低下,還有人們對你不能完成任務(wù)的不良評價。而且,在這樣的負(fù)面作用下,往往會產(chǎn)生惡性循環(huán),導(dǎo)致進(jìn)一步的拖延行為。通常情況下,人做選擇依循兩個原則:或者是追求快樂,或者是逃避痛苦。你覺得上學(xué)無趣,所以會遲到,但是你跟喜歡的人約會就不遲到;老師來檢查,你就不會遲到,老師一不來,你就昨天晚上忘了訂鬧鈴,或者鬧鐘沒有響。對于你不想做的事情,你有排山倒海的理由拖延它;對于你事關(guān)重大的事情,沒有困難創(chuàng)造困難你也在所不辭。當(dāng)然,有時拖延癥也有積極地一面。一件事情拖著拖著,我們干脆就不做了。這也是拖延癥的價值:通過它,來區(qū)別事情的重要性。我常常覺得,有的時候我們是自動選擇了“拖延”這樣一個方式,以來激活自己的創(chuàng)造力。我現(xiàn)在就制定好復(fù)習(xí)計劃,可實(shí)際上,我到了考試前一天才開始背書。但往往這種抱佛腳的行為卻出奇的有效,所以我認(rèn)為,我不怎么努力不怎么拼命也可以做的和那些努力的人差不多。雖然知道
