4、進行的原料煤資料綜合與分析、工藝流程計算及主要工藝設備選型等工作。通過本作業(yè),加深對所學課程的理解,為畢業(yè)設計打下良好的基礎。因此要求同學們在老師的指導下,參考有關(guān)資料,獨立認真地完成本作業(yè)。1.1設計任務處理能力為180萬噸/年的礦井選煤廠,服務年限為40年以上,工作制度每年工作330天,每天工作16小時(即兩班生產(chǎn)、一班檢修),原煤牌號為氣煤,入廠的原料煤為該礦A、B兩層煤,其中A層占入廠原煤29%B層占入廠原煤71%有關(guān)原料煤資料詳見后表,工藝流程圖見后圖。最終產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量要求:精煤灰分10.51%11.00%,精煤水分M100煤14.332.8714.5017.4113.9311.5816
