General DescriptionType CS pumps are single stage, double su

2、ction with horizontally split casings. They are suitable for pumping clean water or liquid similar to it in physical and chemical properties at a temperature not exceeding 80.Type CS pumps are adoptable in factories, mines, water works, power stations, hydraulic engineering, irrigation or drainage s

3、ervices in agriculture, etc.The nomenclature of the model is based on its size and characteristic. 4、S型泵均為順時(shí)針?lè)较蛐D(zhuǎn)。用戶如需要逆時(shí)針?lè)较蛐D(zhuǎn)的泵,必須在訂貨時(shí)特殊提出。CS型泵的主要零部件有:泵體、泵蓋、葉輪、軸、雙吸密封環(huán)、軸套、軸承部件與聯(lián)軸器部件等。除軸的材料為優(yōu)質(zhì)碳鋼外,其余主要零件為鑄鐵制成。泵殼制成水平中開(kāi),泵的吸入口與吐出口均鑄在下半部泵體上,泵蓋以螺尾錐銷定位,與泵體配合。檢查泵殼內(nèi)部時(shí),只要拆開(kāi)泵蓋,毋須拆卸進(jìn)出水管路。泵體的進(jìn)出水法蘭上,有安裝真空表與壓力表的管螺紋孔。在進(jìn)出水法蘭的底部有放水用的螺塞。葉輪經(jīng)過(guò)靜平衡校驗(yàn),用軸套與兩側(cè)軸套螺母固定在泵軸上,其軸向位置用軸套螺母進(jìn)行調(diào)整。葉輪設(shè)計(jì)成對(duì)稱,液體從兩測(cè)進(jìn)入葉輪,可以平衡軸向力,倘有剩余軸向力,則由軸端軸

5、承來(lái)承受。泵軸的兩側(cè)由軸承支承,軸承裝在軸承體內(nèi),用黃油潤(rùn)滑。泵以彈性聯(lián)軸器與電動(dòng)機(jī)直接聯(lián)接。如泵用皮帶傳動(dòng),必須另設(shè)支架支承皮帶輪。雙吸密封環(huán),以其與葉輪的間隙,來(lái)減少壓水室內(nèi)的液體漏回吸水室。密封環(huán)保護(hù)泵殼免于磨損,本身為易損零件,磨損后可以備件更換。軸封采用軟填料密封,為了冷卻潤(rùn)滑密封腔和防止空氣漏入泵內(nèi),在填料之間裝有填料環(huán),水泵工作時(shí)少量高壓水通過(guò)泵蓋中開(kāi)面上的梯形凹槽流入料腔,起水封作用。填料處液體的滲漏,以每分鐘10滴至20滴為適當(dāng)。CS型泵的進(jìn)水口徑小于300毫米(包括300毫米)或電動(dòng)機(jī)功率小于90千瓦時(shí),可配帶公共底座,訂貨時(shí)應(yīng)予以說(shuō)明。II. Construction V

6、iewed from the driving end, all the CS pumps are rotating in clockwise direction. Pumps of counter-clockwise rotation can only be supplied upon special request.The main components of CS pump are listed as follows: lower half casing, upper half casing, impeller, shaft, double suction sealing, shaft s

7、leeves, bearing housings and couplings.The volute casing is split on the horizontal centerline with the suction and discharge nozzle cast integral with the pump casing. The upper casing is accurately located on the lower half by the use of dowel pins. The upper casing can be removed to inspect the i

8、nterior of the pump without disturbing the pipe connections or pump alignment. The suction and discharge flanges contain tapped holes for vacuum and pressure gauge. At the bottom of the flanges, there are tapped plugs for water drainage.The impeller has been balanced statically. It is securely keyed

9、 to the shaft and adjusted to proper axial position by the shaft sleeves and external shaft nuts. The impeller is a double-suction enclosed type. It is hydraulically balanced by its inherent design. In case there is some slight residual thrust, it can be carried up by the bearing on the shaft end.Ea

10、ch pump shaft is provided with two roller bearing mounted in the bearing housings at both ends. They are single row, deep-groove type, being lubricated with grease.The flexible couplings connect the pump with the motor directly. For pumps driven by belt, there must be an intermediate bracket fitted

11、for supporting the belt pulley.The close running fit between the wearing rings and the impeller minimizes the leakage of water back into the suction part. The rings protect the casing from wearing and can be promptly replaced with the spare parts when they have been worn out.The shaft sleeves extend

