1、施工設(shè)計提交成果Deliverables of Construction Drawings燈光照明Lighting對于燈光照明專業(yè)施工圖設(shè)計深度標準及技術(shù)深度文件現(xiàn)規(guī)定如下:The design depth and technical scope of special lighting working drawing are specified as follows:一.各區(qū)域,各房間的照度計算書及燈具選型、燈位布置;I Illumination calculation sheet and type selection and positioning of lights each in roo

2、m in all areas;二。照明控制系統(tǒng)中所采用設(shè)備的說明書;II Instructions of equipment used in the lighting control system;三。燈具資料表(用EXCEL表格做出,格式如下,第一行內(nèi)容為示范);III Data sheet of lighting (in EXCEL, with the format as follows; contents in the first row are filled in as an example);序號No. 編號S/N設(shè)備位置Equipment position品牌Brand 設(shè)備型號E

4、sign stage shall at least include the cover, drawing content, engineering design instructions and graphic symbols, list of equipment and materials, system diagram, and plan view。用于施工階段的圖紙至少應(yīng)包括封面、圖紙目錄、工程設(shè)計說明及圖例、設(shè)備材料清單、系統(tǒng)圖、平面圖及設(shè)備的安裝大樣圖。A complete set of drawings used in the construction stage shall at

5、 least include the cover, drawing content, engineering design instructions and graphic symbols, list of equipment and materials, system diagram, plan view, and the detail drawing of equipment installation。照明專業(yè)圖紙范圍如下:Scope of drawings for lighting is as follows:必須包括封面、圖紙目錄、工程設(shè)計說明及圖例、設(shè)備材料清單、系統(tǒng)圖、平面圖、機房

6、設(shè)備布置圖、安裝大樣圖。安裝詳圖根據(jù)項目情況,應(yīng)由設(shè)計師根據(jù)項目的可實現(xiàn)性和各專業(yè)分項工程的配合決定繪圖深度,設(shè)計出滿足項目需求的可實施的拓展性安裝詳圖。It shall include the cover sheet, drawing content, engineering design instructions and graphic symbols, list of equipment and materials, system diagram, plan view, layout of equipment in equipment room, and detail drawing o

7、f equipment installation. Feasible and extendable detail drawing for equipment installation shall be designed according to the project situations by the designer who shall decide the depth of drawing according to the project feasibility and coordination between all subdivisional works of each discip

8、line to satisfy the project requirements。 4。1封面 Cover封面應(yīng)包含項目名稱、圖紙性質(zhì)(初步設(shè)計、施工圖、竣工圖等)、公司名稱、日期.The cover shall bear the project name, drawing property (preliminary design, construction drawing, as built drawing, etc.), company name, and date.4。2圖紙目錄 Drawing content 圖紙目錄應(yīng)包含以下內(nèi)容:項目名稱、項目編號、設(shè)計公司名稱、專業(yè)、圖紙名稱、圖

9、紙編號、圖幅、出圖日期、制圖人及審核人等內(nèi)容.The drawing content shall include the following: project name, project ID, name of design corporation, discipline, drawing name, drawing number, sheet, drawing finishing date, the person who draws, and the auditor。4。3工程設(shè)計說明及圖例 Engineering design instructions and graphic symbol

10、s設(shè)計總說明須包括但不限于:工程概況、設(shè)計依據(jù)、各子系統(tǒng)施工內(nèi)容、施工要求和注意事項、設(shè)計特殊要求和施工配合要點、設(shè)計范圍內(nèi)智能化系統(tǒng)與相關(guān)專業(yè)的技術(shù)接口要求、圖例符號等。The general design instructions shall include, without limitation to: Project profile, design basis, construction contents of each sub system, construction requirements and notices, special design requirements and

11、key points in construction cooperation, technical interface requirements for the intelligent system and relevant disciplines within the scope of design, graphic symbols, and so on。4。4設(shè)備材料清單 List of equipment and materials在材料表中的圖形符號圖例應(yīng)采用國標,其次是部標、行標。未予規(guī)定的自擬圖形圖例,應(yīng)在圖例中標出且加以說明.當(dāng)使用國標圖形圖例,又給予不同含義時也應(yīng)加以說明,一套

