17、2）：池壁外側(cè)土方下挖側(cè)壁破除底板破除破除的砼碎渣、鋼筋等清理 說明：考慮到施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)區(qū)域小，開挖的污水池壁外側(cè)的土方無法堆放在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，需隨挖隨運(yùn)至廠外，以免占用有限空間，影響后期施工。根據(jù)建設(shè)方提供的由東風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì)院設(shè)計(jì)的污水處理站改擴(kuò)建工程的施工藍(lán)圖結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際情況、再依據(jù)由項(xiàng)管方提供的地質(zhì)勘探報(bào)告。我單位就原污水池池體拆除分項(xiàng)工程進(jìn)行如下分析：在原污水池位置新建的MBR、水解酸化、預(yù)曝氣生化池基礎(chǔ)深度為：-2.1m淺于拆除的污水池（如下圖1）池底深度分別為： -7.000m和-3.75m。 我施工方考慮拆除方案如下：1、 清除原污水池沉淀物。用清水反復(fù)沖洗池壁、池底，確保池內(nèi)的污水（酸性、堿性或

18、油性）排除干凈，對(duì)新建后的砼無破壞。2、 對(duì)于-7.000m含油污水的隔油調(diào)節(jié)池內(nèi)的污水清理使用池壁底開孔，池壁外做積水坑，污水流入池外積水坑內(nèi)后進(jìn)行水泵抽排。3、 進(jìn)行原污水池壁拆除時(shí)，用機(jī)械啄木鳥拆除池壁至新建基礎(chǔ)-2.1m以下0.6m（-2.7m）。（附圖2）4、 用碎石土進(jìn)行新建基礎(chǔ)以下至原池底板位置分層回填并夯實(shí)。原污水池：深度超過4.5m(-4.5米) 3、 施工注意事項(xiàng) 對(duì)部分拆除的同一建筑物或構(gòu)筑物進(jìn)行拆除前，應(yīng)先對(duì)保留部分采取必要的加固措施禁止立體交叉方式拆房施工，砌體和簡(jiǎn)易結(jié)構(gòu)房屋等確需傾覆拆除的，傾覆物與相鄰建筑物構(gòu)筑物之間的距離必須達(dá)到被拆除物體高度的1.5倍以上。必須

19、采取相應(yīng)措施確保作業(yè)人員應(yīng)在穩(wěn)固的結(jié)構(gòu)上操作，被拆除的構(gòu)件應(yīng)有安全的放置場(chǎng)所，對(duì)只進(jìn)行部分拆除的建筑必須先將保留部分加固，再進(jìn)行分離拆除。施工中必須由專人負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)測(cè)被拆除建筑物的結(jié)構(gòu)狀態(tài)，并應(yīng)做好記錄，發(fā)現(xiàn)有不穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)的趨勢(shì)時(shí)，必須停止作業(yè)，采取有效措施，消除隱患。拆卸下來的各種材料應(yīng)及時(shí)清理，分類堆放，若無場(chǎng)地堆放，及時(shí)清運(yùn)場(chǎng)外，拆除施工應(yīng)分段進(jìn)行，不得垂直交叉作業(yè)，作業(yè)面的孔洞應(yīng)封閉。拆除橫梁時(shí)，應(yīng)確保其下落有效控制時(shí)，方可切斷兩端鋼筋，逐端緩慢放下，拆除柱子、墻體時(shí)，使用機(jī)械破拆即可，墻體倒塌方向由外向內(nèi)倒塌，為防止施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)灰塵滾滾，作業(yè)期間會(huì)有專人負(fù)責(zé)澆水降低其對(duì)周邊環(huán)境、空氣的污染。拆