12、 through the stuffing boxes. They protect the shaft from wearing. The sleeves can be renewable with the spare parts after worn out.The shaft seal is soft packing. The stuffing ring is fit between the packing in order to prevent air from leaking into the pump and to cool and lubricate sealing case, a

13、nd while the pump is working, a small amount of high-pressured water flows into the packing case through the concave notch on the pump cover to function as water seal. The appropriate leakage from the packing case is at 10 to 20 drops per minute. When the diameter of the suction nozzle is not larger

14、 than 300mm, or, the motor power is lower than 90kw/h, the pump set will be completed with common bedplate, which should be specified when an order is made. 三 裝配與拆卸1 裝配轉(zhuǎn)子部件:依次將葉輪、軸套、軸套螺母、填料套、填料環(huán)、填料壓蓋、擋水圈、軸承部件裝在泵軸上,并套上雙吸密封環(huán),然后裝上聯(lián)軸器;2 分別檢查轉(zhuǎn)子部件上葉輪的密封部件外圓,軸套外圓徑向跳動(dòng)應(yīng)不超過(guò)下表的規(guī)定:名義直徑50501201202502505005008008

15、001250跳動(dòng)量0.030.040.050.060.080.103 將轉(zhuǎn)子部件裝在泵體上,調(diào)整葉輪的軸向位置到兩側(cè)雙吸密封環(huán)的中間加以固定,將軸承體壓蓋由固定螺釘緊固。4 裝上填料、放好中開(kāi)面紙墊,蓋上泵蓋,擰緊螺尾錐銷后,擰緊泵蓋螺母,最后裝上填料壓蓋。但不要將填料壓得太緊,填料過(guò)緊會(huì)使軸套發(fā)熱,同時(shí)耗用功率大;也不要壓得太松,填料過(guò)松液體滲漏大,水泵效率降低,所以應(yīng)在運(yùn)行時(shí)予以調(diào)節(jié)。裝配完成后,用手轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)泵軸,沒(méi)有擦碰現(xiàn)象,轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)比較輕滑均勻即可。拆卸可按上述裝配順序相反地進(jìn)行。III. Assembly and Disassembly1. Assemble keys, impeller,

16、sleeves, sleeve nuts packing rings, and block water ring in order onto the pump shaft. Afterwards add the suction seal ring, and then the bearing part and coupling.2. Individually inspect the radial run-out of the excircle of both the impeller seal and the sleeve on the rotor part, which is not allo

Assemble the rotor part and studs onto the pump casing, and well install the bearing gland and tighten it with bolts, then you can adjust the axial position of the impeller with

18、shaft sleeve nuts up to middle flow passage of the pump casing and tighten it.4. Feed the packing into the packing box, place the paper lining, cover the pump, hammer the taper pin tightly with external thread. Screw the nuts on the pump cover and mount the packing gland. Tightness of the packing mu

19、st be suitable (if too tight, the shaft sleeve would be over heated, and more power would be consumed; if too loose, the leakage of liquid would occur from here, and thus would decrease the pump efficiency.)5. After finish assembling the pump, turn the rotor with hands, it should run flexible and sm

20、ooth without blocking and rubbing. That is OK! And then you can operate it freely.(Disassemble it according to the reverse order of assembling)四 安裝1 檢查水泵和電機(jī)應(yīng)無(wú)損壞;2 水泵的安裝首先要滿足裝置汽蝕余量NPSHa大于泵的必須汽蝕余量NPSHr,使泵在運(yùn)行時(shí)不發(fā)生汽蝕。基礎(chǔ)尺寸應(yīng)符合泵機(jī)組的安裝尺寸;3 安裝順序:(1) 將水泵放在埋有地腳螺栓的混凝土基礎(chǔ)上,用調(diào)整其間的楔形墊塊的方法校正水平,并適當(dāng)擰緊地腳螺栓,以防走動(dòng);(2) 在基礎(chǔ)與泵

21、底腳之間灌注混凝土;(3) 待混凝土干固后,擰緊地腳螺栓,并重新檢查水泵的水平度;(4) 校正電動(dòng)機(jī)軸與水泵軸的同心度,使兩軸成一直線,在兩聯(lián)軸器外圓上的不同心度允差為0.1毫米,端面間隙沿圓周的不均勻允差為0.3毫米(在聯(lián)接進(jìn)出水管路及試運(yùn)行后再分別校核一遍,仍應(yīng)符合上述要求);(5) 在檢查電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向與水泵轉(zhuǎn)向相一致后,裝上聯(lián)軸器的聯(lián)接柱銷;4 進(jìn)出水管路應(yīng)另設(shè)支撐,不得藉泵本體支撐;5 水泵與管路之間的結(jié)合面應(yīng)保證良好的氣密性,尤其是進(jìn)水管路必須保證嚴(yán)格的不漏氣,并且在裝置上無(wú)窩存空氣的可能;6 如水泵安裝在進(jìn)水水位以上時(shí),為了灌泵起動(dòng),一般可裝底閥,也可采用真空引水方法;7 水泵與出水

