1、Teaching Plan for Reading, Unit5, Nelson Mandela-a modern heroElias story 礦區(qū)中學 王曉玲 指導老師:林明萍一、教學目標:1、知識目標:1)通過閱讀鞏固所學詞匯,能有條理地表達個人的見解和想法,從而提高讀和說的技能。2)提供了一些重要的歷史人物,要求學生讀懂每個人的基本情況,并判斷出他們是哪些偉大的人。3)通過閱讀,完成閱讀任務,理解伊萊亞斯的故事,了解南非黑人當時的生活狀況以及他們不平等的社會地位,發(fā)現(xiàn)Mandela的偉大之處。2、能力目標:1)通過閱讀文章,培養(yǎng)學生獨立思考問題的能力,并培養(yǎng)他們用客觀的眼光去看什么是

2、偉人的品質(zhì)。2)學習略讀、歸納等方法把握閱讀內(nèi)容,并結合自主學習、協(xié)作學習等方式來提高學生獲取信息和處理信息的能力。3、情感態(tài)度目標:1)誘導學生積極參與,在共同解決閱讀問題等任務的過程中,加強團體協(xié)作意識。 2)通過閱讀感知曼德拉的高貴品質(zhì),引導學生樹立正確的人生觀和價值觀。二、重點與難點:1. 教學重點:1)熟悉上節(jié)課所學知識,并能根據(jù)教師對人物特征的描述,快速反應出他們是誰。2)熟悉Reading部分生詞和短語,并能讀懂文章大意。3)通過閱讀文章,獨立思考和合作學習相結合,能在限定時間內(nèi)完成既定的閱讀任務。3)閱讀后,能夠總結出文章內(nèi)容,客觀推斷出曼德拉具有哪些偉大的品質(zhì)。2. 教學難點
