4、告宣傳。6.乙方不得傳播宗教或和政治有關(guān)的演講，以及宣傳非法宗教信仰等活動(dòng)。乙方不得在課堂上以任何行為宣揚(yáng)非法宗教信仰及和政治有關(guān)的內(nèi)容。7.乙方不得使用任何形式的體罰對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行懲罰或?qū)W(xué)生和同事進(jìn)行言語(yǔ)上的侮辱和歧視。8.乙方不得在本中心以外的學(xué)校擔(dān)任任何形式的兼職外教、家教，若發(fā)生此種行為，甲方則有權(quán)扣除乙方自此行為開(kāi)始時(shí)的工資。9.乙方不得將此合同及私人電話號(hào)碼以QQ、MSN或郵件等形式告知給學(xué)生，若給學(xué)校帶來(lái)任何損失，則乙方承擔(dān)全部責(zé)任。10.乙方須幫助中方老師及其他中方員工提高英語(yǔ)水平。11.乙方不得穿著奇裝異服、拖鞋等進(jìn)入課堂。12.乙方應(yīng)該對(duì)此合同的內(nèi)容保密，不得將合同內(nèi)容告之第

5、三方。六、甲方職責(zé)1.甲方將乙方介紹給學(xué)校所有員工。2.甲方須協(xié)助乙方教學(xué)活動(dòng)，幫助其處理學(xué)員投訴。3.甲方提供乙方相應(yīng)工作條件。4.甲方提供合作者。5.甲方每月按時(shí)支付乙方工資七、合同終止1. 如遇以下情形，合同自動(dòng)終止A 乙方違背甲方職責(zé)范圍。B 乙方破壞勞動(dòng)紀(jì)律。C 甲方將會(huì)將乙方在校表現(xiàn)評(píng)估考慮在內(nèi)，如果乙方持續(xù)兩個(gè)月內(nèi)排名表現(xiàn)評(píng)估最后一位，甲方將依據(jù)評(píng)估結(jié)果解除此合同。2. 試用期之后，甲方如對(duì)乙方表現(xiàn)不滿意，應(yīng)給予乙方提前兩個(gè)月的通知，否則甲方應(yīng)給予乙方 元的未提前告知終止合同罰金。如果乙方需要解除合同，乙方需提前兩個(gè)月給予甲方書(shū)面通知并從甲方處得到許可，甲方也可通過(guò)同樣程序進(jìn)行合

Party B should provide personal photograph to Party A to do some advertisements on websites conn

Party B must not use any forms of physical punishment or insult to the students or colleagues under any circumstances.8. Party B should not do part time
