32、heni ng fourgoodleadershipconstruction,fullplay levels cadre s ine nterprise developme ntin the隔墻保溫。四、旁站監(jiān)理的質(zhì)量控制要點(diǎn)(一) 質(zhì)量事前控制1 、檢查承包單位是否具備外墻外保溫系統(tǒng)施工資質(zhì),其外墻外保溫系統(tǒng)材料是否備案。2、熟悉設(shè)計(jì)圖紙,尤其是細(xì)部構(gòu)造做法,如外窗周邊、伸出墻面各種進(jìn)戶管口、預(yù)埋件、連結(jié)件、變形縫、抗裂分格縫等都應(yīng)事前了解。3、審查施工方案,施工方案中應(yīng)有施工工序及施工間隔時(shí)間、施工機(jī)具、基層處理、環(huán)境溫度要求、施工方法、材料用量、各工序施工質(zhì)量要求及成品保護(hù)等方面的內(nèi)容。

33、4、檢查外保溫系統(tǒng)的型式檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告及主要組成材料的產(chǎn)品合格證、出廠檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告、進(jìn)場(chǎng)材料經(jīng)監(jiān)理見證送樣的復(fù)檢報(bào)告及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)驗(yàn)收記錄。5、對(duì)外墻面砂漿找平層的表面強(qiáng)度、平整度和垂直度進(jìn)行工序交接檢的監(jiān)理檢驗(yàn),達(dá)不到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求監(jiān)督整修至符合“規(guī)范”要求。6 、按照國(guó)家現(xiàn)行的有關(guān)規(guī)定督促施工單位完成外架的交接驗(yàn)收及涉及防火、防毒等方面的措施是否落實(shí)。(二)質(zhì)量事中控制外墻外保溫(采用50項(xiàng)厚腹絲非穿透性聚苯板)1 、找平層應(yīng)和基層粘結(jié)牢固,無空鼓、裂縫現(xiàn)象;2、根據(jù)圖紙要求,首先沿著外墻散水(或事先確定的某一樓層)標(biāo)高彈好散水(或某一樓層)水平控制線;抗裂分格縫應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)要求設(shè)置,并彈出分格縫寬度線。3、聚合物砂

34、漿(膠粘劑)應(yīng)按產(chǎn)品說明要求配制,使用電動(dòng)攪拌器進(jìn)行攪拌,攪拌工作進(jìn)行完后,應(yīng)將配制好的砂漿靜置5 分鐘,再攪拌1 次。4、聚苯板采用粘錨相結(jié)合的方法固定。粘貼板時(shí)應(yīng)將膠粘制涂在板背面,涂膠粘劑面積不得小于聚苯板面積的40, 按樓層每20m 抽查一處,但不少于3 處,每處檢查不少于2 塊,在膠粘劑終凝之前用尺量檢查,取其平均值,機(jī)械錨固時(shí),先在距鋼絲網(wǎng)架10項(xiàng)的聚苯板面上按網(wǎng)卡的位置和尺寸挖出板洞口,放下網(wǎng)卡;用金屬錨栓將卡緊網(wǎng)片的網(wǎng)卡緊固在基層墻體上,再用聚苯塊將孔Wewillconti nue t o improve t hecompa nys inter nalcontrol syste

45、求。7、聚苯板應(yīng)按順砌方式粘貼,豎縫應(yīng)逐行錯(cuò)縫。聚苯板應(yīng)粘貼牢固,不得有松動(dòng)和空鼓。墻角處聚苯板應(yīng)交錯(cuò)互鎖,門窗洞口四角處聚苯板不得拼縫,應(yīng)采用整塊板切割成形,板接縫應(yīng)離開角部至少200mm 。8、系統(tǒng)在檐口、勒腳處應(yīng)做好包邊處理,裝飾縫、門窗四角和陰角等應(yīng)做好局部加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)施工。變形縫應(yīng)做好防水和保溫處理。9、抹灰層厚度控制在25 mm-30 mm之間,并采取可靠措施保證抹灰層不開 裂。采暖與非采暖房間隔墻保溫(采用 20項(xiàng)厚膨脹玻化微珠保溫砂漿)1 、首先檢查基層墻體是否消除干凈,砼墻面是否做界面處理;2、界面劑砂漿、保溫砂漿、抗裂砂漿的配制是否符合設(shè)計(jì)要求;3、抹壓第一層厚度不應(yīng)低于10 m

46、m,并使物料漿均勻密實(shí)將墻面覆蓋,稍干燥后按設(shè)計(jì)要求抹規(guī)定厚度;4、門窗框與墻體聯(lián)結(jié)處的縫隙按規(guī)范規(guī)定嵌塞;5、對(duì)于外飾涂料的墻體,等保溫砂漿硬化后在其表面涂刮抗裂砂漿罩面,鋪設(shè)玻纖網(wǎng)格布,再刮涂上聚合物抗裂砂漿;6、對(duì)于外貼瓷磚的墻體,待保溫砂漿硬化后其表面涂刮上3項(xiàng)聚合物抗裂砂漿,鋪設(shè)低碳鍍鋅鋼絲網(wǎng),打上錨固釘,固定在主體墻壁上,再刮涂上 2 mm 的聚合物抗裂砂漿;7、陰陽角以及門窗洞口角各部位用玻纖網(wǎng)格布搭接增強(qiáng),網(wǎng)格布翻包尺寸150-200 mmo(三)質(zhì)量事后控制、外墻外保溫工程的施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收應(yīng)按分部(子分部)工程、分項(xiàng)工程驗(yàn)收,分項(xiàng)工程應(yīng)以每500-1000 nf劃分為一個(gè)檢驗(yàn)批

55、設(shè)強(qiáng)制性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行情況;3、核查進(jìn)場(chǎng)建筑材料、建筑構(gòu)配件、設(shè)備的出廠質(zhì)量證明、質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告,督促施工企業(yè)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查和必要的復(fù)驗(yàn);4、做好旁站監(jiān)理記錄和監(jiān)理日記,并保存好旁站監(jiān)理的原始資料。旁站監(jiān)理人員和施工質(zhì)檢人員應(yīng)在旁站記錄上簽字,未經(jīng)簽字,不得進(jìn)入下道工序施工。5、旁站監(jiān)理過程中,發(fā)現(xiàn)有違反工程建設(shè)強(qiáng)制性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)行為的,有權(quán)責(zé)令施工企業(yè)立即改正;發(fā)現(xiàn)施工活動(dòng)可能危及工程質(zhì)量時(shí),應(yīng)及時(shí)向監(jiān)理工程師或者總監(jiān)理工程師報(bào)告,由總監(jiān)理工程師采取必要的措施。九、對(duì)旁站監(jiān)理記錄的要求旁站記錄是監(jiān)理工程師或總監(jiān)理工程師依法行使有關(guān)簽字權(quán)的重要依據(jù),是對(duì)工程質(zhì)量的簽認(rèn)資料。旁站記錄必須做到:1 、記錄內(nèi)容要真實(shí)
