1、Unit 8 Is there a post office near here?教材分析本單元以The neighborhood為話題,主要學習詞匯:post office、police station、hotel、restaurant、bank、hospital、 street、pay phone、town、neighborhood(places); across from、in front of、behind、north、on the rightleft、crossing、around等,通過教學使學生能在街上用英語問路并為他人指路,并且了解在日常交際中如何得體地運用英語語言向別人問路。通

2、過運用簡單的問路和指路的交際用語,幫助同學樹立自信心,學會相互合作,敢于用英語進行交際,同時也培養(yǎng)學生樂于助人的品質(zhì)。教學目標:1. 熟練掌握與話題相關的常用詞匯與表達,能在街上用英語問路并為他人指路。(Ask for and give directions on the street)* Where isare ?* Can you tell me how to get to ?* Is there near here?* Go down/along this road.* Take the first turning on your right.* Turn right on the fi

Thats okay等,其中Its amy pleasure.稍微正式一些。)英語語言中致謝及應答的文化特點致謝是世界各國人民都遵循的禮儀規(guī)范。在英美等英語國家里,人們對他人給予的巨大幫助和舉手之勞的小事都要表達謝意(扶門、指路、找錢、回答詢問、傳遞東西、別人應邀參加了你的宴請,別人為你讓路,別人稱贊你,別

24、人給你來信)致謝有口頭感謝和書面感謝兩種形式,經(jīng)常使用的套語是Thank you.由于感謝的程度不同,衍生出若干變體,Thank you very much. Thank you very much indeed, Thanks. Many thanks. Thanks a lot. Thank you ever so much. I really dont know how to thank you enough.Its very kind/nice of you toYou are certainly most helpful.但要注意表達謝意時的言辭適度,選詞得體性很重要。一句能表達的不

There be (is,are) +名詞+地點狀語否定句:There isnt

27、 / arent 一般疑問句:Is/ Are + 主語 +?    肯定回答:Yes, there is/are.    否定回答:No, there isnt/arent. There be 句型中的主謂一致原則There be句型中be動詞的形式要和其后面的主語在人稱和數(shù)上保持一致。如果句子的主語是單數(shù)的可數(shù)名詞,或是不可數(shù)名詞,be動詞用“is”。如果句子的主語是復數(shù)名詞,be動詞就用“are”。如果有兩個或兩個以上的名詞作主語,be動詞要和最靠近它的那個主語在數(shù)上保持一致,也就是我們常說的“就近原則”。St
