1、0.1Plant description脫硫島介紹The FGD plant consists of flue gas path, which includes the absorber vessel, booster fan, GGH and bypass dampers, which en sure the operati on of the boiler in two modes FGD operati onand a bypass operation. Limestone slurry preparation system gets ready the absorbent needed

2、 in the process. The only by-productis gypsum slurry, which is transported to thedewatering system consisting primary and secondary dewatering stages. Gypsum, as a byproduct of dewatering is temporary storied for further use and water is partly led back to the process, partly to the waste water trea

4、xidation with the SO2 absorber system is used to remove flue gas SO 2 and to produce a gypsum by-product. SO 2 removal efficiency of 96% is reached for all specified boiler loads and scope of the fuels.The absorber utilizes a perforated scrubbertray and fourabsorber spray levels for SO2 removal, whi

5、ch are above the absorber tray. 6、ocess starts as the hot flue gas entering the absorber is cooled and saturated by the slurry falling from the absorption zone. The flue gas then flows through the absorber tray. The absorber tray helps the re-distribution of the flue gas to optimize the contact between the gas and the absorber. As t

7、he gas passes through the layer of scrubber slurry on the tray, the increased gas velocity, caused by tray perforations, generates a violent frothing action, thereby assuring spray zones, where absorber slurry spraying counter current to the flue gas flow completes the sulphur dioxide removal proces

Above and below the first sta

9、ge ME are a series of headers with spray nozzles that spray process water onto the first stage of mist eliminator. These sprays keep the surface of the ME wet and wash away slurry solids reaching the ME. After passing through the first stage ME, the gas then enters the second stage ME. Another serie

10、s of headers with spray nozzles are located below the second stage ME. Four side entering agitators on absorber reaction tank keep the absorber

12、 slurry solids in suspension. The absorber reaction tank is supplied with a absorber overflow that is designed to protect the absorber and the absorber inlet flour work from flooding and a seal box to prevent the flue gas from escaping through the overflow.石灰漿液和除霧器的沖洗水從上而下地通過吸收塔,最后匯集到吸 收塔底部的吸收塔反應(yīng)箱。在

The amount of the limestone slurry added to the scrubber to maintain a given pH is a function of boiler load and sulph

14、ur dioxide loading. The slurry pH in the reaction tank is a function of the excess limestone in the lank, the sulphur dioxide removed and a solid residence time in the absorber reaction tank. Two redundant in-line pH probes are provided in the discharge piping of the gypsum slurry hydro cyclone feed

16、sorber. In addition, the sulphur dioxide removal process forms solid products. These two processes result in an increase of absorber solids content, referred to in the industry as, slurry density. Absorber slurry density is controlled by the addition of ME wash water to the absorber. A density meter

17、 is located in the gypsum slurry hydro cyclone feed pump discharge pipeline measures scrubber slurry density. 23、 like as four agitators and grid distribution pipe for the forced oxidation of the absorber slurry. Two independent level gauges control the absorber reaction tank level. There are four recycle pump connections and two gypsum bleeding pump connections. The overflow consists of connections, piping an

24、d sealing box avoids entering of the slurry into the flow gas inlet. 25、過箱體下部 的檢修孔進入反應(yīng)箱。The absorber spray zone is above the sump level and consists of the perforated absorber tray made of stainless steel. The tray section is sectioned in compartments by baffles. This allows for a more even distribution of the liquid on top of the tray. After the fluegas passes through

26、the tray, it encounters the absorber spray zone. The flue gas is sprayed with absorber slurry from the headers, which are made by fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) and equipped by ceramic made no zzles.吸收塔噴射區(qū)位于箱體水位計之上,由開孔的不銹鋼托盤組成。盤 區(qū)被隔膜分隔成許多小隔間,這就充分考慮了,使盤體上部的液體 更加均勻的分布。當(dāng)煙氣通過托盤后,就進入了吸收塔噴射區(qū)。煙 氣和從聯(lián)箱噴

The primary stage captures large particles and large droplets and the sec on dary stage elimi nates fine particles and droplets.

28、 The lower stage of the ME is kept free of slurry deposits by flushi ng of the upstream and dow nstream surfaces using the process water. 32、r reaction tank to the box. This pipe removes the slurry, which is above the level into the seal box. Then the slurry can be remov ing into the absorber pit through the tren ch. 35、和檔板。The flue gas exits each unit through the two boiler s ID fans andflows through existing flue work and the bus bar to the new fluework constructed for the FGD system. Six dampers (two in the bypass ducting and four in each of the entering and exiting ducting to the FGD system) allow flue gas to b

36、ypass the FGD system and go directly to the stack. In the GGH, heat is transferred to the cool gases from the hot gases flowing in the opposite direct ion. Then, the raw gas en ters the absorber vessel and flows upward

38、through a tray and a series of sprays where the flue gas is collected and saturated with water as well as scrubbed of SO 2. Then, the clean gas passes the series of mist eliminators and enters subsequentlythe GGH, where it isreheated.從混凝土煙道來的熱臟煙氣通過升壓風(fēng)機,再通過熱交換器入口進 入熱交換器。在熱交換器里,熱煙氣通過反向流動而使熱量傳遞到 冷煙氣中。之

40、f the GGH. The fan boosts the pressure of the flue gas to en sure adequate flue gas flow through the system and out the stack. The booster fan operation is based on the ID fan downstream pressure to maintain the flue gas pressure for proper furnace pressure con trol. A forced air system provides sea

41、li ng and cooli ng of the rotor and beari ng assemblies for the booster fan. 42、hile scrubb ing process the flue gas is saturated with water andcooled down to its adiabatic saturation temperature. Before entering the existing stack the flue gas has to be reheated to protect the stack against condensates. For reheating the Gas Gas Heater (GGH) is used.在煙氣凈化的過程中,煙氣被水飽和,并被冷卻到酸露點以下

The two streams flow in opposite directions while

44、 the heating elements rotate slowly through both, the streams of the treated and the untreated flow gases. The heating elements are warmed up while passing the untreated hot flue gas thorough the hot side. This energy is transferred to the treated flue gas coming from the absorber when the heating e

The normal cleaning system uses air ( steam ) soot blowing three times per day. A high-pressure water cleaning facility for

50、 occasional on-line use is also provided, utilizing the soot blowing lance and traversing system.
