高等學(xué)校論文：我國(guó)大學(xué)行政權(quán)力與學(xué)術(shù)權(quán)力協(xié)調(diào)共生機(jī)制研究

1、研究【中文摘要】我國(guó)高校內(nèi)部并存著兩種基本權(quán)力形式，分別是行政權(quán)力和學(xué)術(shù)權(quán)力。它們隨著高等學(xué)校的誕生而誕生，相伴高校的發(fā)展而發(fā)展。兩者的沖突和協(xié)調(diào)貫穿于高校權(quán)力運(yùn)作的整個(gè)過(guò)程。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究方法、多學(xué)科研究方法相結(jié)合、比較分析法，以高校組織機(jī)構(gòu)基本屬性為基礎(chǔ)，根據(jù)高校內(nèi)部事務(wù)的權(quán)力處置方式，對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)權(quán)力和行政權(quán)力的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了界定。并通過(guò)剖析我國(guó)高校權(quán)力關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀，指出了現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)高校權(quán)力運(yùn)行模式存在的問(wèn)題，分析了問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因。在此基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外高校改革現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析。提出了構(gòu)建行政權(quán)力和學(xué)術(shù)權(quán)力協(xié)調(diào)共生機(jī)制的必然性，分析了構(gòu)建二元權(quán)力協(xié)調(diào)共生機(jī)制的可行性，對(duì)行政權(quán)力和學(xué)術(shù)權(quán)力協(xié)調(diào)共生機(jī)制具體
