人的情緒與天氣有著密切的關(guān)系。當天氣晴朗，風(fēng)和日麗，人就精神抖擻，而當天氣陰云密布，就會憂郁煩悶。氣溫對人的影響也很大，酷熱使人心情煩躁，潮濕的雨天易使人的心情憂郁和情緒低落。情緒又和人的健康、長壽息息相關(guān)，如果一個人終日悶悶不樂，垂頭喪氣會引起上腹不適，泛酸、食欲減退，體重下降。醫(yī)學(xué)研究證明，人的大腦中有一種“褪黑激素”，可使人消沉抑郁。連續(xù)幾天下雨，光照減少，褪黑激素相對增多，情緒容易低沉消極。這種氣候狀況下，抑郁情緒就會乘虛而入。同時對人的內(nèi)分泌產(chǎn)生影響，容易造成情感障礙，產(chǎn)生抑郁癥、焦慮癥。

醫(yī)學(xué)界人士指出，盡管天氣無常，人們應(yīng)該學(xué)會合理控制情緒，合理宣泄情緒。不要過度壓抑自己，或把惡劣的心境傳遞給別人。應(yīng)該用一種理智的方式來解決問題，如找親朋談心，跑步、健身、逛街等疏解情緒，找專業(yè)心理工作人員進行情緒疏導(dǎo)等。
