時光匆匆，轉(zhuǎn)眼間我已走過了四年的從教生涯。雖然在大家看來這段時間有些短暫。但細(xì)數(shù)往昔歲月的點點滴滴，我還是要長嘆：生活原來給了我們則多感動。為了這真情付出后得到的感動，我一直在追求著。剛才加入工作時，信心百倍。記得第一次以教師的身份走進(jìn)課堂，感覺一切都是那樣美好。然而，醉酒方知酒味濃，為師才知為師難。一段時間之后，我先前良好的自我感覺早就一掃而空，面對一群求知欲渴的孩子們，我才真正意識到教師職業(yè)是何等的艱辛和瑣碎，三尺講臺站上去容易，要站好可真難啊！

每個人都希望自己的人生風(fēng)和日麗，鶯歌燕舞。但月有陰晴圓缺，人有旦夕禍福，挫折和失敗總是不斷地踩痛我們的心。我們是把失意的怨氣撒在孩子身上，還是收起此時內(nèi)心的苦楚用微笑面對純真可愛的孩子？我想沒有人愿意選擇前者，因為你的心中有愛！魯迅先生有句話“教育是植根與愛的〞。是的，愛是教育的源泉，教師有了愛，才會用伯樂的眼光去發(fā)現(xiàn)孩子們的閃光點，才會對自己的教育對象充斥了信心和愛心，才會有追求卓越的精神和創(chuàng)新的精神。
