ongtheperimeterand15mwithinthefloorplateminimizestheamountofcolumnsand vironmentalimpact.Thebuildingenvelopehasareducedwindowwallratiotomanageheatgainintothebuilding,whileallowingdaylightandviewsontheNorth,East,andSouthfacades.Theoffsetcore,orientedtothewest,reducesproximateviewstotheadjacentbuildingwhileincreasingtheoverallsolidityofthefa?ade.Theexteriorwalldesignisbeingcarefullyconsideredthatbalancetheneedfordaylightpenetrationtothedeepfloorplatewitharticulationtothefacade.LEED-NC金級(jí)認(rèn)證。Thetowerwillincorporateaseriesofhighefficiencymeasurestoreduceenergy,waterandoperationalcarbonimpacts.Theobjectiveofthesestrategiesistoachievea45%savingsinenergyconsumptionfromanASHRAE90.12007baselineanda40%reductioninpotablewaterusecomparedtotheEPAct2005standard.Ifinbuildinggreywaterreuseisconsidered,thewaterreductionpotentialcouldincreasebyasmuchas10%.InaggregatetheteamisingtheequivalentofaLEED-NCGoldrating.廣州廣商結(jié)構(gòu)高度332米,共60層,建筑冠頂高度370米。其結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)的側(cè)向設(shè)計(jì)受控于作用以及風(fēng)效應(yīng)的共同作用。由于建筑布置的需要,建筑筒被布置在塔樓平面的西側(cè)。為最小化塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)的剛度偏心以及偏置筒所產(chǎn)生的扭轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng),筒采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)重力框架以減少結(jié)構(gòu)自重及剛度。筒鄰近辦公區(qū)域的交界面采用具有優(yōu)良抗震地面層以上33米處被巨型框架轉(zhuǎn)換,從而在地面層的三個(gè)邊上形成一個(gè)36米大跨度的無(wú)柱中。位于角部?jī)蓚€(gè)巨柱之間的鋼梁在作用下將形成類似于偏心支撐耗能梁的“保險(xiǎn)絲”的作用。結(jié)構(gòu)巨柱間的抗彎框架采用鋼梁及鋼柱,角部巨柱采用混凝土柱,其在ThestructuralheightofChamberofCommerceis332m,60floors,thecrownheight370m.Thelateraldesignofthestructuralsystemwillbe ernedbybothofseismicforcesandwindeffect.Pertherequirementofarchitecturallayout,thearchitecturalcoreisatthewestsideoftheplan.Tominimizethestiffnesseccentricityandthetorsioneffectduetotheoffsetcorelayout,thecoreadoptssteelgravityframetoreducethestructuralself-weightandstiffness.Thesteeleccentricallybracedframewithexcellentductilityisutilizedattheinterfacebetweencoreandofficearea.TheMEPductscouldgothroughbeneaththeEBFlinks,thisisagreatbenefittocoordinatewithMEP.塔樓的北側(cè),東側(cè)及南側(cè),采用巨型框架,共8沿塔樓高度有2道帶狀桁架與巨柱一起形成巨型框架的體系。辦公區(qū)域的4根內(nèi)部框架柱在第6層樓面處向角部?jī)A斜,在第3層樓面處分叉成兩根斜柱與角部8根巨柱在地面層相連接,這使得首層的空間形成一個(gè)40X40米的大跨度無(wú)/東/在作用下將形成類似于偏心支撐耗能梁的“保險(xiǎn)絲”的作用。構(gòu)巨柱間的抗彎框架采用鋼梁及鋼柱,角部巨柱采用混凝土柱,其在作用下有良好的延性,其較高的剛度也有利于提高塔樓整體結(jié)構(gòu)效率。MegaframesarelocatedontheNorth,EastandSouthfacesofthetower.The8megacolumnsatthefourcornersand2belttrussesalongthetowerelevationformthemegaframesystem.ThefourinteriorframecolumnsattheofficeareastartsloatLevelsixandbranchtotwolegsatthegroundlevel,meetingtheeightmegacolumns.Thislayouthelpscreatea40mx40mcolumn-freespaceatthegroundlevel.Ontheotherhand,themegabracesattheNorth/East/Southfacesenhancethelateralstiffnessofthetower.Themegabracesarenotinthesameplaneasthetypicalframeandthebelttrusses,soastoavoidtakinggravityloads.Thesteelbeamsbetweenthetwomegacolumnsateachcornera