22、管路之間一般需裝閘和止回閥(揚(yáng)程小于20米的可不用)。止回閥裝在閘后面。以上所述的安裝方法是指不帶公共底座的水泵機(jī)組。對(duì)配帶公共底座的泵機(jī)組的安裝,只要調(diào)整底座與混凝土基礎(chǔ)之間的楔形墊鐵來(lái)校正泵機(jī)組的水平,然后于其間灌注混凝土。其安裝原則與要求和不配帶公共底座的泵機(jī)組安裝相同。IV. Installation1. Check whether the pump and the motor are in good condition.2. Make sure that the value of NPSH must be greater than the one that have been giv

23、en, and its foundation dimensions should be in conformity with the installation drawing.3. The steps of installation:(1) Place the pump on the concrete foundation where some foot bolt holes are pre-built, correct the horizontal and the coaxial degree between the pump shaft and the motor shaft by mea

24、ns of adjusting the wedge-shaped cushion, then fully pour the concrete into all the foot bolt holes.(2) After the concrete is solidified, again correct the coaxial degree in the excircles of the two couplings, the tolerance is not more than 0.1mm, the tolerance of the inhomogeneous degree of the cle

25、arance between two end faces along the circle is 0.3mm, Re-exam the precision after tightening the foot nuts, finally, pour concrete fully under the foot of the pump and the motor except the around of the wedge shaped cushion.(3) After check the rotary direction of the motor that is now in keeping w

26、ith that of the pump, you can install the connecting parallel pin of the coupling.4. A bracket instead of the pump casing should support the inlet pipe and outlet pipe.5. The combination between the pump and the pipe must be kept good sealing, especially no leakage of air occurs from the inlet pipe

27、and no air possibly remained in it in the cause of installation.6. If the pump is installed above the suction water level. It should be equipped foot valve for pouring water and driving and it also can suck water by a vacuum pump. All the above-mentioned methods and requirements are suitable for the

28、 pump set without common bedplate; for the pump set with common bedplate, you can also refer to the above mention methods.五、起動(dòng)、停止和運(yùn)行1 起動(dòng)與停止:(1) 起動(dòng)前,轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)泵機(jī)組轉(zhuǎn)子應(yīng)該輕滑均勻;(2) 關(guān)閉出水閘閥,灌泵(如無(wú)底閥則用真空泵抽空氣引水),要保證泵內(nèi)充滿水,無(wú)空氣窩存;(3) 如果泵上裝有真空表或壓力表,要關(guān)閉其與泵連接管路上的旋塞再起動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī),待轉(zhuǎn)速正常后再打開(kāi);然后逐漸打開(kāi)出水閘閥,如流量過(guò)大,可以適當(dāng)?shù)仃P(guān)閉閘閥進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),盡量使泵運(yùn)行工況接近泵的設(shè)

29、計(jì)點(diǎn)。(4) 均勻地?cái)Q緊填料壓蓋上的壓緊螺母,使液體呈滴狀流出,同時(shí)注意填料腔處的溫升;(5) 當(dāng)停止水泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),要先關(guān)閉真空表及壓力表的旋塞和出水管路上的閘閥,然后切斷電動(dòng)機(jī)電源。當(dāng)所處環(huán)境溫度低于0時(shí),則應(yīng)將泵體下部的四方螺塞打開(kāi),去掉剩水,以免凍裂;(6) 長(zhǎng)期停止使用時(shí),應(yīng)拆開(kāi)水泵,將零件上的水擦開(kāi),在加工表面涂上防銹油保管好。2 運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn):(1) 水泵軸承最高溫度不應(yīng)超過(guò)75;(2) 潤(rùn)滑軸承用的鈣基黃油的數(shù)量以占軸承體空間的1/31/2為宜;(3) 填料磨損時(shí)可適當(dāng)壓緊填料壓蓋,若磨損過(guò)多應(yīng)予以更換;(4) 定期檢查彈性聯(lián)軸器部件,注意泵和電機(jī)軸承溫升;(5) 運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程中,如發(fā)現(xiàn)噪聲或

