Owners to remit buyers agents at discharge port necessary sufficient funds to cover the port disbursements in advance prior to vessels call at discharging port and buyer will not be responsible for any delays arising out of owners failure to do so in time. 由業(yè)主/賣方在卸貨港委任買方提名的代理機(jī)構(gòu),并向其支

Title and Risk:一切權(quán)及風(fēng)險The title with respect to each shipment shall pass from Seller to Buyer when Seller receives payment of the proceeds from the opening bank through negotiating bank against the relative shipping documents.
