學(xué)分。博士生入學(xué)后，應(yīng)在導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)下明確科學(xué)研究方向，查閱國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)（文獻(xiàn)閱讀不少于100篇，其中外文文獻(xiàn)不少于三分之一），進(jìn)行廣泛的調(diào)查研究，確定研究課題。在入學(xué)1~1.5年內(nèi)寫出選題報告，由導(dǎo)師擬訂評審組（具有教授或相當(dāng)職稱的同行專家組成）名單，經(jīng)學(xué)院分學(xué)位委員會審定，成立評審組。由學(xué)院組織博士研究生開題報告的評審工作，對選題的合理性、可行性、文獻(xiàn)綜述、預(yù)期效果及實(shí)現(xiàn)課題的措施做出分析、評價。選題報告如不符合要求，必須在3個月內(nèi)重新開題。選題報告由評審組組長簽署意見，送學(xué)院備案。選題報告通過后，記1個必修環(huán)節(jié)學(xué)分。3、學(xué)術(shù)活動1個學(xué)分。為了促使研究生能主動關(guān)心和了解國內(nèi)外本學(xué)科前沿的發(fā)展動態(tài)，開闊視野，啟發(fā)創(chuàng)造力，要求每個博士研究生應(yīng)公開做學(xué)術(shù)報告至少5次，參加學(xué)術(shù)報告至少10次，且每次參加學(xué)術(shù)活動必須寫出500字以上的心得。經(jīng)指導(dǎo)教師（小組）檢查、審核，完成者在必修環(huán)節(jié)記1個學(xué)分。論文選題進(jìn)行到中期，博士研究生必須參加學(xué)校的中期考核。博士研究生應(yīng)在專門的學(xué)術(shù)會議上做工作進(jìn)展的中期報告，由專家（定義同前）審議其論文進(jìn)展和階段成果水平。博士研究生選題報告和中期考核的具體要求，按照研究生手冊“研究生中期考核與選題管理辦法”執(zhí)行。1.Twocreditsfortheinternshiporpractice.Candidatesarerequiredtostimulateaprovincial(city)levelandanatural(social)sciencefundprojectapplicationand30minutes’presentation.Afterinspectedandreviewedbythesupervisor(Group),thosewhopassedwillgettwocredits.Theon-the-jobPhDcandidatescanexempttheinternshiporpractice,however,nocreditsforthecourses,andthecreditslackedmustbepaidthemoffwithelectivecourses.2.Onecreditforthesisproposalandinterimassessment.Undertheguidanceofsupervisors,candidatesshouldpinpointtheirresearchareas,lookuprelevantliteratureathomeandabroad(theamountofliteratureatleast100,theforeignliteratureshouldnotlessthanonethirdoftheliteratures),conductextensiveinvestigationsandmakeselectionofdissertation.Duringthefirst1to1.5yearsofentrancethePhDcandidatesmustmakethereportonselectionofdissertation,thesupervisorshouldmakethelistofpanelsconsistsofprofessorsorthepeerexpertswithequivalenttileAfterexamination,theresearchtopicwillbedefinite.Afterpassingthesisproposaldefense,thecandidatewillgetonecredit.3.Onecreditforacademicactivities.Inordertoencouragecandidatestotakeconcernandunderstandthestateofartathomeandabroad,broadentheirhorizonsandinspiretheircreativity,eachcandidateshouldmakepublicacademicreportatleastfivetimes,attendacademicreportsatleast10times,andwrite500wordsormoreeachtimeafterparticipatinginacademicactivities.Afterexaminationbythesupervisor(Group),thosewhocompleteitwillget1creditofcompulsorycourses.Inthemiddleofthethesis,thedoctoralstudentsmustattendthemid-termexaminationoftheschool.Doctoralstudentsshoulddotheinterimreportoftheprogressofworkinspecializedacademicconferencesandbyexperts(definedibid.)reviewtheprogressandachievementsinthelevel.Doctoralstudentselectionreportandthespecificrequirementsofthemid-termexamination,accordingtothegraduateHandbook,theimplementationoftheinterimassessmentandselectionmanagementapproach.