Sunmax Collagen Implant 1 / 0.5ml將27號(hào)針頭，以10-25的角度插入皮膚的淺表皮。而針尖的斜面向上或向下，完全靠使用的醫(yī)師來(lái)選擇決定，而斜面向上的植入法，是比較清楚可見(jiàn)到植入Collagen的位置。沿著缺陷部位依序植入Collagen的點(diǎn)滴量，然后用手指輕輕的按摩均勻即可。Sunmax 1 / 0.5ml 請(qǐng)以150% over correction(Sunmax 1 / 0.5ml 下針角度)2

Sunmax Collagen Implant 1 / 1.0ml1.本劑產(chǎn)品的植入方式: 用27號(hào)針頭(Needle)，以45的角度植入皮膚的中表皮層位置，而針頭斜面向上或向下，依據(jù)使用醫(yī)師的判斷來(lái)決定。如處理青春痘的凹洞，應(yīng)將斜面向下，以免植入的Collagen由毛孔跑掉。依修補(bǔ)缺陷的邊緣，序列植入Collagen點(diǎn)滴量(Droplets)會(huì)立即隆起，但是Collagen的白色藥劑在表面看不到，同時(shí)亦只能以100%的Corrected矯正不可過(guò)量。在植入3-5針后，立即用手指按摩使Collagen均勻。2.Collagen植入的深度，是影響矯正效果好壞的決定因素，如植入太深到Subcu

8、taneous Tissue(Fat)皮下組織(脂肪)時(shí)，就無(wú)法達(dá)到矯正效果。當(dāng)針頭插入，醫(yī)師應(yīng)有感覺(jué)有些阻力，如這種阻力突然消失(針頭很容易插入)，這時(shí)針頭是已經(jīng)打入脂肪組織，應(yīng)即時(shí)抽出重打一次，如只輕微抽出針頭，會(huì)導(dǎo)致Collagen注入脂肪內(nèi)。(Sunmax 1 / 1.0 ml 下針角度)3.Over Correction (Sunmax 1 / 1.0 ml 不可over correction)Sunmax Collagen Implant 1 / 0.5ml 矯正皮膚缺陷，必需要150%(Semi Over Correction)。以便使針劑中的生理食鹽水，被人體吸收后，而能達(dá)到缺

9、陷矯正目的。Collagen Implant 的矯正量4. 魚(yú)尾紋不可over Correction Sunmax Collagen Implant 1 / 0.5 ml - With Fine Gauge Needle本劑專用于臉部表皮的細(xì)微皺紋，如魚(yú)尾紋等以超細(xì)的30號(hào)針頭(Needle)，依上述的方法植入皮膚表面。而植入量以100%的Corrected即可，不可用150%的Correction。Before Beginning Treatment一般病人不需接受Skin Test，但針對(duì)皮膚特別敏感的病人在接受Skin Test四周后，無(wú)異樣癥狀時(shí)，即可安排接受Collagen Repl

10、acement Therapy(膠原蛋白皮膚置換術(shù))但仍需注意下列幾點(diǎn)： 處理的部位，需先用酒精棉擦拭清潔。 病人首先需坐正，以便確認(rèn)自然狀態(tài)的皮膚情況，隨后才讓病人以45躺下，會(huì)比較舒服。 每一部位的矯正，應(yīng)徹底的做好。 部位處理后，應(yīng)該用酒精拭紙擦拭，同時(shí)用冰塊冷敷以免紅腫。 如需要，應(yīng)交待病人在1-2周后，同一部位再處理一次。 Setial Puncture TechniqueThis is the technique used traditionally in Collagen implants. The needle is introduced at an angle in the

11、superficial or deep dermis and a series of punctures is made. Upon implantation of Sunmax immediate blanching and slight swelling is observed since the injection is made in the superficial papillary dermis with overcorrection.When using Sunmax, blanching is inexistent or delayed and less evident (ta

12、ut skin), because the implant is placed in the deep dermis.To make the implant uniform, massage the area firmly after every 3-5 punctures.Any blanching and or swelling disappears within an hour as the physiological saline is absorbed and the collagen condenses.light overcorrection can be made with S

13、unmax 1 / 0.5ml, but it should never be attempted with Sunmax 1 / 1.0ml.The Linear Threading TechniqueThis is an alternative technique. It is a more delicate method but permits a more uniform implantation of the product.The needle is inserted into the dermis at a depth of 1 to 2 cm and, while inject

14、ing, slowly withdrawn. The injection line must immediately be massaged firmly. This method is usually associated with Sunmax 1 / 0.5ml or Sunmax 1 / 1.0ml implants. The Layering TechniqueThis technique is used to treat deeper wrinkle, furrows and scars.In this technique Sunmax 1 / 1.0ml is injected

15、in the deep dermis to rebuild tissue and Sunmax 1 / 0.5ml is implanted in superficial and mid dermis to fill residual indentations. This combination of products eliminates any residual line and corrects possible irregularities in Sunmax 1 / 1.0ml implants.After implanting each product, the area shou

16、ld be massaged for 1-3 minutes to assure correct distribution.Any blanching or swelling disappears within the next few hours.This technique can be carried out in one single session.Advantages: Optimum results are obtained both in terms of appearance and touch. Uses the properties of both types of co

18、of the demis The defect should be corrected: 100% to insure proper correction after resorption of the saline solution you should not overcorrect when using Zyplast Collagen. It will take approximately 1-2 actual treatments to correct the deficiencies which are appropriate for Sunmax 1 / 1.0ml Collag

For some types of soft tissue contour deficiencies (deep nasolabial furrows, oral commissures, acne scars), a combination of Sunmax 1 / 0.5ml Collagen and Sunmax 1 / 1.0ml Collagen Implants is indicated. This layering technique involves injecting Sunmax 1 / 1.0ml Collagen deep within the dermis

20、(near reticular layer) to make the major correction and Sunmax 1 / 0.5ml Collagen in the papillary dermis to fill in residual fine lines and provide a softening, effect. Using the two products together gives the physician more precise control over correction. Figure 22 shows the appropriate placemen

32、二手指間, 以10度的角度插人唇邊的表皮2. 適量的藥劑沿著唇邊的菱角注入, 就能塑造新的輪廓, 同時(shí)您所捏住的二只手指, 會(huì)有感覺(jué)藥劑通過(guò). 注射完畢, 再以雙手上下兩邊按摩, 并捏成新的唇邊輪廓3. 針頭以平行的角度, 將Sunmax 1 / 1.0ml注射在上唇尖和人中的位置, 最后完成上唇的雕塑過(guò)程4. 依圖所示, 以Sunmax 1 / 1.0ml, 沿著下唇邊注入藥劑, 然后用手指輕輕捏塑即可5. 假如認(rèn)為兩邊的Mouth Corner(唇角)往下垂, 而矯正為向上揚(yáng)時(shí), 可將Sunmax 1 / 1.0ml直接注入于唇角下方的嘴唇外沿, 而延伸至上唇的外沿位置, 然后輕輕的按摩5

33、.注意事項(xiàng): 唇邊造形是不會(huì)很痛 若Sunmax 1 / 1.0ml不能理想的矯正唇形輪廓, 則暫時(shí)停止注射, 改以按摩藥劑的方式, 將藥劑推到特定的位置 Sunmax 1 / 1.0ml只能100%的矯正, 不可過(guò)量矯正(Over Correction) 為消除病人的不舒服起見(jiàn), 處置后將患部冷敷 處置前后對(duì)照處置前 處置后 The Perioral Area Before Beginning Treatment 1.
