1、惡劣的服務(wù)投訴信 (Letter of Complaint)投訴信 即在日常生活中或商務(wù)活動(dòng)中對(duì)所遇到的困擾,態(tài)度,劣質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品等向?qū)Ψ交蛴嘘P(guān)單位提出投訴,抗議和改進(jìn)的建議。投訴信包括以下 三個(gè)部分 :1. 開頭 :自我介紹,說明投訴對(duì)象及內(nèi)容,表明本信的目的和要求。常用的表達(dá)法有:I am writing to you about which I received/bought I am going to compiain about I am sorry to have to return with this letter which I received/bought 2. 正文 :說明情
2、況,講清厲害,分析利弊。告訴對(duì)方你因此受到的傷害或不便,提出解決問題的建議,表明希望如何處理。常用的表達(dá)法有“When we checked ,we noticed When I took out of the bag and examined closely, I found When I unpacked and tried to use it, it did not work.In view of the inconvenience that it has caused, I feel you should If you can 'tgive me a satisfactory
