2、生以用戶研究為出發(fā)點(diǎn),運(yùn)用分析、觀察、詢問、嘗試的方法,從技術(shù)可實(shí)現(xiàn)性、商業(yè)模式、用戶價(jià)值三者結(jié)合的角度獲得創(chuàng)新的產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)或者服務(wù)課程簡介講授系統(tǒng)概念和系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的方法。同時(shí)根據(jù)制定的校企合作題目并將學(xué)生分組,在課程的實(shí)施過程中,和設(shè)計(jì)的課題相結(jié)合指導(dǎo)學(xué)生制定設(shè)計(jì)研究計(jì)劃,教授用戶調(diào)研和訪談的工具方法,并讓學(xué)生進(jìn)行多輪次的設(shè)計(jì)原型構(gòu)建-測試,通過快速迭代形成設(shè)計(jì)解決方案。最終以課程公開匯報(bào)的方式以小組為單位展示設(shè)計(jì)成果。具體要求:了解產(chǎn)品和與之形成的系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的背景;聯(lián)系實(shí)際課題進(jìn)行用戶研究;積極參與案例分析與陳述;掌握視覺化、圖示化、故事板等設(shè)計(jì)情境生成方法。學(xué)習(xí)良好的溝通技巧和進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)匯報(bào)的能
3、力。教學(xué)內(nèi)容與學(xué)時(shí)分配1理論教學(xué)部分(一)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)理論和方法介紹 5學(xué)時(shí)教學(xué)內(nèi)容和要求:(1) 理解系統(tǒng)的概念,掌握系統(tǒng)論思想的起源和發(fā)展。(2)學(xué)習(xí)從系統(tǒng)的角度看待設(shè)計(jì)問題的解決教學(xué)重點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn):重點(diǎn):系統(tǒng)論與設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)科的區(qū)別和聯(lián)系難點(diǎn):通過調(diào)查研究就實(shí)際案例從系統(tǒng)的角度進(jìn)行分析(二)復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)人-產(chǎn)品-服務(wù)系統(tǒng)5學(xué)時(shí)(三)服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)課題輸入20學(xué)時(shí)教學(xué)內(nèi)容和要求:(1) 分小組確認(rèn)設(shè)計(jì)的輸入條件:造型關(guān)鍵詞,車型選擇,設(shè)計(jì)課題確認(rèn)(2)設(shè)計(jì)對象調(diào)研,設(shè)計(jì)研究工作展開(3)通過小組討論,對小組課題進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)化規(guī)劃、圖釋理論技巧及進(jìn)行層級分解與凝聚以形成設(shè)計(jì)課題規(guī)劃。教學(xué)重點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn):重點(diǎn):小組設(shè)計(jì)課
4、題的確認(rèn),設(shè)計(jì)關(guān)鍵詞的提煉難點(diǎn):設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)化規(guī)劃,設(shè)計(jì)情景故事看板的形成(四)設(shè)計(jì)輸入條件深化設(shè)計(jì)階段 30學(xué)時(shí)教學(xué)內(nèi)容和要求:(1) 根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)課題和相關(guān)輸入條件進(jìn)行概念提煉,指導(dǎo)學(xué)生分小組討論概念設(shè)計(jì)(2)運(yùn)用2維三維相結(jié)合,手繪草圖和實(shí)物草模相結(jié)合的方法進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)推演。(3) 根據(jù)概念設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行細(xì)化篩選,對確認(rèn)的設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步細(xì)化。教學(xué)重點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn):重點(diǎn):設(shè)計(jì)概念的提出和輸入條件的匹配,造型關(guān)鍵詞到最終造型的形成方法,設(shè)計(jì)深入的方法難點(diǎn):造型概念從文字到圖像,從2維到3維的思維推演過程。(五)最終設(shè)計(jì)方案的提煉與分析 20學(xué)時(shí)教學(xué)內(nèi)容和要求:(1) 人機(jī)布局的設(shè)計(jì)(2)系統(tǒng)原型(3) 完成最終

Meanwhile, dividing students into groups according to the formulated university-enterprise cooperation subject, and in the process implementation process, combining with the designed task to guide students to formulate design research plan, teaching tools and methods for user
11、 research and interview, enabling students to implement multiple rounds of design prototype building -test, and formulating design solution through rapid iterative. Finally presenting design achievements in groups under the manner of public course reporting. Specific requirements: understand product
