5、ired technical skills and converted them to practical application.舉例說明你怎樣獲得一種技能,并將其轉(zhuǎn)化為實(shí)踐。寶潔面試的八道題和若干建議收到好多師弟妹的信,無法一一回復(fù)?,F(xiàn)在把重要一點(diǎn)的信息寫下。(1面試的細(xì)節(jié)并不重要。寶潔公司招聘的特點(diǎn)是,大多數(shù)公司只是指派人力資源部的人去招聘,但在寶潔,是人力資源部配合別的部門去招聘。用人部門親自來選人,而非人力資源部作為代理來選人才。讓用人單位參與到挑選應(yīng)聘者的過程中去,避免了“不要人的選人,而用人的不參與”的怪圈。這是一個(gè)信號(hào)。你報(bào)了哪個(gè)部門,就要讓那個(gè)部門看上你,而不僅是hr看上你。
6、如是,你就要準(zhǔn)備一些東西。作為一個(gè)畢業(yè)生,你的舉止、禮儀很明顯不會(huì)太入流。索性,你就自然一些,是駱駝就不要羨慕蒼鷹的高遠(yuǎn),駱鈴一樣充滿魅力。外表永遠(yuǎn)只是表象,內(nèi)在的東西才是你的本質(zhì)。如果面試官只看重你的外表,你因此失敗,那恭喜你,那樣的公司不是什么好公司。所以,只要你把自己的內(nèi)在秀出來,就夠了。(2一定要認(rèn)識(shí)自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)是什么。不要強(qiáng)調(diào)自己什么職位,什么主席,什么長,什么書記。這些與你的真實(shí)能力一點(diǎn)關(guān)系都沒有。與被錄取也沒必然的聯(lián)系。真實(shí)能力是有思考的人,而不僅是能勞動(dòng)的人。陳述自己的社會(huì)經(jīng)歷時(shí),側(cè)重點(diǎn)應(yīng)該放在過程中的思考和收獲,而非做的事的量。沒有收獲的做事,就是勞動(dòng),無意義。(3永遠(yuǎn)不要吹牛
7、。沒做過主席就別說做過。不要以為你很聰明。事實(shí)上,能去寶潔的人,能面試你的人,自然比你有道行,自然有本事識(shí)別你的話的真假。回答問題時(shí),往往細(xì)節(jié)和小事更能體現(xiàn)出你的能力。(4踏實(shí)一些。說話時(shí)可以適當(dāng)神采飛揚(yáng)。但千萬不要高興過度得意忘形。也不要說你有足夠的能力勝任你所面試的工作。那就錯(cuò)了。實(shí)際的工作遠(yuǎn)非校園社團(tuán)活動(dòng)那么簡(jiǎn)單。如果不踏實(shí),你就可以等死了??梢哉f,我有足夠的信心,努力地學(xué)習(xí)公司的運(yùn)作和專業(yè)知識(shí),盡快地勝任工作。(5八道題的例子要準(zhǔn)備好,挖掘自己的經(jīng)歷,不要編造。八道題問的時(shí)候很細(xì),具體的數(shù)字都要精確到小數(shù)點(diǎn)后兩位。如果編造,那恭喜你,你可以被淘汰了。另外,例子要多準(zhǔn)備幾個(gè),不要雷同。八
8、道題在下面有列出來。我的答案去年和朋友想了幾天才想好。因?yàn)槊總€(gè)人不同,我的答案未必適合你,所以我不想列出來。(6寶潔的面試過程主要可以分為以下4大部分:第一,相互介紹并創(chuàng)造輕松交流氣氛,為面試的實(shí)質(zhì)階段進(jìn)行鋪墊。第二,交流信息。這是面試中的核心部分。一般面試人會(huì)按照既定8個(gè)問題提問,要求每一位應(yīng)試者能夠?qū)λ麄兯岢龅膯栴}作出一個(gè)實(shí)例的分析,而實(shí)例必須是在過去親自經(jīng)歷過的。這8個(gè)題由寶潔公司的高級(jí)人力資源專家設(shè)計(jì),無論您如實(shí)或編造回答,都能反應(yīng)您某一方面的能力。寶潔希望得到每個(gè)問題回答的細(xì)節(jié),高度的細(xì)節(jié)要求讓個(gè)別應(yīng)聘者感到不能適應(yīng),沒有豐富實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的應(yīng)聘者很難很好地回答這些問題。第三,討論的問題

10、種情形中你必須去尋找相關(guān)的信息,發(fā)現(xiàn)關(guān)鍵的問題并且自己決定依照一些步驟來獲得期望的結(jié)果。第四,請(qǐng)你舉1個(gè)例子說明你是怎樣通過事實(shí)來履行你對(duì)他人的承諾的。第五,請(qǐng)你舉1個(gè)例子,說明在完成1項(xiàng)重要任務(wù)時(shí),你是怎樣和他人進(jìn)行有效合作的。第六,請(qǐng)你舉1個(gè)例子,說明你的1個(gè)有創(chuàng)意的建議曾經(jīng)對(duì)1項(xiàng)計(jì)劃的成功起到了重要的作用。第七,請(qǐng)你舉1個(gè)具體的例子,說明你是怎樣對(duì)你所處的環(huán)境進(jìn)行1個(gè)評(píng)估,并且能將注意力集中于最重要的事情上以便獲得你所期望的結(jié)果。第八,請(qǐng)你舉1個(gè)具體的例子,說明你是怎樣學(xué)習(xí)1門技術(shù)并且怎樣將它用于實(shí)際工作中。根據(jù)以上幾個(gè)問題,面試時(shí)每一位面試官當(dāng)場(chǎng)在各自的“面試評(píng)估表”上打分:打分分為3
11、等:12 (能力不足,不符合職位要求;缺乏技巧,能力及知識(shí),35 (普通至超乎一般水準(zhǔn);符合職位要求;技巧、能力及知識(shí)水平良好,68(杰出應(yīng)聘者,超乎職位要求;技巧、能力及知識(shí)水平出眾。具體項(xiàng)目評(píng)分包括說服力/毅力評(píng)分、組織/計(jì)劃能力評(píng)分、群體合作能力評(píng)分等項(xiàng)目評(píng)分。在“面試評(píng)估表”的最后1頁有1項(xiàng)“是否推薦欄”,有3個(gè)結(jié)論供面試官選擇:拒絕、待選、接納。在寶潔公司的招聘體制下,聘用1個(gè)人,須經(jīng)所有面試經(jīng)理一致通過方可。若是幾位面試經(jīng)理一起面試應(yīng)聘人,在集體討論之后,最后的評(píng)估多采取1票否決制。任何1位面試官選擇了“拒絕”,該生都將從面試程序中被淘汰。我去年面試的時(shí)候,一面用的中文,二面用的全
