15、e bus, he was late for school. = 2 * GB3 * MERGEFORMAT since “因?yàn)?既然” 側(cè)重主句,主句表示顯然的或已知的理由。強(qiáng)調(diào)說話者和聽者雙方都知道的原因,常譯為“既然”,一般用在這樣的句子里。例如:Since everybody is here, lets begin our meeting.We cant buy iphone6 since we have no money. = 3 * GB3 * MERGEFORMAT as和since的用法大體相同,往往可以互換。引導(dǎo)的原因狀語從句一般表示雙發(fā)已知的事實(shí),不如since正式,語氣也

16、較弱一些。注意以下幾點(diǎn):1. since表“因?yàn)椤睍r,不要有自.以來的含義。2. as做“因?yàn)椤苯鈺r多放于后句,用在句首也沒大的關(guān)系,但千萬不要誤解為“就在這個時候”的含義。3.Since可用于省略句,其他兩者不行。例如:Since so, I have nothing to say.4. 涉及這幾個詞的有關(guān)標(biāo)點(diǎn)一般的用法當(dāng) because, since,或 as 引導(dǎo)的從句用于句首時, 主句前要有逗號:Because I eat too much, Im fat.Since I hate vegetables, I hate salad.As I like to read, I like m
