1、. .PAGE40 / NUMPAGES40四年級英語教學工作總結(jié)清華大學英語系測試:更適合中小學生英語使用官方:清華大學英語教授研究組提供小學四年級上期英語教學工作總結(jié) 開縣白橋鎮(zhèn)上橋中心小學 文俊本學期,我擔任四年級的英語教學工作。作為從事小學英語教學的我,雖了解到了一些教學教法,但在實際的教育教學中,我深深感覺到教小學英語之難之累,真是“苦在其身,樂在其心”!為使今后的教學工作取得更大進步,現(xiàn)對本學期的教學工作如下總結(jié):一、學習課標,明確教學目標為了使我的英語教學適應(yīng)新時期英語教學要求,樹立起新的育人理念,我們英語教師抽時間對英語課程標準進行了研讀,了解了此次英語課程改革的目的,掌握了此

2、次英語改革的重點,理解了英語教學原則,學會了一些科學評價原則等,從而為后面的教學提供了充分的依據(jù),奠定了扎實的基礎(chǔ),保證了教學的順利進行。官方:哈佛大學英語教授研究組提供二、扎實備課,理清教學思路備課是課堂教學的重要環(huán)節(jié),我在備課時做到了以下幾點: 1課前備課,做到“有備而來”我認真閱讀各種教科參考書,既備教材,教法,有備學生。結(jié)合學生的實際和教材的容,既要考慮知識的縱向聯(lián)系,又要考慮新知識的橫向銜接;既要突出重點,又要突出難點;既要體現(xiàn)完整的教學過程,又要注意好個環(huán)節(jié)的過渡自然。 2課中備課,靈活安排簡單易操作的游戲活動我通過游戲引入新課教學時,為了不打消學生的積極性,我在實施教學的時候,總

3、是盡量設(shè)計一些簡單易操作的游戲與其活動,將教學容層層鋪開,把枯燥乏味的課堂變成生動有趣“快樂堡”,讓他們在快樂中學習,在玩中獲得新制。在活動中學生們都樂于參與,充分調(diào)動了學生的情感態(tài)度和興趣,學生的積極性得到了充分發(fā)揮,教學效果良好。 3課后備課,總結(jié)教學經(jīng)驗每上完一單元,我都與時對該單元作出總結(jié)和反思,學出教后感,肯定本節(jié)課成功的地方,探討該單元的不足之處,為以后的教學工作打下基礎(chǔ)。 三、認真上課,體現(xiàn)以人為本英語課程標準提出“讓學生在教師的指導(dǎo)下,通過感知,體驗,實踐,參與和合作等方式,實現(xiàn)任務(wù)的目標,感受成功。”這便要求英語課的教學要以學生為主,培養(yǎng)他們學習英語的興趣,提高他們對詞匯,句

4、型的聽說認讀和語言實際運用的能力。為此,我在實際的教學過程中做了以下幾點: 1巧設(shè)導(dǎo)入,培養(yǎng)興趣。每節(jié)的教學我首先通過做游戲,唱英語歌來激發(fā)學生的學習興趣,讓學生融洽在學習英語的氛圍。 2圖文結(jié)合,掌握新知。根據(jù)教材“圖文并茂”的特點,充分運用單詞卡片、實物教具、簡筆畫與肢體語言來啟發(fā)學生,使學生帶著明確的任務(wù)目標,并借助圖片、動作、表情等手段掌握其義,讓他們積極主動參與學習獲取新知過程,培養(yǎng)他們學習英語的興趣。在遇到難讀的單詞或句子時,我不厭其煩,耐心教導(dǎo)學生認讀,力爭讓他們學了就懂,懂了會用,培養(yǎng)他們認讀的能力。在學習新知的同時,還適時對他們進行思想教育。 3游戲活動,鞏固新知。在完成了每

5、節(jié)課的新授任務(wù)后,抓住學生爭強好勝的心理,通過師生互動、生生互動的游戲活動將教學容層層鋪開;為了尊重學生的個體差異,營造寬松的學習環(huán)境,以簡單易操作的趣味性、多樣化游戲為主來實施教學,讓學生進行反復(fù)模仿、認讀、玩演、視聽,從而給他們提供充分的活動和交流機會,讓學生在玩的過程中獲得新知,提高他們語言的運用能力,培養(yǎng)他們的學習興趣。 四、加強自學,不斷積累知識由于本人在英語教學方面經(jīng)驗甚少,自己的知識又有限,在教學的同時,時時虛心向資歷深的教師請教,和我們英語組的同事一起學習有關(guān)英語方面的教學教法,加強自身的業(yè)務(wù)學習、擴大視野;用心收集有助于英語課堂教學的各種游戲資料,時常聽錄音糾正自己的語音語調(diào)

14、學中用,從而保證學生英語學習的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展。4、通過聽、說、讀、寫、唱、游、演、畫、做等形式,進行大量的語言操練和練習。 5、將直觀教具和電教手段,多媒體課件相結(jié)合,培養(yǎng)學生良好的朗讀習慣,打下良好的語音語調(diào)基礎(chǔ)。6、多為學生營造一些學習氛圍,如:每日一句、課間英語活動、創(chuàng)設(shè)英語角等等。7、培養(yǎng)學生看英語畫報,讀英語故事的習慣。七、提高教學質(zhì)量的主要措施:認真學習教學大綱,深鉆教材,精心備課,精心設(shè)計課堂結(jié)構(gòu),增強時效性。課上努力創(chuàng)設(shè)英語學習情景,運用靈活多樣的教學方法,激發(fā)學生們的學習興趣,充分發(fā)揮學生們的主體作用,鼓勵發(fā)現(xiàn),探究與質(zhì)疑,培養(yǎng)學生的創(chuàng)新精神和實踐能力。運用形成性評價的反饋矯正