12、圖紙的圖例符號應(yīng)前后一致。Graphic symbols in the list of materials shall adopt those in national standards, followed by ministerial standards and industry standards。 Self made graphic drawings not specified shall be marked in the graphic symbols with explanations。 Explanations shall also be given when graphic sy

13、mbols in national standards are given different meanings。 The graphic symbols used in one set of drawings shall be in consistence with each other。 設(shè)備材料清單,按系統(tǒng)開列組成系統(tǒng)主要設(shè)備和材料,應(yīng)標明設(shè)備名稱、規(guī)格型號、主要技術(shù)指標、品牌(產(chǎn)地)、數(shù)量。非標設(shè)備、材料應(yīng)備注說明技術(shù)要求。The list of equipment and materials shall list the major equipment and materials c

14、onstituting the system, with an indication of the equipment name, specification and model, key technical indicators, brand (origin), and quantity。 Technical requirements for nonstandard equipment and materials shall be marked。各個平面圖、設(shè)備房圖應(yīng)隨附圖例并標注數(shù)量.包括電腦、軟件、編程工具、機柜、電源、變壓器等設(shè)備材料都必須在圖紙上或設(shè)備材料中體現(xiàn)出來,并且注明型號、規(guī)

15、格、數(shù)量總和.All plan views and equipment room drawings shall be attached with graphic symbols and quantity. Equipment and materials including computers, software, programming tools, cabinets, power supply and transformers shall be indicated in the drawings or list of equipment materials, with clear indic

16、ation of the model, specification and total quantity。4。5系統(tǒng)圖System diagram4。5。1照明供配電系統(tǒng)圖:應(yīng)注明系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)、主要配置、終端分布、主干線纜、供電要求、文字說明等。具體設(shè)計原則請參考民用建筑電氣設(shè)計規(guī)范JGJ 16-2008第3章,第4章.當(dāng)有類似5D劇場有人員參與演出涉及舞臺照明時,舞臺照明的供電與負荷計算應(yīng)參照民用建筑電氣設(shè)計規(guī)范JGJ 162008第9章9。6節(jié)的相關(guān)規(guī)定.Drawing of lighting power supply and distribution system: With clear i

17、ndication of the system structure, major configuration, terminal distribution, trunk cables, power supply requirements, explanatory notes, etc。 For detailed principles for design, please refer to chapters 3 and 4 of JGJ 162008 Code for Electrical Design of Civil Buildings。When there are personnel pa

18、rticipating in the stage show in likelyto-be 5D theater with stage illumination involved, power supply and load calculation of stage illumination shall refer to the related regulations of Section 9。6, Chapter 9 of JGJ 162008 Code for Electrical Design of Civil Buildings.注意:Notes:1。當(dāng)采用可控硅做調(diào)光設(shè)備時,其電源變壓

19、器宜采用接線方式為/Y0的變壓器.When SCR components are used as dimmer device, the supply transformer shall be / Y0 transformer。2。為抑制高次諧波對照明控制裝置及其它系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的干擾,除應(yīng)滿足民用建筑電氣設(shè)計規(guī)范JGJ 162008第22章第22。3節(jié)的規(guī)定外,還應(yīng)注意:電聲,電視轉(zhuǎn)播設(shè)備的電源不宜接在照明用電變壓器上。To restrain the interference of ultraharmonics on illumination control devices and other sy

20、stem equipments, except that the regulations of Section 22。3, Chapter 22 of JGJ 162008 Code for Electrical Design of Civil Buildings shall be met, shall take note of the following: the power supply of electroacoustic and television relay equipment shall not connect to the transformers for illuminati

