15、向業(yè)主提供（一）所規(guī)定的證明，保證有效地執(zhí)行合同，為此，業(yè)主和中國A公司在公布中標(biāo)者前，可要求投標(biāo)者更新其先前提供的資格證期材料。投標(biāo)者提供竹材料應(yīng)包括：（1）法律地位證明文件復(fù)本，注冊地及主要經(jīng)營場所。如果是合資公司，應(yīng)提供合資者的材料。（2）提供主要合同執(zhí)行人的笠格、經(jīng)歷證明材料.<3）填寫執(zhí)行合同計劃所需夜備。（4）填寫可能的分包人。（5）目前進(jìn)行中涉及投標(biāo)者的訴訟的情況。（6）建設(shè)構(gòu)想細(xì)節(jié)。（王）投標(biāo)者可更新資格證明申請,在投標(biāo)日親手交出。（六）由兩?；騼杉乙陨瞎窘M成的合資企業(yè)應(yīng)滿足以下條件：（1）標(biāo)書和投標(biāo)成功后的協(xié)議書對所有合資人都有法律約束力。（2）由所有合資人的授權(quán)簽字

16、人簽署并提交一份委托書，提名合資人中的一個為主辦人。<3）合資主辦人被授權(quán)承擔(dān)義務(wù)，代表任何一位或全體合資人接受指導(dǎo)。整個合同的執(zhí)行，包括款項(xiàng)支付僅由合貨主辦人辦理。（4）所有合資人根據(jù)合同條款對合同的執(zhí)行共同負(fù)責(zé)。這點(diǎn)聲明/僅要在上述委托書中，也要在標(biāo)書和協(xié)議（投標(biāo)成功時）中寫明。（5）隨同標(biāo)書應(yīng)有一份合資伙伴間協(xié)議的副本。（七）國內(nèi)投標(biāo)者、U外合作,合資投標(biāo)者申請取得7.5%的優(yōu)惠時，應(yīng)按二十九條的要求提供證明合乎標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的材料。四、投標(biāo)費(fèi)用投標(biāo)者承祖準(zhǔn)備和提交其標(biāo)書所需的全部費(fèi)用。無論投標(biāo)情況怎樣，業(yè)主和其代理人口國A公司都不負(fù)擔(dān)這些費(fèi)用。五、現(xiàn)場參觀（一）建議投標(biāo)者去工程現(xiàn)場參雙，以
