14、its occurre nee.檢驗和收貨Insp ecti on and Acce ptance天內(nèi)，供應(yīng)商應(yīng)調(diào)查貨在收到貨物后，經(jīng)銷商應(yīng)及時檢查貨物確定是否有貨物短缺、瑕疵和損壞。經(jīng)銷商應(yīng) 在收到貨物后 天內(nèi)書面通知供應(yīng)商索賠。在收到通知后 物短缺、瑕疵和損壞的索賠，并通知經(jīng)銷商結(jié)果，如確認(rèn)存在貨物在交付時短缺、瑕 疵和損壞，供應(yīng)商應(yīng)予以更換。Promptly upon the receipt of a shipment of Products, Distributor shall examine the shi pment to determ ine whether any item o