21、on。4.5.2配電箱系統(tǒng)圖:應(yīng)標注配電箱編號、型號、進線回路編號;標注各開關(guān)(或熔斷器)型號、規(guī)格;標注出線回路編號、導(dǎo)線型號規(guī)格;負荷量;對于單相應(yīng)標明相別;并標明負荷名稱。具體設(shè)計原則請參考民用建筑電氣設(shè)計規(guī)范JGJ 162008第7章,建筑照明設(shè)計標準GB 50034-2004第7章。System diagram of switch box: It shall indicate the switch box No。, model, and lead-in loop No。; it shall also indicate the model and specification of sw

22、itches (or fuses), outgoing line loop No。, and model and specification of leads, as well as the load capacity; the phase sequence shall be marked for single-phase wire; the load name shall also be marked。 For details, please refer to chapter 7 of JGJ 162008 Code for Electrical Design of Civil Buildi

23、ngs and chapter 7 of GB 500342004 Standard for Lighting Design of Buildings. 4.5。2。1配電箱系統(tǒng)圖須考慮三相平衡,三相配電干線的各相負荷宜分配平衡,最大相負荷不宜超過三相負荷平均值的115,最小相負荷不宜小于三相負荷平均值的85.In making the system diagram of switch box, equilibration of the three-phase system shall be considered; load on each wire of the threephase dis

24、tribution trunk shall be distributed in equilibration; the maximum phase load shall not exceed 115% of the mean loads of the threephase system, and the minimum phase load shall not be smaller than 85 of the mean loads of the threephase system. 4。5。2。2如有供給氣體放電燈的三相配電線路,其中性線截面應(yīng)滿足不平衡電流及諧波電流的要求,且不應(yīng)小于相線截面

25、.If there is threephase power distribution line for the gas discharge lamp, its neutral line section shall meet the requirements of unbalance current and harmonic current and shall not be smaller than the phase line section. 4。5.2。3照明配電箱應(yīng)保留備用回路,備用回路的數(shù)量不應(yīng)低于配電箱回路數(shù)量的30.The light distribution box shall

26、have a backup loop, and the number of backup loops shall not be smaller than 30 of the number of switch box loop。4。5。2。4照明設(shè)備的接電方法,應(yīng)采用專用接插件連接,接插件額定容量應(yīng)有足夠余量.Power connection of lighting equipments shall adopt the dedicated connectors and the rated capacity shall be enough。4.5。2。5由晶閘管調(diào)光裝置配出的舞臺照明線路宜采用單相

27、配電。當(dāng)采用三相配電時,宜每相分別配置中性導(dǎo)體,當(dāng)共用中性導(dǎo)體時,中性導(dǎo)體截面不宜小于相導(dǎo)體截面的2倍。For the stage lighting lines distributed by thyristor lightcontrolling device, single-phase distribution shall be adopted. When adopting threephase distribution, it is appropriate to distribute neutral conductor respectively in each phase; when neu

28、tral conductor is used in common, its cross section shall be not less than 2 times that of phase conductor.4.5.2.6照明設(shè)備應(yīng)根據(jù)低壓配電系統(tǒng)的接地形式確定采用接地保護措施.Lighting equipments shall determine ground protection measures according to the earthing form of lowvoltage distribution system。 4。5。3。照明控制系統(tǒng)圖:應(yīng)標注控制箱編號、型號;標注

29、控制回路編號、導(dǎo)線型號規(guī)格、通訊協(xié)議、接口界面、控制系統(tǒng)若與其它設(shè)備有接口,須標明接口類型。Lighting control system diagram: It shall indicate the controlling box No. and model; control loop No., model and specification of leads, communication protocol, and interface; if the control system has an interface with other equipment, mark the type of

30、 interface。 4。5.3。1控制系統(tǒng)采用專用接地裝置時,接地電阻值不應(yīng)大于4。采用共用接地裝置時,接地電阻值不應(yīng)大于1。When the control system adopts special earthing device, the resistance to earth shall not be greater than 4。 When a common earthing device is used, the resistance to earth shall not be greater than 1. 4。5。3。2乙級及乙級以上電影院觀眾廳(主演區(qū),預(yù)演區(qū))的照明應(yīng)能