30、其他不正常的聲音時(shí),應(yīng)立即停車,檢查原因,加以消除;(6) 不得任意提高泵的轉(zhuǎn)速,但可降低轉(zhuǎn)速,如本型泵額定轉(zhuǎn)速n,流量Q,揚(yáng)程H,功率N,倘若降低轉(zhuǎn)速為n1,則流量為Q1,揚(yáng)程為H1,功率為N1,其相互關(guān)系可用下列公式換算:Q1= Q()、 H1= H、 N1= NV. Starting Stopping and OperationStarting and stopping:1. Before starting, turn the rotor, it should run flexible.2. Close the discharge valve, pour water into the p

31、ump (if no foot valve, use a vacuum pump for sucking water instead). Be sure the pump is full of water and no air remained in it.3. If there is a vacuum gauge installed on the pump, the cocks on the pipes should be turned off. Then start the motor. It is not allowed to turn on the discharge valve un

32、til the running speed is normal, and then open gradually the brake valve until the sucked water of the two sides reach balancing.4. Screw properly the nuts on the packing gland so as to minimize the leakage of liquid as little as possible, at the same time, pay attention to the temperature rise of t

33、he packing case. 5. Before stopping the pump, first turn off the cocks of the vacuum gauge and manometer and the brake valve on the discharge pipe. If the ambient temperature is low, the coach under the pump casing should be loosened to drain away the rest water so as to keep the pump casing from be

34、ing split by frost.6. If it will not be used for a long time, the pump must be disconnected and all the parts should be kept dry, and smeared on the machining face with rust-proof grease oil.Running:1. The temperature of the pump bearing should not exceed 75.2. The suitable amount of the good Ca-bas

35、ed grease used to lubricate the bearing occupies 1/3 to 1/2 space of the bearing body, and it should be changed periodically.3. When the packing became worn, tighten the packing gland properly or change it if it is necessary.4. Check the flexible coupling part, be watchful to the temperature rise of

36、 motor bearing. 5. During operation, if any noise or abnormal sounds are heard, stop the pump immediately, and find out the cause, then clear up.6. It is not allowed to increase the running speed wantonly, but you can decrease the running speed of the pump for the purpose of working. The performance

37、 parameters of the pump changes as the following. 38、清除淤塞;清洗葉輪;增加轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)。4泵流量減少或揚(yáng)程下降。葉輪或管路阻塞;密封環(huán)或葉輪磨損嚴(yán)重;轉(zhuǎn)速低于規(guī)定值。清洗葉輪或管路;更換損壞的零件;調(diào)整到額定轉(zhuǎn)速。5泵消耗的功率過(guò)大。填料壓得太緊;葉輪與雙吸密封環(huán)磨損;流量過(guò)大。擰松填料壓蓋;消除機(jī)械磨擦;關(guān)小出水閘閥。6泵內(nèi)聲音反常,吸不上水。吸水高度過(guò)高;吸水管漏氣;流量過(guò)大,發(fā)生汽蝕。減少吸水高度;堵塞漏氣處;調(diào)節(jié)出水閘閥在規(guī)定工況用。7泵振動(dòng)厲害泵發(fā)生汽蝕;葉輪不平衡;泵與電機(jī)不同心;地腳螺栓松動(dòng)。消除氣蝕;葉輪校平衡;校泵與電機(jī)的同軸度;擰緊地腳螺栓。8軸承過(guò)熱潤(rùn)滑油不足或過(guò)多,或變質(zhì);泵與電機(jī)軸不同心。檢查油量,清洗軸承并換油;校泵軸與電

39、機(jī)的同軸度。VI. Trouble, Cause and RemedyTroubleCauseRemedyAfter the pump starts, no water is sucked in, and the pointers of vacuum gauge and manometer beat heavily.The water poured into the pump is not enough.Leakage of air is found the suction pipe.Pour water into the pump again.Block the leaking place.

40、The pump doesnt suck any water, but high vacuum is indicated on the vacuum gauge.The foot valve is not opened.The resistance of suction is too high.The suction head is too high.Open or renew the foot valves.Clean or renew the suction pipe.Make the suction head lower.No water is pumped out, but high pressure is shown on the outlet manometer.The rotary direction is not right.The suction resistance is too high.The impeller flow channel is clogged.The number of revolutions is inadequate.Change the rotary direction.Check the length of the pipe.Clean the impeller.Increase
