1、家用電器常見認證標志一覽對于一款正規(guī)渠道上市的產(chǎn)品，銘牌上往往有很多認證標志，它代表該產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)通過了相關(guān)認證機構(gòu)的檢驗，這些認證標志往往是一個產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、安全、設(shè)計等方面的保證。因此它可以作為購買產(chǎn)品時候一個重要的參考項目。作為一個成熟的消費者，掌握一些常見的認證標志是相當重要的。以下便是國內(nèi)一些產(chǎn)品上常見的認證標志：中國強制認證：中國強制認證（China Compulsory Certification）的英文縮寫為“CCC認證”，也就是通常所說的3C認證，是中華人民共和國強制規(guī)定各類產(chǎn)品進出口、出廠、銷售和使用必須取得的認證，只有通過認證的產(chǎn)品才能被認為在安全、EMC、環(huán)保等方面符合強制要求

2、。德國安全認證標志：主要用于家用產(chǎn)品、音像設(shè)備、燈具、電動工具、手工工具、通訊辦公設(shè)備、機械產(chǎn)品、健身器材等。TUV標志 德國零部件產(chǎn)品認證標志：用途：電氣零部件，如：電源、變壓器、調(diào)光器、繼電器、接插件、插頭、導線等機械產(chǎn)品、零部件運動器材零部件。ISO9000體系認證標志：各類企業(yè)的質(zhì)量保證體系認證，同時也是美國QS9000及德國VDA6.1的認證機構(gòu)。德國VDE安全產(chǎn)品標志：VDE是德國著名的測試機構(gòu)，直接參與德國國家標準制定。同UL一樣VDE標志只有VDE公司才能授權(quán)使用VDE標志。大部分人對VDE的認識停留在電器零部件認證上，其實VDE測試除傳統(tǒng)的電器零部件，電線電纜，插頭等認證之外

3、同樣也可核發(fā)EMC標志以及VDE-GS標志。EMC標志德國電磁兼容認證標志各類電子電氣產(chǎn)品，包括家用、工業(yè)用產(chǎn)品。長城標志：中國電工產(chǎn)品認證委員會（CCEE）質(zhì)量認證標志。已經(jīng)實施強制認證的產(chǎn)品有：電視機、收錄機、空調(diào)機、電冰箱、電風扇、電動工具、低壓電器。中國節(jié)能產(chǎn)品認證：節(jié)能產(chǎn)品認證是依據(jù)相關(guān)的標準和技術(shù)要求，經(jīng)中國節(jié)能產(chǎn)品認證中心確認并通過頒發(fā)節(jié)能產(chǎn)品認證證書和節(jié)能標志，證明某一產(chǎn)品為節(jié)能產(chǎn)品的活動。 標志：歐洲共同市場安全標志，是一種宣稱產(chǎn)品符合歐盟相關(guān)指令的標識。使用標志是歐盟成員對銷售產(chǎn)品的強制性要求。目前歐盟已頒布類產(chǎn)品指令，主要有：玩具、低壓電器、醫(yī)療設(shè)備、電訊終端（電話類）、

4、自動衡器、電磁兼容、機械等。香港安全標志：香港安全認證中心成立于1998年，是香港標準及檢定中心全資擁有的獨立機構(gòu)。是香港歷史最悠久的非牟利獨立產(chǎn)品測試及檢定機構(gòu)。自1963年創(chuàng)立以來，為促進香港出口貿(mào)易的發(fā)展，香港工業(yè)的發(fā)展及保障消費者扮演重要的角色。北美安全標志： 在北美市場上銷售的電子、電器等產(chǎn)品都需要取得安全方面的認證。中國名牌產(chǎn)品： 是指經(jīng)中國名牌戰(zhàn)略推進工作委員會認定、實物質(zhì)量達到國際同類產(chǎn)品先進水平、在國內(nèi)同類產(chǎn)品中處于領(lǐng)先地位、市場占有率和 知名度居行業(yè)前列、顧客滿意程度高、具有較強市場競爭力的中國制造的產(chǎn)品。GS標志：德國安全標志。它是一種經(jīng)政府授權(quán)由特殊的TUV法人機構(gòu)實施