31、漸亮漸暗平滑調(diào)節(jié)或分檔調(diào)節(jié)。Lighting in the audience hall of class B or above cinemas (performance area and rehearse area) shall be capable of changing from bright to dim state gradually and smoothly or can be adjusted by different grades。 4。5。3。3入口、排隊區(qū)、上客區(qū)、下客區(qū)、主演區(qū)、預(yù)演區(qū)等直接為觀眾服務(wù)的地區(qū)的照明控制開關(guān)應(yīng)集中單獨控制.The lighting contro

32、l switches in the areas directly serving the audiences, such as the entry, queue area, load on/off areas, performance area and rehearse area shall be intensively and independently controlled.4.5。3.4 當(dāng)采用調(diào)光設(shè)備時,每一照明回路的可載容量,應(yīng)與所選用的調(diào)光設(shè)備的回路輸出容量相適應(yīng)。When using the lightcontrolling devices, the load capacity

33、for each lighting loop shall be compatible with the output capacity of the selected lightcontrolling device。4。5。3。5類似5D劇場有人員參與演出的舞臺調(diào)光控制裝置的選擇和安裝應(yīng)符合下列要求:The selection and installation of stage lightcontrolling devices withpersonnels participation in the stage show in the likelytobe 5D theatershall con

34、form to the follwing requirements:1。 舞臺照明調(diào)光控制器的選型:小型劇場,可選用帶預(yù)選裝置的控制器,中型及以上規(guī)模的劇場,宜選用帶計算機的控制器。Model selection of stage illumination lightcontroller: for small-sized theater, the controller with pre-elected device could be selected; for the theater with middle size and above, the controller with compute

35、r could be selected.2。 舞臺照明調(diào)光控制臺宜安裝在觀眾廳后部的燈控室內(nèi),并應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:Stage illumination lighting console shall install in the lighting control room in the back of auaditorium and conform to the following regulations:(1)調(diào)光柜和舞臺配電設(shè)備應(yīng)設(shè)在靠近舞臺的單獨房間內(nèi);Dimmer cabinet and stage distribution equipment shall be set up within

36、 the single room close to the stage;(2)舞臺表演區(qū)應(yīng)在燈光控制人員的視野范圍內(nèi);Stage acting area shall be in the field of view of lightcontrolling personnel; (3)燈控人員應(yīng)能容易的觀察到觀眾席的情況;Light-controlling personnel shall be able to easily observe the auditorium;(4)應(yīng)與舞臺布燈配光聯(lián)系方便;Shall be in convenient contact with lamp collocat

37、ion and light distribution of the stage。(5)調(diào)光設(shè)備與線路應(yīng)安裝敷設(shè)方便.Light-controlling equipments and pipelines shall be conveniently installed and laid.4。6平面圖Plan view4.6.1總體要求General requirements (1)照明配電箱宜設(shè)置在靠近照明負荷中心便于操作維護的位置.The light distribution box shall be placed in the place which is near to the lighti

38、ng load center and convenient for operation and maintenance。(2)其他具體設(shè)計標準參考我國電影行業(yè)標準«電影院建筑設(shè)計規(guī)范»JGJ582008中對于電氣及照明方面的要求。Other detailed design criteria shall conform to the relevant requirements about electricity and lighting in China's cinema industry standard JGJ582008 Code for Architectur

39、al Design of Cinema。4.6.2線槽設(shè)計Trunking design由強、弱電豎井或控制機房引向用電負荷的電氣線路,在回路眾多的情況下應(yīng)采用線槽布線.The electric wiring drawn from vertical shaft for light-current and strongcurrent or control cabinet shall adopt trunking when there are numerous loops。 4。6。2。1燈光專業(yè)線槽種類按走向通常分為:水平線槽、垂直線槽。燈光專業(yè)線槽種類按系統(tǒng)通常分為:弱電控制信號線綜合線槽、強

