2、多種運(yùn)動(dòng)的基本知識(shí)、基本技術(shù)和基本技能，一方面為大二專項(xiàng)課程打基礎(chǔ)，更重要的是通過(guò)對(duì)學(xué)生施加有針對(duì)性地訓(xùn)練，能夠全面地提高學(xué)生的運(yùn)動(dòng)素質(zhì)、拓展生存技能、提高心理素質(zhì)、豐富高校體育的課程體系。目前，我校的基礎(chǔ)體育課程在全國(guó)是非常有特點(diǎn)的，特別是在第二學(xué)期安排的場(chǎng)地障礙拓展課程，經(jīng)過(guò)多年的探索與教學(xué)實(shí)踐，能夠成功地把部分軍事體育項(xiàng)目和心理拓展內(nèi)容與高校體育課程相結(jié)合，在高校開(kāi)創(chuàng)了非常具有特色的教學(xué)模式，為高校體育課程的發(fā)展方向提供了嶄新的思路與模式，為更好地通過(guò)體育教學(xué)實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育做出了積極的貢獻(xiàn)。According to the arrangement of our Sports departm

8、on先修課程：Preparatory Courses：大學(xué)二年級(jí)體育課程為必修課程，開(kāi)設(shè)的課程是專項(xiàng)體育課程，在兩個(gè)學(xué)期中學(xué)生專修一項(xiàng)體育課程，培養(yǎng)一項(xiàng)較為突出的體育特長(zhǎng)。主要進(jìn)行專項(xiàng)知識(shí)、專項(xiàng)技術(shù)、專項(xiàng)技能等方面的教學(xué)。目前開(kāi)設(shè)的課程主要有女子武術(shù)、男子籃球、女子籃球、男子排球、女子排球、男子足球、藝術(shù)體操、女子健美操、女子乒乓球、體育舞蹈、保健課、綜合健身等課程。保健課是為部分不能上正常體育課學(xué)生開(kāi)設(shè)的，主要指通過(guò)醫(yī)生診斷具有各種不適于劇烈運(yùn)動(dòng)的疾病等。Physical education courses for second year students are compulsory co
