2、科的同事們一起較好的完成了上級(jí)交給的任務(wù)，為全院社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的提升發(fā)揮了應(yīng)有的作用。通過一年來的工作理論，使我進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)到了財(cái)務(wù)工作的重要性、證策性、專業(yè)性、復(fù)雜性：財(cái)務(wù)管理是全院管理系統(tǒng)的一個(gè)重要組成局部，財(cái)務(wù)管理的好壞對(duì)全院的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益以致生存開展具有至關(guān)重要的影響。財(cái)務(wù)科雖是二線科室，但其工作不是簡單的事務(wù)性工作，財(cái)務(wù)科負(fù)責(zé)人更不能只是單純的收收支支，登登賬本。他必須及時(shí)把握全院的財(cái)務(wù)狀態(tài)并作出判斷和分析p ，主動(dòng)為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)當(dāng)好參謀，成為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的助手和內(nèi)管家。財(cái)務(wù)工作的政策性、專業(yè)性也很強(qiáng)，目前我院財(cái)務(wù)工作經(jīng)常涉及到的法律、法規(guī)和政策性文件有二、三十個(gè)，財(cái)務(wù)對(duì)口的上級(jí)部門有衛(wèi)生局、財(cái)政局、稅務(wù)

3、局、統(tǒng)計(jì)局、社保局等六、七家。如何正確貫徹執(zhí)行上級(jí)的政策法規(guī)，做到有法必依、有章必依，同時(shí)又用好用活政策，為單位爭取更大的開展空間，為職工爭取較好的福利，是財(cái)務(wù)部門的責(zé)任。財(cái)務(wù)科的工作內(nèi)與各科室的收支核算嚴(yán)密相關(guān)，外與患者、銀行及眾多藥品、設(shè)備商家收付頻繁，工作量大而繁雜。作為財(cái)務(wù)科負(fù)責(zé)人必須以身作那么，團(tuán)結(jié)全科同志，耐心細(xì)致工作，調(diào)配好資金，協(xié)調(diào)好關(guān)系，為一線科室貼心效勞。日常財(cái)務(wù)要日清月結(jié)，杜絕過失，并按規(guī)定嚴(yán)把收支關(guān)，大力增收節(jié)支。按照以上要求，今年我和財(cái)務(wù)科的同志們?cè)谠侯I(lǐng)導(dǎo)的親自帶著下做了大量工作，獲得了一定成績，主要是： 1.認(rèn)真貫徹執(zhí)行了各項(xiàng)規(guī)章、制度，按時(shí)報(bào)送了有關(guān)報(bào)表，通過了市

5、戰(zhàn)的一年。假如我能連任財(cái)務(wù)科主任，我打算從以下方面努力，使財(cái)務(wù)科的工作再上新的臺(tái)階： 我院財(cái)務(wù)工作的核心，我認(rèn)為就是增收節(jié)支。要想增收節(jié)支效果顯巨，必須在以下方面改革、改良。首先在增收上，我院是國家撥款的公益性醫(yī)療保健單位，目前醫(yī)療費(fèi)用的高漲已成為社會(huì)的公害，很多病人已看不起病。建議我院控制大處方、貴藥品的使用，適當(dāng)下浮局部珍療費(fèi)用，這樣有可能單張?zhí)幏健蝹€(gè)病人的收入有所下降，但社會(huì)效益進(jìn)步了，就可以吸引更多的人來我院就珍，總體收入反而可以增加。我在自學(xué)一些經(jīng)濟(jì)書籍時(shí)看到，以價(jià)格戰(zhàn)進(jìn)步市場(chǎng)份額，獲取高額總體利潤是商戰(zhàn)中常用的方法。我們是全額撥款單位，有打價(jià)格戰(zhàn)的空間，可不可以試一試哩?其次是節(jié)