40、電電纜線槽。強、弱電線槽應(yīng)分別設(shè)置,不允許共用.具體設(shè)計原則請參考民用建筑電氣設(shè)計規(guī)范JGJ 162008第8章。According to the trend, special lighting trunking can usually be divided into: horizontal trunking and vertical trunking。 According to the system, special lighting trunking can usually be divided into: integrated trunking for lightcurrent cont

41、rol signal lines and trunking for strong-current cables。 Trunking for strongcurrent and light-current shall be set respectively and shall not be shared. For detailed principles for design, please refer to chapter 8 of JGJ 162008 Code for Electrical Design of Civil Buildings。 4.6。2。2燈光專業(yè)線槽繪制時,原則上應(yīng)按線槽

42、實際寬度按圖紙比例繪制,線槽截面應(yīng)采用空心閉合圖形。In principle, the special lighting trunking shall be drawn according to the actual width of trunking and the drawing, and the trunking section shall be a hollow closed figure. 4.6。2.3在進行對線槽的標注時,應(yīng)能清楚地分辨出線槽的型號、規(guī)格、敷設(shè)方式。When marking the trunking, the model, specification and la

43、ying method shall be clearly distinguished。4。6。3管線圖Piping plan具體設(shè)計原則請參考民用建筑電氣設(shè)計規(guī)范JGJ 162008第8章。建筑照明設(shè)計標準GB 50034-2004第7章.For details, please refer to chapter 8 of JGJ 162008 Code for Electrical Design of Civil Buildings and chapter 7 of GB 500342004 Standard for Lighting Design of Buildings。以下所述在設(shè)計時應(yīng)

44、特別注意:Special attention shall be paid to the following during design: 4。6。3。1標明或注明設(shè)備的類別、編號、平面位置、安裝高度、安裝方式,管線、線槽走向、管線規(guī)格,敷設(shè)方式、引上引下、圖例、數(shù)量、文字說明等。Indicate or note equipment type, S/N, plan position, mounting height, mounting method, pipeline and trunking trend, pipeline specification, laying method, leadi

45、ng up/down, graphic symbols, quantity, explanatory note, etc。 4。6.3。2每一照明單相分支回路的電流不宜超過16A,所接光源數(shù)不宜超過25個;連接建筑組合燈具時,回路電流不宜超過25A,光源數(shù)不宜超過60個;連接高強度氣體放電燈的單相分支回路的電流不應(yīng)超過30A。Current of each singlephase subcircuit for lighting shall not exceed 16A, and there shall be less than 25 illuminants; when connecting t

46、he combined lights, the loop current shall not exceed 25A, and there shall be less than 60 illuminants; current of the singlephase subcircuit connecting high capacity gas discharge lamp shall not exceed 30A。 4.6.3.3照明配電干線及分支線,應(yīng)采用銅芯絕緣電線或電纜,分支線截面不應(yīng)小于1。5mm2。Trunk lines and branch lines for light distri

47、bution shall be copper core insulated conductor or cable; section of branch line shall not be smaller than 1.5mm2。 4。6。3.4觀眾廳及放映機房等處墻面及吊頂內(nèi)的照明線路應(yīng)采用阻燃型銅芯絕緣導(dǎo)線或銅芯絕緣電纜穿金屬管或金屬線槽敷設(shè).Illuminating lines inside the walls and suspended ceiling in audience halls and projector chambers shall adopt flame retardant

48、 copper core insulated conductor or copper core insulated cable wrapped with metal tube or metal raceway。 4。6。3。5插座不應(yīng)和照明設(shè)備接在同一回路.Sockets shall not be connected with lighting equipment in the same loop。 4。6.3.6原則上采用不同發(fā)光原理的光源的燈具不要接在同一回路上,特別是以氣體放電燈為光源的燈具不要和其他類型光源的燈具接在同一回路上。In principle, lighting fixtur

