9、也是對(duì)我影響最為深遠(yuǎn)的一年。在承擔(dān)著繁重的課業(yè)壓力以及工作壓力的同時(shí)，我參加了第八屆“挑戰(zhàn)杯”全國(guó)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)計(jì)劃競(jìng)賽。創(chuàng)業(yè)計(jì)劃競(jìng)賽，顧名思義，就是在大學(xué)生自行尋找項(xiàng)目創(chuàng)業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)上，模擬一個(gè)公司由初創(chuàng)到最終上市的全部過(guò)程。為了更為專(zhuān)業(yè)的完成這個(gè)比賽，去年十月，我?guī)е?xiàng)目與來(lái)自統(tǒng)計(jì)、會(huì)計(jì)、財(cái)政、企業(yè)管理等專(zhuān)業(yè)的8名同學(xué)一起組隊(duì)，開(kāi)始了漫長(zhǎng)的“挑戰(zhàn)杯”征程。一年多來(lái)，我們?cè)谝延屑夹g(shù)基礎(chǔ)上，深入市場(chǎng)調(diào)研，與行業(yè)資深專(zhuān)家進(jìn)行深入訪談，了解行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀，把握行業(yè)發(fā)展動(dòng)向。最終為公司制定了最適合行業(yè)發(fā)展的經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略以及完善的財(cái)務(wù)分析管理系統(tǒng)。一路上，我們共同克服了種種困難，歷經(jīng)了校賽、省賽等等環(huán)節(jié)的磨練，最終，于

10、不久前，在同濟(jì)大學(xué)舉辦的全國(guó)總決賽上，為廈大捧回了金獎(jiǎng)，為母校續(xù)寫(xiě)了在“挑戰(zhàn)杯”系列賽事歷史上的輝煌。其實(shí)說(shuō)實(shí)話，我們這一路走來(lái)并不順利，不夠高精尖的項(xiàng)目、不夠吸引人的展示，外加上臨場(chǎng)的意外，使我們的團(tuán)隊(duì)在校決賽的競(jìng)技臺(tái)上只拿到了銀獎(jiǎng)。這種失利對(duì)我們來(lái)說(shuō)無(wú)異于當(dāng)頭棒喝，讓我們從頭開(kāi)始分析方案設(shè)計(jì)上的問(wèn)題。不同于之前所參加的任何一個(gè)比賽，“挑戰(zhàn)杯”所要面對(duì)的評(píng)委不是來(lái)自高校的教授，而是來(lái)自社會(huì)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資家。他們不會(huì)去評(píng)價(jià)你的技術(shù)夠不夠尖端，你的財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)夠不夠漂亮，而是會(huì)帶著職業(yè)敏感性去分析你的戰(zhàn)略是否實(shí)際，你的項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃可否使他們盈利。要想真正的從校園步入社會(huì)，僅僅靠書(shū)本知識(shí)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)材料遠(yuǎn)是不夠的。
