2、，其余5組大鼠同時(shí)皮下注射鹽酸腎上腺素，按0.9 mg/kg劑量，2次/d，2次給藥之間進(jìn)行1次冰水浸泡刺激，時(shí)間為5 min，處置后停食。18 h后用乙醚麻醉剖腹，腹主動(dòng)脈采血，作血液流變學(xué)檢測(cè)及凝血時(shí)間的測(cè)定。結(jié)果與血淤模型組比較，四物湯組和圣愈湯組的大鼠各切變率下的血液黏度均明顯降低（P0.05或P0.01或P0.001）；桃紅四物湯組在切變率1 s-1下的血液黏度降低有顯著性意義（P0.05）。與血淤模型組比較，圣愈湯組和桃紅四物湯組的血漿黏度明顯降低（P0.05）。與血淤模型組比較，桃紅四物湯組和膠艾湯組大鼠紅細(xì)胞聚集率均有明顯降低（P0.001）。與四物湯組比較，圣愈湯組、桃紅四物

3、湯組和膠艾湯組大鼠紅細(xì)胞聚集指數(shù)均有明顯降低（P0.05或P0.01），其中桃紅四物湯組和膠艾湯組大鼠的紅細(xì)胞聚集指數(shù)降低非常明顯（P0.01）。與血淤模型組比較，四物湯組、圣愈湯組和桃紅四物湯組大鼠紅細(xì)胞壓積均明顯降低（P0.05或P0.01）。與血淤模型組比較，四物湯組及其三個(gè)加味方的凝血時(shí)間均明顯延長（P0.01或P0.01）。結(jié)論 四物湯及其三個(gè)加味方作用于血淤模型均能顯示出一定活血作用，活血作用的強(qiáng)度因配伍而有所不同，四物湯配伍活血、益氣藥時(shí)的活血作用較強(qiáng)。提示方劑的效用與其所作用的對(duì)象的狀態(tài)有關(guān)。關(guān)鍵詞：四物湯；  加味方；  血淤模型；  實(shí)驗(yàn)研究F

6、Hydrochloride, dose was 0.9 mgs/kg, 2 times/d. The rats were ice water soaked as stimulation for 5 mins between 2 injections. Stop food after stimulation. After 18 h, cut the stomach by etherization. Get the blood from abdominal aorta to make examination of hemorheology and the measurement of the cl

7、otting time.ResultsCompared with the blood stasis model group, in the rats of group Siwu Tang and Shengyu Tang, the blood viscosity lowered obviously under the shear rate(P0.05 or P0.01 or P0.001); In Taohong Siwu group under shear rate 1 s-1, blood viscosity lower had very obvious meaning (P0.05).

8、Compared with the blood stasis model group, the rat's Erythrocyte aggregations rate of Taohong Siwu Tang and Jaoai group lowered obviously(P0.001). Compared with the group of Siwu Tang, Shengyu Tang group, Taohong Siwu group and Jaoai group's rats' erythrocyte aggreagation index numbers

9、all lowered obviously(P0.05 or P0.01). Among them, in the Taohong Siwu Tang and Jiaoai, the index number rats' Erythrocyte aggregation lowered very obviously(P0.01). Compared with the blood stasis model group, in the set of Siwu Tang, the set of Shengyu Tang Taohong Siwu, rats' H'crit al

10、l lowered obviously(P0.05 or P0.01). Compare with the blood stasis model set, the set of Siwu Tang and its additional prescriptions' clotting time all prolonged obviously(P0.01 or P0.01).ConclusionSiwu Tang and its additional prescriptions can all show certain function of promoting blood flow on

11、 blood stasis model. The power of the promoting blood flow function has the dissimilarity because of the compatibility. When Siwu Tang and its compatibility work on the promoting blood flow, benefiting vital energy, it has stronger function on promoting blood flows reminding, the effect of prescript

13、驗(yàn)通過四物湯及其三個(gè)加味方對(duì)大鼠血淤模型的藥效作用比較，探討中醫(yī)方證相關(guān)的特性。1  材料與方法1.1  材料雄性Wistar大鼠（n48），體重200220 g（購于醫(yī)科院動(dòng)物所）；熟地、白芍、當(dāng)歸、川芎、黃芪、人參、桃仁、紅花、艾葉、阿膠（購自北京同仁堂中藥店），四物湯、圣愈湯、桃紅四物湯、膠艾湯煎煮方法按文獻(xiàn)2，藥液置4冰箱保存?zhèn)溆?；鹽酸腎上腺素注射液（北京市永康制藥廠），乙醚（分析純，北京金星化工廠），肝素鈉注射液（中國江蘇常州生化千紅制藥有限公司）；全自動(dòng)血液流變儀、紅細(xì)胞變形與聚集儀（北京世帝科學(xué)儀器公司）。1.2  方法1.3  統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理各組實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS10.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析，以均值±標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差（±s）表示，組間差異的顯著性分析用q檢驗(yàn)。2  結(jié)果2.1  四物湯及其加味方對(duì)急性血淤模型大鼠血液黏度的影響結(jié)果見表1。從表1可以看出，與正常對(duì)照組比較，血淤證模型組大鼠各切變率下的血液黏度均顯著升高（P0.05或P0.
