普通單軸水泥攪拌樁專項施工方案

1、水泥攪拌樁施工方案編制人：審核人：浙江 * 建設(shè)有限公司 2012 年 月 日水泥攪拌樁本工程水泥攪拌樁徑為 600 ，中心距為450mm 水泥攪拌樁的水泥采用42.5Mpa 普通水泥，水灰比0.5，水泥摻合比為15%。一、施工準(zhǔn)備工作攪拌樁施工單位在接到施工任務(wù)后，除應(yīng)熟悉工程地質(zhì)資料和設(shè)計圖紙，安排施工流水，編好施工組織設(shè)計外，并應(yīng)著重做好以下各項工作：1、場地平整與布置攪拌樁施工現(xiàn)場應(yīng)在機(jī)械設(shè)備進(jìn)場前予以平整。當(dāng)場地表層較硬需用注水預(yù)攪施工時，應(yīng)在四周開挖排水溝，并設(shè)集水井，其位置以不影響攪拌機(jī)施工為原則；排水溝和集水井應(yīng)經(jīng)常清除沉淀雜物，保持水流暢通。當(dāng)場地過軟不利于攪拌機(jī)行走或移動時

2、：應(yīng)鋪設(shè)粗砂或細(xì)石墊層，不得用粗粒碎石鋪填?；覞{制備作業(yè)棚應(yīng)有足夠的面積，其位置宜使灰漿的水平泵送距離控制在50m 以內(nèi)。2、樁位測量定位根據(jù)建設(shè)單位提供的坐標(biāo)點，結(jié)合圍護(hù)設(shè)計圖紙，做好水泥攪拌樁的軸線放樣，樁位定位，各放樣基點用木樁打入土中，木樁四周用磚圍成方形，內(nèi)填混凝土，在木樁上畫出基點釘上鐵釘，并涂上紅油漆，場內(nèi)各樁位按基點放樣，各樁位中心點用涂有紅油漆的鋼筋打入土中。樁位放樣完畢后，然后進(jìn)行二次復(fù)測，準(zhǔn)確無誤后，請甲方、監(jiān)理方代表驗收并做好測量放線記錄。3、水泥攪拌樁技術(shù)參數(shù)、工藝試成樁3.1 本工程止水帷幕大部分采用600 普通水泥攪拌樁，采用#425 普通硅酸鹽水泥，止水帷幕的水

3、泥摻量為15，水灰比為0.5，內(nèi)摻 0.2 木鈣和0.05三乙醇胺。3.2 試成樁的目的是標(biāo)定各項施工技術(shù)參數(shù)，其中包括：攪拌機(jī)鉆進(jìn)深度、樁底標(biāo)高、樁頂或?；颐鏄?biāo)高；灰漿的水灰比、外摻劑的配方；攪拌機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速和提升速度； 灰漿泵的壓力；每 m 樁長或每根樁的輸漿、灰漿經(jīng)輸漿管到達(dá)噴漿口的時間；是否需要復(fù)攪復(fù)噴及其部位、深度，等等。二、施工工藝31 、 定位用起重機(jī)懸吊深層攪拌機(jī)到達(dá)樁位并對中；當(dāng)?shù)孛娓叩筒黄綍r應(yīng)使起重機(jī)保持平穩(wěn)；如用板架在軌道上就位，軌道應(yīng)不斷按要求移動調(diào)整；2攪拌下沉攪拌機(jī)冷卻水循環(huán)正常后，啟動攪拌機(jī)電機(jī)，放松起重機(jī)或樁架的鋼絲繩，使攪拌機(jī)沿導(dǎo)向架切土攪拌下沉，使土攪松，下沉速

4、度由電機(jī)的電流監(jiān)測表控制，工作電流不應(yīng)大于10A（如下沉速度太慢，可從輸漿系統(tǒng)補(bǔ)給清水以利鉆進(jìn)）。當(dāng)攪拌機(jī)下沉至一定深度時，即開始按預(yù)定摻入比和水灰比拌制水泥漿，并將水泥漿倒入集料斗備噴；3噴漿攪拌提升攪拌機(jī)下沉到設(shè)計深度后，開啟灰漿泵，其出口壓力保持0.4 0.6MPa，使水泥漿自動連續(xù)噴入地基，攪拌機(jī)邊噴漿邊旋轉(zhuǎn)邊嚴(yán)格按已確定的速度提升，直至設(shè)計要求極項標(biāo)高，集料斗中的水泥漿正好排空；4重復(fù)攪拌下沉為使已噴入土中的水泥漿與土充分?jǐn)嚢杈鶆?，再次將攪拌機(jī)邊旋轉(zhuǎn)邊沉入土中，直至設(shè)計要求深度；5重復(fù)攪拌提升一般情況下即將攪拌機(jī)邊旋轉(zhuǎn)邊提升，再次回至設(shè)計樁頂標(biāo)高，并上升至地面，制樁完畢；當(dāng)水泥漿摻量

