Installation procedure 安裝過(guò)程 Following major components should be installed during the procedure: 過(guò)程中主要安裝以下主要部件： -Anchor Bracket 支撐架 -Track roll

5、er 滾輪 -Lifting cylinder 頂升缸 -Hydraulic cylinder 伸縮缸 -Control Console 控制臺(tái) These components should be installed successively. 應(yīng)依次安裝上列組件。 2.1. Preparation before installation 安裝前準(zhǔn)備 Check the equipment components、installation bolt, etc. 清點(diǎn)各設(shè)備組件、安裝螺栓等。 Lifting equipments shall be prepared according to li

6、fting procedure. 根據(jù)吊裝工藝要求準(zhǔn)備好吊裝設(shè)備。 Ensure all lifting items are certified. 保證所有吊具合格。 Ensure sufficient lay down and access areas for all aspects of installation. 保證安裝位置各個(gè)方向均有足夠的下放及通道區(qū)域。 Move all obstacles from the area. 清除工作區(qū)域的障礙物。 Protect all unconnected electrical cable with suitable tape and label

7、. 用膠帶及標(biāo)簽固定好電纜。 Protect hydraulic pipe work with unconnected ends by sealing the ends to preventthe ingress of foreign contaminants. All temporarily disconnected cables and hoses to be tied back securely. Any cutting or removal of cable / hose supports should be re-instated after completion of instal

8、lation。 密封好液壓管路的端口，以防進(jìn)入臟物，所以臨時(shí)未固定的電纜及軟管應(yīng)固定好，直至設(shè)備安裝完畢才能解除固定。 Protect paintwork from scuffing of ropes, slings, etc, with padding.Use pad pieces,spreaders and packing as required。 保護(hù)設(shè)備表層油漆，防止與繩索等擦碰產(chǎn)生磨損。 A visual inspection of the equipment shall be performed prior to any installation. This inspection

9、will verify proper assembly and integrity of all equipment. All pieces of equipment installed above 6 feet (1.8 meters) in height shall also be inspected for proper secondary retention of all fasteners. 設(shè)備安裝前應(yīng)進(jìn)行外觀檢查，用以確認(rèn)設(shè)備裝配情況及完整性。所有安裝高度在6 feet (1.8m)以上的設(shè)備必須檢查2.2. Lifting procedure 吊裝過(guò)程 . Lifting Eq

10、uipment Required: 吊裝設(shè)備要求： Track roller minimum capacity: 540kg each Lift cylinders minimum capacity: 150 kg each Anchor bracket minimum capacity: 250 kg each Hydraulic cylinders minimum capacity: 100 kg each Console minimum capacity: 150 kg . Particular process of lifting see the lifting procedure.

11、具體的吊裝過(guò)程見(jiàn)吊裝工藝。2.3. Install Anchor Bracket 安裝支承架 Lift the Anchor bracket onto the rail the 4 corners, Make sure grease was bestrewed on the rail, And both side space between the side plate and rail is no more than 6mm.(see Figure A). 將支撐架吊到軌道的四個(gè)角上。保證軌道上涂好潤(rùn)滑油脂。安裝時(shí)保證支撐架兩側(cè)邊板與軌道的間距不大于6mm(見(jiàn)圖A)。 2.4. Instal

12、l Pressure Intensifier 安裝增壓器 Install the Pressure Intensifier on the Drill Floor Frame by 8-90U blot and 8-M12 nut, make sure the Pressure Intensifier without Throttle Valve side was the outside of the Drill Floor(see Figure A). 用8個(gè)M12螺栓、螺母將增壓器安裝到鉆臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)上，保證增壓器沒(méi)有節(jié)流閥的一側(cè)朝向鉆臺(tái)舷外(見(jiàn)圖A)。 Figure A 2.5. 13、 block 安裝閥塊 Install the block on the Drill Floor Frame by 20-M12x30 bolt and washer, make sure the block surface with hole was the outside of the Drill Floor, make sure the Pressure Intensifier without Throttle Valve side was the outside of the Drill Floor(see Figure B). 用20個(gè)M12x30的螺栓及M12墊片將閥塊安裝到鉆臺(tái)結(jié)

14、構(gòu)上，保證閥塊帶孔的一面朝向鉆臺(tái)舷外。保證增壓器沒(méi)有節(jié)流閥的一側(cè)朝向鉆臺(tái)舷外(見(jiàn)圖B)。 Figure B 2.6. Install Track Roller and Lifting Cylinder 安裝滾輪及頂升缸 Install the track roller and lifting cylinder on the anchor bracket. Make sure the central line of lifting cylinder was coincided with the rail central line in the vertical view. 將滾輪和頂升缸安裝到支

15、撐架上，保證頂升缸中心線與軌道中心線一致。 2.7. Install Hydraulic Cylinder 安裝伸縮缸 Connect the Bore side of horizontal hydraulic cylinder to the anchor bracket by the pin and keep plate, Then use substitute pin connect the ROD side to the fixed bracket(will provide by RO),then weld the bracket to the Drill Floor.Make sure

16、 the tolerance of parallelism for both pins no more than 0.05mm(see Figure C). And make sure the central line of the cylinder was parallel with the central line of drill floor,the tolerance no more than 1mm(see Figure D). 將水平伸縮液壓缸液壓缸側(cè)用銷(xiāo)子及擋板連接到支撐架上，然后用銷(xiāo)子將活塞端連接到固定的托架上，然后將該托架焊接到鉆臺(tái)上。保證兩銷(xiāo)子的平行度公差不大于0.05mm