六、科學(xué)研究與學(xué)位論文=6\*ROMANVIScientificResearchandDissertation1.科研論文發(fā)表及規(guī)定（按照學(xué)校校研字[2014]29文件規(guī)定執(zhí)行）(1)申請學(xué)位論文答辯前，博士研究生發(fā)表的與學(xué)位論文相關(guān)的學(xué)術(shù)論文須達(dá)到以下要求之一：a.在本學(xué)科或相關(guān)學(xué)科國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊上至少發(fā)表2篇SCI收錄的高水平學(xué)術(shù)論文；b.在本學(xué)科或相關(guān)學(xué)科國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表1篇SCI收錄的高水平學(xué)術(shù)論文，且在本學(xué)科或相關(guān)學(xué)科EI收錄期刊、中文B類及以上學(xué)術(shù)期刊或國際頂尖學(xué)術(shù)會議論文集上發(fā)表2篇高水平學(xué)術(shù)論文；c.在本學(xué)科或相關(guān)學(xué)科國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表1篇SCI收錄的高水平學(xué)術(shù)論文，且獲得國內(nèi)或國外授權(quán)發(fā)明專利1項。(2)鼓勵博士研究生發(fā)表高水平學(xué)術(shù)論文，博士研究生以本人為第一作者在本學(xué)科或相關(guān)學(xué)科國際重要學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表1篇與學(xué)位論文相關(guān)的高水平學(xué)術(shù)論文，視為達(dá)到申請學(xué)位發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文的要求。(3)提前攻讀、申請審核制直接錄取、學(xué)校博士卓越獎學(xué)金資助、學(xué)校優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文培育基金資助、攻讀博士期間國家或?qū)W校公派出國學(xué)習(xí)6個月及以上的各類博士研究生，申請學(xué)位論文答辯前須至少多發(fā)表1篇SCI收錄學(xué)術(shù)期刊論文。若同時享受上述多種政策，多發(fā)表論文篇數(shù)為所享受政策種類數(shù)量的累加數(shù)。(4)博士研究生申請答辯時，若其發(fā)表的學(xué)術(shù)論文存在正式錄用但未見刊的，須滿足：取得學(xué)籍至少4年，且僅差1篇學(xué)術(shù)論文尚未公開發(fā)表但已錄用的（其它學(xué)術(shù)論文均已見刊），允許其按答辯程序申請答辯畢業(yè)，待其畢業(yè)后2年內(nèi)所提交審核的學(xué)術(shù)論文全部公開發(fā)表且達(dá)到相應(yīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，再由本人提出申請審議其學(xué)位。被錄用的學(xué)術(shù)論文應(yīng)有編輯部的正式錄用函和導(dǎo)師簽名同意、學(xué)科分委員會認(rèn)可的論文投稿原件。(5)論文作者署名要求為博士研究生本人署名第一，或?qū)熓鹈谝?、本人署名第二；專利第一發(fā)明人是指博士研究生本人署名第一，或?qū)熓鹈谝?、本人署名第二；論文的第一署名單位或?qū)＠暾埲吮仨毷俏錆h理工大學(xué)。(6)博士研究生申請答辯時，如果提交審核的學(xué)術(shù)論文中尚有未公開發(fā)表（或發(fā)明專利申請公開）的，允許其組織學(xué)位論文答辯，答辯通過者，經(jīng)所在學(xué)院分學(xué)位委員會審議可先準(zhǔn)予畢業(yè)，但暫不審議其學(xué)位，待其在畢業(yè)后兩年內(nèi)所提交審核的學(xué)術(shù)論文全部公開發(fā)表（或發(fā)明的專利獲得授權(quán)）后，再由本人提出申請審議其學(xué)位。1scientificresearchpaperspublishedandregulations(inaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftheschoolstudyword[2014]29document)(1)beforeapplyingforthethesisdefense,theacademicpaperspublishedbythedoctoralgraduatestudentsmustmeetthefollowingrequirements:A.atleast2highlevelacademicpaperspublishedintheinternationalacademicjournalsofthesubjectorrelateddisciplines;B.inthesubjectorrelevantinternationalacademicjournals:1SCIincludedhighlevelacademicpapersand2highlevelacademicpaperspublishedinthedisciplineorrelateddisciplinesEIincludedjournals,ChineseclassBandaboveacademicjournalsandinternationaltopacademicconferencepapersset;C.publishedintheinternationalacademicjournalsofthedisciplineorrelateddisciplines,1SCIhighlevelacademicpapersincluded,andaccesstodomesticorforeignauthorizedinventionpatents1.