Getting up for an 8:00 a.m.報(bào)名參加一個(gè)你喜歡的培訓(xùn)班。早上八點(diǎn)就可以起床。class that you aren't excited about but have to take can be challenging. Getting up for a 9:00 a.m. class that you really love, however, can be a great way to start the day.
