A brown spot in the chromatogram obtained with the test solution corresponds in position and color to the spot in the chromatogram obtained with the reference solution. 16、365 nm ), orange-yellow fluorescent spots are shown in both chromatograms.Physical and chemical Identification【理化鑒別】 取本品粉末3克，加甲醇20毫升，置水浴上加熱回流1小時(shí)，濾過(guò)，濾液加于已處理好的中性氧化鋁柱上100120目，5克，柱內(nèi)徑1015毫米。用100毫升40%甲醇洗脫，收集洗脫液。水浴蒸干，殘?jiān)?0毫升水溶解，用水飽和的正丁醇提取兩次，每次20毫升，合并正丁醇溶液，用水洗滌，正丁醇液蒸干，殘?jiān)?.5毫升甲醇溶解作為供試品溶液。另取黃芪甲苷對(duì)照品，加甲醇制成每1毫升

17、含1毫克的溶液，作為對(duì)照品溶液。參照薄層色譜法附錄6.3試驗(yàn)，吸取上述兩種溶液各2微升，分別點(diǎn)于同一硅膠G薄層板上，以氯仿甲醇水65：30：10，用下層溶液為展開(kāi)劑，展開(kāi)，取出，晾干，噴以10%的硫酸乙醇溶液，并于105加熱5分鐘顯色。供試品色譜中，在與對(duì)照品色譜相應(yīng)的位置上，顯相同的棕色斑點(diǎn)。置紫外燈365nm下檢視，供試品色譜與對(duì)照品色譜在相同的位置上均顯橙黃色熒光斑點(diǎn)。 Pharmacology(1) Tonifying effects: Continuous administration of the decoction to mice for three weeks increase
