1、技術(shù)交底記錄表C2-1資料編號工程名稱岳各莊居住區(qū)東區(qū)（第七街區(qū)）1#地1#2#8#公建項目交底日期2011-7-8施工單位中鐵建設(shè)集團(tuán)有限公司分項工程名稱交底提要后澆帶清理、支模、混凝土澆筑施工要求交底內(nèi)容： 共1頁 第1頁后澆帶的施工方法及注意事項如下：一、后澆帶清理1.1本工程后澆帶寬度為800mm，在澆筑混凝土前應(yīng)將落入后澆帶內(nèi)的方木、木膠板、鋼管等雜物清理干凈，并保證后澆帶內(nèi)無積水。頂板及墻體內(nèi)的鋼筋、鋼管等雜物也必須清理干凈。1.2鋼筋表面的混凝土、浮漿、表面浮銹需用鋼絲刷清除干凈。二、施工縫處理及止水條安裝2.1后澆帶兩側(cè)的施工縫在剔鑿前應(yīng)彈線并用云石機(jī)切割順直，然后將施工縫處混

2、凝土薄弱層剔除、鑿毛，直至漏出混凝土石子，最后將施工縫位置松動石子及混凝土渣子清理干凈。2.2后澆帶兩側(cè)施工縫處的鋼板網(wǎng)有露出結(jié)構(gòu)面的必須將其剔鑿干凈，不得露出基礎(chǔ)底板面、外墻面、樓板上下表面?；A(chǔ)底板后澆帶用于固定鋼板網(wǎng)的鋼筋必須全部取出，嚴(yán)禁將鋼筋平底板上表面割斷，其余部分留在底板內(nèi)。2.3施工縫剔鑿清理到位后需報項目部質(zhì)檢人員、監(jiān)理單位驗收合格后方可支設(shè)頂板及墻體模板?；A(chǔ)底板方可進(jìn)行混凝土澆筑。2.4基礎(chǔ)底板及外墻后澆帶部位需將預(yù)埋的木板條剔鑿干凈，并將止水條卡進(jìn)凹槽內(nèi)，并用水泥釘固定牢固，水泥釘間距1500mm，止水條搭接長度滿足100mm，有搭接部位設(shè)置3顆水泥釘。三、頂板后澆帶支

3、撐3.1頂板及梁后澆帶在施工縫剔鑿、清理驗收合格后可進(jìn)行支模。3.2對后澆帶已清理完畢暫時不能進(jìn)行混凝土澆筑的頂板，后澆帶表面應(yīng)進(jìn)行覆蓋處理，防止雜物進(jìn)入。四、后澆帶混凝土澆筑及養(yǎng)護(hù)4.1后澆帶混凝土澆筑前兩側(cè)施工縫應(yīng)用水充分潤濕，先澆一層同配比水泥砂漿，然后繼續(xù)澆筑混凝土，應(yīng)細(xì)致操作振實，使新舊混凝土結(jié)合緊密。4.2本工程后澆帶混凝土采用比相應(yīng)結(jié)構(gòu)部位高一等級的微膨脹混凝土澆筑，其中基礎(chǔ)底板、地下三層至地下二層外墻后澆帶為抗?jié)B混凝土，抗?jié)B等級S8，地下一層及地下一層夾層外墻后澆帶抗?jié)B等級為S6?；炷琉B(yǎng)護(hù)采用塑料布覆蓋，養(yǎng)護(hù)時間不得少于14天，養(yǎng)護(hù)時應(yīng)保證塑料布內(nèi)有凝結(jié)水。審核人交底人接受交
