47、求，并做好有關(guān)部門監(jiān)督檢查的配合工作;4.3嚴(yán)格遵守甲方OA電能科技2004年度市場營銷方案中關(guān)于市場營銷 秩序維護及經(jīng)銷商行為約束方面的相關(guān)規(guī)定；4.4不得擅自生產(chǎn)、偽造甲方之產(chǎn)品, 并要協(xié)助甲方做好保護甲方專利、商標(biāo)等知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的工作；嚴(yán)守甲方的商 業(yè)秘密；4.5乙方必須安裝專用的通訊設(shè)備， 保持與甲方的持續(xù)溝通，及時反饋各 種市場營銷信息；4.6乙方印制各種針對甲方的宣傳資 料前必須呈甲方審核，并經(jīng)甲方書面許可后方能發(fā)布；4.7遵守甲方頒布的年度營銷方案、2.7 Party A shall not disclose theother third p arty.3. Obligations of Party B4.1 P arty B shall p rovide the legal and valid business license toP arty A and strictly abide by the industry standard and relevant laws and regulations of the country, and op erate under the laws.4.2 P arty B shall ma

With the guidance of Party A, Party B shallmake good settlement of the compiaint and relevant service app lication of the final users in the distribution area, and rendergood coordination to relevant department for supervision andinsp ect

51、ion.4.3 Party B shall strictly abide by the relevant regulations withrespect to the market order maintenance and binding on theactivity of the distributors as sp ecified in the 2004 Marketing Planof GUANGZHOU OA TECHNOLOGY COMP ANY l_IM ITED.4.4 P arty B shall not p roduce, counterfeit the p roducts

P arty B shall not disclose the commercial secrete to any other third p arty.4.5 Party B shall install special communication equipment tomaintain a good contact with Party A a

53、nd feed back various marketing information on time.4.6 P arty B shall submit all the advertising data involving P arty Ato P arty A for examination and app roval; and the advertising datashall only be issued with the app roval of P arty A.4.7 P arty B shall abide by the annual marketing pl an, clien
