1）在公安機(jī)關(guān)、政府有關(guān)部門或上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)進(jìn)行事故調(diào)查時(shí)，有關(guān)人員應(yīng)如實(shí)反映事故真實(shí)情況，并提供證據(jù)。 （2）不要隨意散布影響正常調(diào)查的消息和議論。 （3）不得銷毀證據(jù)。 2.3.4編制事故報(bào)告 （1）由事發(fā)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的最高主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)負(fù)責(zé)編寫事故報(bào)告。 （2）報(bào)告內(nèi)容：時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、崗位、相關(guān)人員、事故原因、事故過(guò)程、造成的損失情況、教訓(xùn)、糾正措施。 （3）事故報(bào)告應(yīng)報(bào)公司最高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，由其確認(rèn)。涉及刑事犯罪的，由公

23、安部門處理。 （4）一般性事故，應(yīng)對(duì)所采取的糾正措施由主管部門進(jìn)行特別驗(yàn)證，以證明其確實(shí)有效。 （5）保存相關(guān)記錄和報(bào)告。 五、清潔作業(yè)程序Cleaning Service Procedures1. 24、le-plate, wax cleaning agent, bottom wax, adhesive tape, warning line, waxing machine, surface wax 洗地機(jī)、吸水機(jī)、榨水車、黃色告示牌、黑盤、白色布若干、臘拖、小鏟刀、地拖、雨鞋、隔板、洗蠟劑、底臘、膠帶、維護(hù)繩、打蠟機(jī)、表層蠟等。2) Procedures: 程序§         First completely clean the floor. 首先將地面完全清潔干凈。§  

25、;       Blend the wax-cleaning agent with hot clean water (proportioning according to different degree) and spread the mixture on the floor to be cleaned. 將熱水與洗蠟劑（依不同程度按不同比例配合）混合并均勻抹在將要清潔地地面上。§         After4-5 minutes use th

26、e floor-cleaning machine to clean completely and remove the old wax. 45分鐘后用洗地機(jī)完全的清潔地面并去除舊蠟。§         Use the water absorption machine to completely absorb spots of old wax remaining on the floor. 用吸水機(jī)將地面上殘余地舊蠟污點(diǎn)吸除。§      

27、;   Wipe the floor immediately with clean mop. 即刻用干凈拖把清潔地面。§         Clean once more with clean water, then clean off the floor by water absorption machine and mop. 再用清水清潔一便，然后使用吸水機(jī)和拖把將地面請(qǐng)干凈。§        

28、 When the floor becomes dry, pour and amount of bottom wax into the waxing machine, lie the waxing mop flat on the floor and move it left and right at an uniform. see, to spread the bottom wax evenly on the floor. 等地面干后，將一定量的底蠟倒入打臘機(jī)，在地面上平鋪蠟拖并均勻的向左向右有序的推動(dòng)將底蠟均勻的分部在地面上。§    

29、60;    When the bottom wax becomes dry, spread the surface wax and polishing wax on the floor in the same way as mentioned above.等底蠟干了以后，用上述相同底方法在地面上打上表層蠟和拋光蠟。§         Fill in the working record and statistic of detergent consumption 填寫工作記
