PD使用PD產(chǎn)品規(guī)範(fàn)使用Golden Sample 。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)異常，需通知R&D確認是Golden Sample問題 或是量測系統(tǒng)本身問題。 8. 異常處理R&D檢測是Golden Sample問題或量測系統(tǒng)本身問題。如是量測系統(tǒng)設(shè)定或量具不良，R&D需修復(fù)它。如是Golden Sample問題，儀校人員需加貼”暫停使用”標籤以為識別，R&D則需重新製作

17、建立新Golden Sample。4.如是儀器問題，則送儀校室校驗及依”儀具校驗與維護管制 程序”處理 9. 回校通知 與校正1.儀校室發(fā)行聯(lián)絡(luò)單通知負責(zé)Golden Sample 例行校正之 QE及PD，以進行Golden Sample 校驗之作業(yè)。儀校室得協(xié)調(diào)PD，排定Golden Sample 校驗時間，並將日期通知QE。如果該Golden Sample 之產(chǎn)品已滿一年(含)以上未生產(chǎn)，則該Golden Sample 得轉(zhuǎn)存儀校室，並貼上”暫停使用”標籤。轉(zhuǎn)存儀校室之Golden Sample 第一年仍需校驗，第二、三年如有使用，則依正常校驗週期校驗，如未使用則不必校驗。若該轉(zhuǎn)存儀校室之

18、Golden Sample，轉(zhuǎn)存超過三年仍在”暫停使用”狀態(tài)，則儀校室得通知R&D決定該Golden Sample 報廢與否，或其他處理方式 （如不報廢，則該Golden Sample轉(zhuǎn)R&D保存）。有關(guān)產(chǎn)品是否已一年未生產(chǎn)，需QA/R&D 提供訊息給QE或/和儀校室，以便停校之處理。 聯(lián)絡(luò)單 10. QE校驗樣 品QE於第一次校驗各類Golden Sample時，R&D相關(guān)人員得陪同，以確認測試的正確。如果校驗結(jié)果為Pass，QE需將Golden Sample與Data交儀校室登錄歸檔及貼上標籤。3. 如果校驗結(jié)果為Fail，則依異常處理方式執(zhí)行。校驗Data 11 異常處理如果校正結(jié)果顯示

19、不能符合規(guī)格需求，則需會同RD一起確認問題原因。如是量測系統(tǒng)設(shè)定或量具不良，R&D需修復(fù)它。如是Golden Sample問題，R&D需重新製作建立新Golden Sample。如是儀器問題，則送儀校室校驗及依”儀具校驗與維護管制程序”處理。 12 記錄與識 別QE將Golden Sample 測試Data或/和相片拿至儀校室，由儀校室登錄歸檔及貼上標籤別識。儀校室通知PD取回Golden Sample或/和相片 校驗記錄 標籤:1.大陸廠環(huán)旭的Golden Sample回校單位由環(huán)旭儀校室負責(zé)。2. 280 PWR產(chǎn)品Golden Sample的校驗, 依據(jù)客戶Golden Sample首件