5、較大時，也可留一部分水泥漿在重復(fù)攪拌提升時噴用； 對樁頂以下2 3m 范圍內(nèi)或其他需要加強(qiáng)的部位，可在重復(fù)攪拌提升時增噴水泥漿；6、清洗向已排字的集料斗注入適量清水，開啟灰漿泵，清洗管道中殘留水泥漿，直至基本干凈，同時將粘附于攪拌頭的土清洗干凈；47、移位重復(fù)上述一至六步驟，進(jìn)行下一根樁的施工。三、施工方法1 、工藝流程：樁機(jī)就位對準(zhǔn)樁位噴漿、攪拌到設(shè)計深度水泥漿制備過濾輸漿攪 拌 提 升 二 次 噴 漿 、 攪 拌 到 設(shè) 計 深 度 攪 拌 提 升 攪 拌 完 畢2、施工管理(1) 進(jìn)場的材料材質(zhì)必須符合設(shè)計及施工規(guī)范的要求，需抽檢試驗的必須經(jīng)抽檢試驗合格后方可使用。(2) 樁機(jī)鉆頭對準(zhǔn)樁

6、位，定位誤差不大于2cm。(3) 鉆桿垂直度誤差不大于1 100H。(4) 水泥漿必須攪拌均勻，水泥漿每次攪拌時間不少于分鐘。(5) 水灰比：水灰比控制在0.50。(6) 擠壓泵壓力控制在0.4 0.6Mpa 左右。(7) 鉆進(jìn)、提升速度0.8m min。(8) 在攪拌開始時應(yīng)確認(rèn)水泥漿從噴口噴出，否則不能鉆進(jìn)，鉆至底后攪拌1 分鐘后再均勻提升。(9) 在制樁過程中若發(fā)生意外造成停機(jī)或停止噴漿時，必須重新從地面開始攪拌制樁，以防止斷樁發(fā)生。不得留一定長度搭接后中途開始工作。3、施工管理注意事項5攪拌樁現(xiàn)場施工管理包括勞動組織、生產(chǎn)效率、安全技術(shù)和質(zhì)保措施等內(nèi)容，要建立和健全質(zhì)保體系，并切實注意

7、以下事項：1 漿體拌制后應(yīng)有防止其發(fā)生離析的措施；2攪拌機(jī)預(yù)攪下沉?xí)r一般不宜沖水，只有遇較硬土層而下沉太慢時，方可適量沖水，并須考慮沖水對樁身強(qiáng)度的影響；3施工中因故停漿（停粉）時，宜將攪拌機(jī)下沉至停漿（停粉）點以下0.5m，待恢復(fù)供漿（供粉）時再攪拌提升；4當(dāng)噴漿（粉 ）口到達(dá)樁項設(shè)計標(biāo)高時，直停止提升，攪拌數(shù)秒，似保證樁頭均勻密實；5施工停漿（粉 ）面應(yīng)高出樁頂設(shè)計標(biāo)高0.5m，待基礎(chǔ)施工或帽梁施工時再將該多余部分鑿除；6 樁與樁搭接的間隔時間不應(yīng)大于12h， 如間隔時間太長，搭接質(zhì)量無保證時，應(yīng)采取局部補(bǔ)救或注漿措施；7 當(dāng)設(shè)計要求在樁體內(nèi)插入加勁材料時，必須在攪拌成樁后2 4h 內(nèi)插畢

8、；8必須做好每一根樁的施工記錄，深度記錄誤差應(yīng)不大于100mm，時間記錄誤差不大于5s；9、每臺樁機(jī)每天應(yīng)留置水泥土試塊1 組，設(shè)計抗壓要求大于0.8Mpa。4、施工允許偏差有關(guān)規(guī)范規(guī)定為下列數(shù)值：樁身垂直偏差：1 ；樁位偏差：50mm；樁徑偏差：4；樁頂標(biāo)高：應(yīng)超高500mm；樁底標(biāo)高：，200mm。必須經(jīng)常檢查施工記錄，根據(jù)每一根樁的水泥用量、外摻劑用量、水泥漿液的均勻性或噴粉參數(shù)、攪拌次數(shù)和時間以及成樁深度等對其質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評價，如發(fā)現(xiàn)缺陷，應(yīng)視其所在部位和影響程度，及時采取補(bǔ)樁、注漿或其他加強(qiáng)措施。五、施工人員、機(jī)械配備1 、勞動組織分工本工程打樁階段勞動力安排如下：樁機(jī)操作員4 人，焊工
