37、鍵字時(shí)，該企業(yè)的網(wǎng)站鏈接便會(huì)出現(xiàn)在搜索界面的右側(cè)。Google 會(huì)按照用戶點(diǎn)擊該鏈接的次數(shù)收取廣告客戶相應(yīng)費(fèi)用。所有的Google AdWords 關(guān)鍵詞廣告會(huì)在全部的搜索結(jié)果頁(yè)面上循環(huán)出現(xiàn)，每頁(yè)最多8 個(gè)，不足8 個(gè)則客戶的廣告在每頁(yè)都出現(xiàn)；超過(guò)8 個(gè)，則按序循環(huán)出現(xiàn)。AdWords 右側(cè)的廣告排名由每次點(diǎn)擊費(fèi)用（CPC）和點(diǎn)擊率（CTR）共同決定，這意味著，單純提高最高每次點(diǎn)擊費(fèi)用（CPC）并不一定能使廣告排名靠前；而廣告展示次數(shù)多，但沒(méi)有點(diǎn)擊率也不能使廣告排名靠前。Google 廣告的這一做法是為了鼓勵(lì)廣告商制作質(zhì)量高的廣告。Google 的收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是每次點(diǎn)擊0.05-50 美元不等。同

40、就是出賣搜索技術(shù)，即搜索技術(shù)授權(quán)，買主是以雅虎、美國(guó)在線等為主的大型網(wǎng)站。強(qiáng)大的搜索技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)為Google 開(kāi)掘了利潤(rùn)的源泉，也開(kāi)辟了持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要途徑。當(dāng)然，搜索技術(shù)授權(quán)這一盈利模式存在一定的弊端，而且由于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，使得很多大型門(mén)戶網(wǎng)站對(duì)搜索領(lǐng)域虎視眈眈，轉(zhuǎn)而著手開(kāi)發(fā)自己的搜索技術(shù)。因此Google 在創(chuàng)立之初就意識(shí)到，搜索技術(shù)授權(quán)只能是一種權(quán)宜之計(jì)，無(wú)法維持網(wǎng)站的生存和發(fā)展需要，必須要找到穩(wěn)定可靠的盈利方式。Google 的盈利模式主要包括兩個(gè)部分：搜索技術(shù)授權(quán)和第 6 頁(yè)版權(quán)所有網(wǎng)絡(luò)廣告。Google 的網(wǎng)絡(luò)廣告模式又分為兩種：關(guān)鍵詞廣告（Adwords）和廣告聯(lián)盟（Adse

41、nse）（詳見(jiàn)附件二）。2006年，來(lái)自Google 網(wǎng)站的關(guān)鍵詞廣告（即Adwords）收入所占比重為60%，來(lái)自Google 廣告聯(lián)盟的（即Adsense）收入所占比重為39%。搜索技術(shù)授權(quán)收入所占比重為1%。Google Adwords 后臺(tái)，為什么又要設(shè)計(jì)出 4 種匹配模式呢？難道谷歌是有毛病嗎？顯然不是！ 谷歌后臺(tái)，對(duì)關(guān)鍵字的匹配模式分為四種：廣泛匹配，詞組匹配，完全模式和否定匹配。 這里，我簡(jiǎn)單扼要的解釋一下，這四種匹配有何區(qū)別：廣泛匹配意思是：與你所投的關(guān)鍵字相關(guān)的整個(gè)行業(yè)類的關(guān)鍵字都會(huì)自動(dòng)與你的廣告所匹配，比如說(shuō)，你投的關(guān)鍵字與健康類的，那么的話，你應(yīng)用廣泛匹配，當(dāng)用戶搜索醫(yī)療

42、類的關(guān)鍵字，你的廣告也有可能出現(xiàn)在搜索的結(jié)果當(dāng)中。詞組匹配就是說(shuō)，當(dāng)用戶搜索包括你關(guān)鍵字的長(zhǎng)尾關(guān)鍵字時(shí)，你的廣告有可能會(huì)展示出來(lái)。 完全匹配，這個(gè)就是非常精準(zhǔn)的，也就是說(shuō)，用戶唯有搜索你投的關(guān)鍵字才會(huì)出現(xiàn)你的廣告信息，其它與你關(guān)鍵字不相同的字絕不可能出現(xiàn)。 否定匹配，這個(gè)一般要與廣泛匹配運(yùn)用。其作用是用戶搜索某個(gè)關(guān)鍵字時(shí)，你的廣告絕對(duì)不 會(huì)出現(xiàn)！也就是限制了你不想要的客戶點(diǎn)擊你的廣告，從而節(jié)省廣告成本。外商投資企業(yè)需改變登記注冊(cè)事項(xiàng),應(yīng)當(dāng)及時(shí)辦理變更登記。變更項(xiàng)目應(yīng)在報(bào)經(jīng)原審批機(jī)關(guān)批準(zhǔn)后30天內(nèi)向登記主管機(jī)關(guān)申請(qǐng)辦理變更登記。improve, security prevention capac
