32、由由于:-Prematureabrasionofthe holes;孔的前期期磨損-Damaged;損壞-Corrosionpoints;銹蝕點(diǎn)Thereisnoneed to re-validatedtheTOMOANA,onlychangethe parts.沒有必要要再驗(yàn)證證TOMOANA,只是改改變零件件即可。3-Dailycontrol:日常管理理Productionteam is accountable forexecute theTOMOANA daily controlandmaintainStandardPart in capablecondition.生產(chǎn)小組組在允許許條件

33、下下負(fù)責(zé)允允許TOMOANA日常管理理并威脅脅標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件件。3.1. Standard Part;標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件AfterTOMOANA processapprovedanewsubassemblypartshallbecreated andavailableasStandardPart.在TOMOANA程序通過過后,應(yīng)應(yīng)造新的的組件并并且可以以作為標(biāo)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件使使用。StandardPart hastofollowthe characteristicsbelow:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件必必須符合合以下特特點(diǎn):keep thesame figureastheholesand positionsthat usedduring

34、thevalidation process( step2offlow);保證在驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證程序序中使用用的孔和和位置一一致(步步驟2的流程);RecommendedtosubmitinElpoProcess;Ifthedecisionissubmit in Elpothepartshave to be processedpriortoholesperforated.IfthedecisionisnotElpoprocessthepartshavetobeapplied withprotectiveoilinordertoavoidprematurecorrosion;建議在電電泳工藝藝中提交交;如果

35、果在電泳泳過程中中提交決決定,在在打孔之之前必須須加工零零件。如如果不在在電泳過過程中做做決定,在零件件上必須須涂上防防護(hù)油以以避免前前期銹蝕蝕。3.1. Standard Part; (continuation)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件(繼續(xù)部部分)Allthemeasurablepointsidentified;確定所有有測(cè)量點(diǎn)點(diǎn)Partidentification;確認(rèn)零件件allocateinproperlyarea;在適當(dāng)區(qū)區(qū)域分配配validatedate &exchangepartdefinition (without:damages,corrosion points,premature abra

36、sion of theholes).檢驗(yàn)日期期&交換零件件明確(沒有:損壞、銹蝕點(diǎn)點(diǎn)、孔的的前期磨磨損)見附件E3- Daily control: 日常管理3.2 Execution; 執(zhí)行 The TOMOANA must be execute in beginning of the each shift. TOMOANA必須在每輪開始執(zhí)行。 To initiate the TOMOANA the standard parts must be according, with no damages and the holes must not be wider or closed. Other

37、wise call the Team Leader and wait for his decision. 啟動(dòng)TOMOANA時(shí),標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件必須符合要求,沒有損壞,孔不能過大或者關(guān)閉。否則通知小組領(lǐng)導(dǎo)等待他的決定。 The Tomoana daily control consist in allocate the standard parts in the welding fixture and close the clamps and then measure the holes specified. (phase I of validation process) TOMOANA日常管理包括在焊接

38、夾具中分配標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件,關(guān)閉夾鉗然后測(cè)量具體的孔(驗(yàn)證程序的第一階段)。 The welding fixture will be evaluate under criteria below to be release for production 焊接夾具將按照下面生產(chǎn)中發(fā)放的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來評(píng)估。 If the result is OK, record it on TOMOANA register and release the production. On the other hand if the result is NOK, record it and initiate the reaction pl
