1、Company Profiles一、基礎(chǔ)知識 (一)概念和格式 公司簡介,顧名思義,就是簡明、扼要地介紹公司或企業(yè)主要情況的一種商務(wù)文體。它主要有兩種格式: 篇章式和名片式。篇章式公司簡介就是采用文章段落的方式,概括介紹公司的成立日期、企業(yè)規(guī)模、經(jīng)營范圍、產(chǎn)品性能、生產(chǎn)能力、企業(yè)聲譽等方面的內(nèi)容。名片式就是將公司的名稱、地址、電話、傳真、負(fù)責(zé)人以及經(jīng)營范圍逐項列出。前者內(nèi)容詳盡具體,信息量大;后者行文簡潔明了,重點突出。(二) 公司簡介的結(jié)構(gòu) 目前,商業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)和企業(yè)普遍使用篇章式公司簡介。這類公司簡介大致包括三個部分:標(biāo)題、正文和結(jié)束語。1. 標(biāo)題由公司或企業(yè)名稱加上“簡介”構(gòu)成,如:“美的企業(yè)
2、簡介”(Brief Introduction to Midea)。企業(yè)名稱一般由這樣幾部分構(gòu)成:字號或商號+行業(yè)或者經(jīng)營特點+組織形式,如:Harbin No.6 Pharmaceutical Factory (哈爾濱制藥六廠) 2. 正文一般包括:企業(yè)背景,即如何成立、建立人、歷史沿革等;企業(yè)服務(wù)內(nèi)容或者產(chǎn)品介紹;企業(yè)員工和企業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)介紹;企業(yè)的顧客群或者服務(wù)范圍介紹;企業(yè)近期內(nèi)的重大發(fā)展介紹;企業(yè)地址和聯(lián)系方式。3. 結(jié)束語該部分通常是合作邀請,表達(dá)企業(yè)的誠意和希望,有時這部分可以省略。Words related to the following passage: Subsidiary 子

12、, and its global revenue reached RMB 118 billion. 二、公司簡介的文體特點與翻譯從文體上看,公司簡介屬于商貿(mào)應(yīng)用文問題;從語篇類型上看,屬于“信息+鼓動”類語篇,就是用語言、文字等喚起人們對企業(yè)的好感,達(dá)到促使其購買產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)的目的。(一)英文企業(yè)簡介的文體特點與翻譯 (1)用詞簡潔易懂 。語言精煉,邏輯性強。Ex. The factory can produce various new types of buttons in thousands of different designs for coats, suits, fashions, s
13、hirts and sweaters. 本廠可生產(chǎn)大衣、西裝、時裝、襯衣、毛衣等不同類型服裝用的上千花色品種的紐扣,產(chǎn)品齊全、品種繁多、造型新穎。(2)多使用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字。Ex.