5、的一種世界各地進行產(chǎn)品銷售的歐洲認證標志。國家免檢產(chǎn)品：免檢標志屬于質(zhì)量標志。獲得免檢證書的企業(yè)在免檢有效期內(nèi)，可以自愿將免檢標志標示在獲準免檢的產(chǎn)品或者其銘牌、包裝物、使用說明書、質(zhì)量合格證上。國家質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督局統(tǒng)一規(guī)定的免檢標志呈圓形，正中位置為免字漢語拼音聲M的正、倒連接圖形，上實下虛，意指免檢產(chǎn)品的外在及內(nèi)在質(zhì)量都符合有關(guān)質(zhì)量法律法規(guī)的要求。在這一中心圖案上方，有國家免檢產(chǎn)品的字樣，顯示了國家免檢的權(quán)威性；圖案左右，為標示免檢有效期的起止年、月；圖案下方，是呈弧形排列的國家質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督局9字及其英文縮寫CSBTS。免檢標志基調(diào)為白色，外圓及中心圖形為藍色，字及字母為黑色。免檢標志尺寸以

6、標志外圓半徑R為基礎(chǔ)，以R的相應比例確定標志上其他各部位的尺寸。CB認證：是IECEE（國際電工委員會電工產(chǎn)品安全認證組織）制定的一種認證體系，它主要針對電線電纜、電器開關(guān)、家用電器等14類產(chǎn)品。擁有CB標志意味著制造商的電子產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)通過了NCb（國際認證機構(gòu)）的檢測，按試驗結(jié)果相互承認的原則，在IECEECb體系的成員國內(nèi)，取得Cb測試書后可以申請其它會員國的合格證書，并使用該國相應的認證合格標志。進口商品安全質(zhì)量許可證：中國進出口商品檢驗局檢驗標志。進口家電產(chǎn)品必須有此標志才能在中國市場上銷售，說明該產(chǎn)品是經(jīng)正規(guī)途徑進口的商品，質(zhì)量可靠。EMC認證：CETECOM是歐盟認可的能力機構(gòu)（Co

7、mpetent Body），隸屬于TUV中部集團（TUV MITTE GROUP）。CETECOM-EMC標志根據(jù)歐共體電磁兼容指令以及德國EMC法規(guī)要求對設(shè)備進行檢驗測試。CETECOM更可以為客戶提供產(chǎn)品EMC系列認證服務(wù)（Series Approval），這樣便能讓客戶不需要對每個型號進行測試從而節(jié)省大量費用。而這樣的系列認證服務(wù)，歐洲只是承認從歐共體能力機構(gòu)（Competent Body）所發(fā)出的證書。國際電磁兼容認證：所有電氣電子產(chǎn)品必須通過EMC認證，才能進入歐盟。國際質(zhì)量管理體系認證：國際標準化組織(簡稱ISO)匯集西方發(fā)達國家質(zhì)量管理專家,在總結(jié)發(fā)達國家質(zhì)量管理科學經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上

This type of Mark is seen commonly on appliances and computer equipment, furnaces and heaters, fuses, electrical panelboards, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers and sprinkler systems, personal flotation devices like life jackets and life preservers, bullet resistant glass

22、, and thousands of other products.C-UL Listing MarkThis mark is applied to products for the Canadian market. The products with this type of mark have been evaluated to Canadian safety requirements, which may be somewhat different from U.S. safety requirements. You will see this type of Mark on appli

23、ances and computer equipment, vending machines, household burglar alarm systems, lighting fixtures, and many other types of products. C-UL US Listing MarkUL introduced this new Listing Mark in early 1998. It indicates compliance with both Canadian and U.S. requirements. The Canada/U.S. UL Mark is op

UL encourages those manufacturers with products certified for both countries to use this new, combined Mark, but they may continue using separate UL Marks for the United States and Canada.Classification MarkThis mark appears on products which UL has also evaluated. 37、l food establishments, institutional food services and other locations.Field Evaluated Product MarkA Field Evaluated Product Mark is applied to a product that is thoroughly evaluated in the field instead of ULs laboratories or the manufacturers facility. If a product has been significantly modified

38、since its manufacture or the product doesnt bear any third-party certification mark, a building owner, a regulatory authority, or anyone else directly involved with the product can request that UL conduct tests in the field on the specific piece of equipment. Products that meet appropriate safety re

39、quirements are labeled with a tamper-resistant Field Evaluated Product Mark.Facility Registration MarkThe UL Registered Firm Mark is a mark you will never see on a product. Instead, it indicates that a particular facility has passed ULs evaluation to quality assurance standards and is used in promot

40、ion and marketing by companies with quality assessment programs audited by UL. The standards UL uses are the ISO 9000 series of quality assurance standards; QS-9000, the quality standards developed by the Big Three U.S. automakers for their suppliers; and ISO 14001, the standard covering environment

41、al management systems.Marine MarkThe UL Marine mark appears on products which have been evaluated specifically for marine use. Products bearing this Mark have been evaluated to ULs published Marine Safety Standards and other applicable standards and codes. These requirements address hazards that can