(2)encouragedoctoralstudents:highlevelacademicpapers,doctoralstudentinmyfirstauthoronthesubjectorrelateddisciplinesofimportantinternationalacademicjournalspublishedarticlesanddissertationsrelatedtohighlevelacademicpapers,asthepostacademicrequirementstoapplyfordegree.(3)aheadofpursuinga,applyforexaminationandverificationoftheadmitteddirectly,thedoctoralschoolExcellenceScholarshipfunded,schoolexcellentdoctoraldissertationcultivationfund,studying,nationalorpublicschoolssenttostudyabroadfor6monthsandabovealldoctoralstudents,forthedegreeoftheanswerbeforethedebatemustbeatleast:1SCIpapersofacademicjournals.Ifatthesametimeenjoyavarietyoftheabovepolicy,publishedanumberofpaperstoenjoythepolicyofspeciesaccumulating.(4)Ph.D.studentsapplytoreply,ifthereisaformalemploythepublishedacademicpapersbutnopublication,mustsatisfy:studentobtainatleast4years,andonly1academicpapershasbeenpublishedbutaccepted(otheracademicpaperswerepublished),allowingittoinadebateprogramforthegraduationreplyuntilthewithin2yearsaftergraduationandsubmittedauditacademicpapersarepublishedandmeetthecorrespondingstandards,thenIapplyforconsiderationofthedegree.Theacademicpaperthathasbeenemployedshallhavetheofficialemploymentletteroftheeditorialdepartmentandtheoriginalpaperssubmittedbytheacademiccommitteeoftheacademiccommittee.(5)thesignaturerequirementsfordoctoralstudents,Ifirstsigned,orinstructorsignedfirst,Isignedthesecond.ThefirstpatentinventoristograduateIfirstsigned,orinstructorsignedfirst,Isignedthesecond;thefirstsignedunitortheapplicantforapatenttoWuhanUniversityofscienceandtechnology.(6)DoctoralStudentsfordefense,ifsubmittedtothereviewoftheacademicpapersstillunpublished(orinventionpatentapplicationpublication),allowingtheorganizationdegreethesisdefense,thesisdefense,theinstitutewheretheacademicdegreecommitteeofconsiderationmaybefirstallowedtograduate,buttemporarilynottoconsiderthedegree,tobethewithintwoyearsaftergraduatingfromsubmittedauditacademicpapersarepublished(orinventedpatentsgranted),Iproposedtoconsiderapplicationsforthedegree.2.學(xué)位論文(1)博士學(xué)位論文的具體要求a.博士學(xué)位論文要堅持理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的原則，應(yīng)是系統(tǒng)的、完整的學(xué)術(shù)論文，在科學(xué)或?qū)ｉT技術(shù)上應(yīng)作出創(chuàng)新性的成果。b.論文應(yīng)是由本人獨(dú)立完成，要能表明作者具有從事科學(xué)研究或獨(dú)立擔(dān)負(fù)專門技術(shù)工作的能力，從文獻(xiàn)綜述、選題報告、確定合理的研究方案，實(shí)驗過程和數(shù)據(jù)處理等，均應(yīng)表明研究生具有分析問題和解決問題的能力。c.論文要求文字通順、條理清晰、圖表精確、計量單位正確、打印裝訂。(2)論文評審與答辯a.