6、導(dǎo)老師們能給我這個與學(xué)弟學(xué)妹們交流的機會。我想，今天的演講與其說是事跡報告，不如說是一次分享，通過這個機會和各位分享我的大學(xué)四年，也希望各位能從我的報告中有所收獲，有所感悟。我自幼熱愛生命科學(xué)，在高中時曾獲得全國中學(xué)生生物學(xué)聯(lián)賽一等獎，從而有機會保送到美麗的廈門大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)深造。在本科階段的學(xué)習(xí)中，興趣是督促我求知的源泉。四年中，我不但以優(yōu)異的成績完成了專業(yè)課的學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)，同時根據(jù)自身興趣，積極選修了一系列專業(yè)方向性課程。作為一名理工科學(xué)生，要想真正研究科學(xué)首先要掌握科研的基礎(chǔ)手段。為此，我在大二時就加入了化學(xué)化工學(xué)院盧英華教授的課題組，作為隊長獨立承擔了兩項課題，同時參與了其他幾項課題的部分工作。

7、有過實驗經(jīng)歷的同學(xué)都知道，生物方向的研究往往需要的不只是腦力，更是體力勞動。大二時，我小組所承擔的項目“海洋生物質(zhì)能資源物種篩選與培育”順利申請到了全國大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)新性實驗計劃項目。為了這個項目，在半年多的時間里，我們曾跑遍了廈門的各類生態(tài)保護區(qū)取樣，經(jīng)過無數(shù)個通宵達旦的努力，我所帶領(lǐng)的課題小組在老師的指導(dǎo)下，成功篩選到一株實用性非常強的菌株，在對菌株進行了一系列理化性質(zhì)分析后撰寫出相關(guān)論文，順利完成了課題研究。盡管緊張的實驗安排占據(jù)了我大部分的課余時間，但作為一名共產(chǎn)黨員，我自大一起就積極投身學(xué)生工作。大一時擔任09級生物工程班團支書，大二大三時連續(xù)擔任化學(xué)化工學(xué)院化工系團總支書記，與此同時

9、也是對我影響最為深遠的一年。在承擔著繁重的課業(yè)壓力以及工作壓力的同時，我參加了第八屆“挑戰(zhàn)杯”全國大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)計劃競賽。創(chuàng)業(yè)計劃競賽，顧名思義，就是在大學(xué)生自行尋找項目創(chuàng)業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)上，模擬一個公司由初創(chuàng)到最終上市的全部過程。為了更為專業(yè)的完成這個比賽，去年十月，我?guī)е椖颗c來自統(tǒng)計、會計、財政、企業(yè)管理等專業(yè)的8名同學(xué)一起組隊，開始了漫長的“挑戰(zhàn)杯”征程。一年多來，我們在已有技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上，深入市場調(diào)研，與行業(yè)資深專家進行深入訪談，了解行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀，把握行業(yè)發(fā)展動向。最終為公司制定了最適合行業(yè)發(fā)展的經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略以及完善的財務(wù)分析管理系統(tǒng)。一路上，我們共同克服了種種困難，歷經(jīng)了校賽、省賽等等環(huán)節(jié)的磨練，最終，于

10、不久前，在同濟大學(xué)舉辦的全國總決賽上，為廈大捧回了金獎，為母校續(xù)寫了在“挑戰(zhàn)杯”系列賽事歷史上的輝煌。其實說實話，我們這一路走來并不順利，不夠高精尖的項目、不夠吸引人的展示，外加上臨場的意外，使我們的團隊在校決賽的競技臺上只拿到了銀獎。這種失利對我們來說無異于當頭棒喝，讓我們從頭開始分析方案設(shè)計上的問題。不同于之前所參加的任何一個比賽，“挑戰(zhàn)杯”所要面對的評委不是來自高校的教授，而是來自社會的風(fēng)險投資家。他們不會去評價你的技術(shù)夠不夠尖端，你的財務(wù)指標夠不夠漂亮，而是會帶著職業(yè)敏感性去分析你的戰(zhàn)略是否實際，你的項目規(guī)劃可否使他們盈利。要想真正的從校園步入社會，僅僅靠書本知識和網(wǎng)絡(luò)材料遠是不夠的。

11、為此，我們花費了大量的時間走訪了行內(nèi)企業(yè)老總、技術(shù)總監(jiān)、啤酒釀造師，甚至是銷售代表。他們豐富的實務(wù)經(jīng)驗讓我們更深刻的了解了行業(yè)的運作情況，也讓我們逐漸意識到：課本所提供的理論模型僅僅只是整理思路的工具，而不能死板套用，最后要呈現(xiàn)給評委的則務(wù)必是經(jīng)過理論與實際有機整合獲得有效內(nèi)容。一百九十五封群郵件，記錄著我們一路走來的點滴。一百九十七頁的文稿，每一個都凝聚著我們的心血。一年零一個月又十二天，我們這群人聚在一起，始終為同一個目標奮斗著。如果說，在最初的日子里，或許還有些功利思想作為動力，但當真正開始這樣一段征程時，憑借的只能是一個團隊初生牛犢不怕虎的拼勁和不到樓蘭終不還的堅持。說實話，這個比賽不
