1、混合離子交換器Mixed of ion exchange使用說明書Operating Instruction一、工藝原理Technical principle本公司生產的混合離子交換器(簡稱混床),在脫鹽水工程中,用于二級脫鹽水的制備,被處理的水由上向下流經按一定的比例配比裝填并混合形成的強酸、堿樹脂層來制取成品水。均勻混合的樹脂層中,陽樹脂與陰樹脂緊密地交錯排列,每一對陽樹脂與陰樹脂顆粒似于一組復床,混床就象無數(shù)組串聯(lián)運行的復床。通過混合離子交換后進入水中的氫離子與氫氧離子會立即生成電離度很低的水分子(H2O),很少可能形成陽離子或陰離子交換時的反離子,使交換反應進行的十分徹底,因而能制取純

8、ght: 陽樹脂Cation resins001X7陰樹脂Anion resins201X7:500mm1000mm三、結構形式Structure form設備由本體、布水裝置、集水裝置、外配管及儀表取樣裝置等組成。進水裝置為上進水、擋板布水,集水裝置為多孔板濾水帽集水;設備的本體外部配管配帶閥門并留有壓力取樣接口,便于用戶現(xiàn)場安裝和實現(xiàn)裝置正常運行。Equipment by ontology, cloth water equipment, water equipment, piping and instrument sampling device, etc. Feed device for

10、ment1) 安裝前檢查土建基礎是否按設計要求施工。1)Before the installation check whether civil engineering foundation construction according to design requirements.2) 設備按設計圖紙進行就位,調整支腿墊鐵并檢查進出口法蘭的水平度和垂直度。2)Equipment in place in accordance with design drawings and leg to adjust shim and check the levelness of the import and

17、終點。 C、Open the inlet valve, exhaust valve, open system before, to close the discharge valve, after equipment outlet water flushing equipment to clear water to rinse the end.2)裝填樹脂F(xiàn)illing resin打開人孔,如果出水裝置采用承托層結構則按所設計的承托層高度裝填,裝填完畢后再裝樹脂。按所設計的樹脂高度,依次裝入,填完后抹平,以中排裝置支管以上200mm為基準線(已包括壓脂層的高度)。沒有中排裝置的應在交換器裝填前

20、r,檢驗進出水的流量顯示。4)After the normal operation of equipment should detection in and out of the water pressure difference is not greater than 0.5 bar, check in and out of the water flow. 六、操作說明Operating instructions1 正洗Conventional well-flushing啟動一級脫鹽水泵,打開混床進水閥,排氣閥,水流由上而下,當水充滿設備時關閉排氣閥,打開下排閥,穩(wěn)定其正常產水流量,工作流速