博士學(xué)位論文申請答辯前，經(jīng)導(dǎo)師同意后送學(xué)院研究生工作辦公室進(jìn)行“學(xué)位論文學(xué)術(shù)不端行為檢測系統(tǒng)（TMLC2）”檢測，檢測通過后進(jìn)入學(xué)位論文評審程序。b.所有擬申請學(xué)位的博士研究生，均須進(jìn)行博士學(xué)位論文預(yù)答辯制度，具體意見按《博士學(xué)位論文預(yù)答辯實(shí)施辦法》執(zhí)行。c.擬申請學(xué)位的博士研究生如符合：①在本學(xué)科國際重要學(xué)術(shù)期刊上（SCI影響因子0.4及以上）至少已正式發(fā)表1篇與學(xué)位論文相關(guān)的學(xué)術(shù)論文。②已經(jīng)獲得了的省部級及以上科技獎勵或③撰寫學(xué)位論文經(jīng)學(xué)校保密管理部門正式批準(zhǔn)且密級屬于秘密級及以上可申請免于盲審，其他擬申請學(xué)位的博士學(xué)位論文均須參加盲審，盲審結(jié)果按學(xué)?！蛾P(guān)于博士學(xué)位論文盲審未通過的處理意見》執(zhí)行。注：機(jī)電工程學(xué)院僅按③執(zhí)行。d.博士論文的評審和答辯具體按《武漢理工大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文答辯的規(guī)定》執(zhí)行；博士學(xué)位論文答辯須進(jìn)行公示，具體按《博士學(xué)位論文答辯公示制實(shí)施辦法》執(zhí)行。e.博士論文提交學(xué)院歸檔前，須按照論文評閱（議）專家、答辯委員會等專家在博士學(xué)位論文評審與答辯過程中提出的意見或建議，對學(xué)位論文進(jìn)行針對性的修改，具體意見按《博士學(xué)位論文修改承諾制管理規(guī)定》執(zhí)行。(3)自選題報告通過審核之日起，至申請學(xué)位論文答辯日期之間的博士學(xué)位論文研究工作時間不得少于一年。(4)在論文工作中，要求博士研究生堅持實(shí)事求是的科學(xué)態(tài)度、踏實(shí)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)墓ぷ髯黠L(fēng)、謙虛誠摯的合作精神以及良好的科學(xué)道德。凡出現(xiàn)學(xué)術(shù)不端行為，一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)，將嚴(yán)肅處理。2degreethesis(1)thespecificrequirementsofdoctoraldissertationA.doctoralthesisshouldadheretotheprincipleoftheorywithpractice,shouldbesystematic,completeacademicpapers,inscienceorspecializedtechnologyshouldmakeinnovativeachievements.B.Thisisdonebymyselftothatauthorhasengagedinscientificresearchorundertakingindependentlytheabilityoftechnicalwork,fromtheliteraturereview,researchreport,determinethereasonableresearchplan,experimentalprocedureanddataprocessing,indicatesthattheanalyticalandproblemsolvingability.Fluentandclear,accurateandcorrect,theunitofmeasurementchartpaperprintingandbindingrequirementsc..(2)thesisreviewandreplyA.PhDapplicationbeforetherespondent,bytheinstructortoevacuationcollegegraduateworkoffice"degreeacademicmisconductdetectionsystem(TMLC2)detection,detectionbytheintothedissertationevaluationprogram.B.alldoctoralcandidatestoapplyforadoctoraldegree,arerequiredtocarryoutadoctoraldegreethesispredefensesystem,specificopinionsinadvanceoftheimplementationofthemeasuresfortheimplementationofthe"doctoraldissertation".C.intendstoapplyforadoctoraldegreeinhealth,suchas:IntheInternationalAcademicJournalofthesubject(SCIinfluencingfactor0.4andabove),atleast1papershavebeenpublished.Theprovincialandministeriallevelandabovescientificandtechnologicalawardsor3writingdissertationsbytheschoolconfidentialmanagementdepartmentformallyapprovedanddensebelongstothesecretlevelandabovecanapplyforfromblindtrialandotherproposedforthedegreeofPh.D.thesisshallbeinblindtrial,blindtrialresultsaccor