49、es using different illuminants shall not be connected in the same loop; in particular, lighting fixtures with gas discharge lamp as the illuminant shall not be connected with the lighting fixtures using other illuminants in the same loop. 4。6。3。7照明電氣管線布線平面圖上應(yīng)注明其管線來自配電箱的編號和回路編號以便于審查是否與配電箱系統(tǒng)圖的回路編號相對應(yīng),

50、且是否回路連接的負荷總量與配電箱系統(tǒng)圖上標明的相符.The pipeline wiring diagram of lightings shall indicate the No. of switch box from which the pipeline is drawn and the No。 of loop, so as to check whether it coincides with the No. of loop of the switch box system diagram, and whether the total load connected with the loop

51、coincides with that on the switch box system diagram。 4.6。3。8圖紙中管線的走向應(yīng)考慮現(xiàn)場施工條件及后期檢修維護的便利,并盡可能與實際的排管布線方向一致。Trend of pipelines in the drawing shall consider the site operation conditions and provide convenience for future repair and maintenance, and shall be the same as the actual pipeline trend as mu

52、ch as possible。4。6。3.9為抑制高次諧波對照明控制裝置及其它系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的干擾,除應(yīng)滿足民用建筑電氣設(shè)計規(guī)范JGJ 16-2008第22章第22。3節(jié)的規(guī)定外,還應(yīng)滿足以下要求:需要調(diào)光的回路應(yīng)選用金屬導(dǎo)管、槽敷設(shè),并不宜于電聲等電信線路平行敷設(shè)。當(dāng)調(diào)光回路與電信線路平行敷設(shè)時,其間距應(yīng)大于1米;當(dāng)垂直交叉時,其間距應(yīng)大于0.5米。To restrain the interference of ultraharmonics on illumination control devices and other system equipments, except that the re

53、gulations of Section 22.3, Chapter 22 of JGJ 16-2008 Code for Electrical Design of Civil Buildings shall be met, shall conform to the following requirements: the loop that needs light control shall select metal conduit and trunking for lay-up, and parallel lay-up of electroacoustics etc。 telecommuni

54、cation lines is not suitable. When light-controlling loop are in parallel layup with telecommunication lines, the distance shall be more than 1m; when in squre crossing, the distance shall be more than 0。5m。4.6.4機房、豎井布置平面圖Plane arrangement drawing of equipment room and vertical shaft照明設(shè)備機房和豎井布置平面中的電

55、氣設(shè)備、管線布置應(yīng)遵循以下原則:The electric installation and pipeline layout in the plane arrangement drawing of lighting equipment room and vertical shaft shall conform to the following principles:(1)機房布置圖中應(yīng)包括配電柜/控制箱平面位置布局、局部立面圖,注明管線、線槽走向,寫出文字說明等。The equipment room arrangement drawing shall include the plane layo

56、ut and partial elevation of the power distributing cabinet and controlling box, giving clear indication of the trend of pipelines and trunking, explanatory notes, and so on.(2)平面圖上的設(shè)備位置、數(shù)量、編號,纜線規(guī)格、管線與線槽走向應(yīng)與立面圖上的設(shè)備位置、數(shù)量、編號,纜線規(guī)格、管線與線槽走向相對應(yīng)。The equipment position, quantity, No。, and cable specification

57、, pipeline and trunking trend on the plan drawing shall coincide with those on the elevation drawing。(3)機房內(nèi)的控制箱、柜等設(shè)備應(yīng)注明尺寸,間距、并標明設(shè)備型號。The controlling box and cabinet inside the equipment room shall be marked with the dimension, spacing and equipment type.(4)機房布置圖應(yīng)注明機房空間內(nèi)各設(shè)備安裝位置、相互關(guān)系及安裝工藝要求.The equipm

58、ent room arrangement drawing shall give clear indication of the installation position, correlations between equipment, and technical requirements of installation of the equipment inside the equipment room。(5)控制信號的強、弱電井布置圖應(yīng)具體反映強、弱電井內(nèi)所有線槽、管路、設(shè)備箱等的位置、尺寸The arrangement drawing of strong and weak electricity well of control
