3DL3xx系列ILO配置在服務(wù)器加電，系統(tǒng)檢測完內(nèi)存、CPU、ROM、電源后按ESC鍵退出LOGO，會出現(xiàn)提示“IntegratedLight-Out2Advanceddpress[F8]toconfigure”,此時按[F8]進(jìn)入iLO2高級設(shè)置。如下圖Page

4DL3xx系列ILO配置iLO2設(shè)置界面是一個類似于主板BIOS的設(shè)置界面，在這個界面中，我們可以看到上面的一排菜單，其中常用的是前三個，在第一個File菜單中，用戶可以實現(xiàn)iLO2的重置恢復(fù)到出廠狀態(tài)，如果用戶忘記了密碼，可以使用這種方法來恢復(fù)。Page

5DL3xx系列ILO配置在Network選項中查看DNS/DHCP，其中DHCP應(yīng)設(shè)置為ON。需注意的是在服務(wù)器更換主板后需將DNSNAME改回（ILO+原機(jī)器SN號）并按F10保存設(shè)置Page

6DL3xx系列ILO配置網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)置，下圖中可以設(shè)置靜態(tài)IPPage

7DL3xx系列ILO配置在User菜單下設(shè)置用戶帳號和密碼，帳號為Administrator（默認(rèn)），密碼改為12345678，設(shè)置完成后按F10保存。Page

8DL3xxRaid配置當(dāng)啟動機(jī)器檢測完陣列卡及硬盤后出出現(xiàn)配置陣列的提示如小圖。請注意觀察屏幕，當(dāng)看到F8提示的時候，迅速按下。Page

9DL3xxRaid配置按F8進(jìn)入陣列配置界面，（如下圖）選擇ManageLicenseKeys來管理license。(只有在創(chuàng)建RAID6才需要license)Page

10DL3xxRaid配置選擇AddLicenseKey，按回車添加license。也可通過View查看license，Delete刪除license?；氐絤ainmenu選擇CreateLgicalDrive，回車?yán)^續(xù)。Page

11DL3xxRaid配置用空格鍵在左側(cè)選中要配置Raid的硬盤，按Tab鍵將光標(biāo)移動到右側(cè)按空格鍵選擇要配置的Raid級別。Page

12DL3xxRaid配置按F8鍵保存，按回車?yán)^續(xù)。Page

13DL3xxRaid配置選擇ViewLogicalDrive可查看配置好的陣列狀態(tài)。按回車，可以查看每塊硬盤的狀態(tài)。Page

14DLxx系列固資號及SN、網(wǎng)卡啟動順序修改1）開機(jī)按F9進(jìn)入RBSU2）進(jìn)入中AdvancedOptionSerialNumber填寫原設(shè)備SN號碼信息。如下左圖3）錄入原固資號至RBSU選擇ServerAssetTexServerinfotextServerAssettag–line1項如上右圖Page

154）修改SystemOptionsEmbeddedNicsNic2bootoptions選項值為Enable如下圖DLxx系列固資號及SN、網(wǎng)卡啟動順序修改Page

16DL3xx系列升級FW從制作好的Fw升級光盤或U盤啟動后界面如下圖選擇FirmwareUpdateInstallFirmwarePage

17DL3xx系列升級FW選擇需要升級的設(shè)備，單擊InstallPage

18DL3xx系列升級FW成功升級后單擊RebootNow按鈕重新啟動計算機(jī)完成升級Page

19DL3xx設(shè)備故障診斷使用SmartStart光盤啟動設(shè)備，進(jìn)入主界面后如下圖點擊選擇MaintainServerPage

20DL3xx設(shè)備故障診斷進(jìn)入insightDiagnostics——Survey窗口Viewlevel選擇“Advanced”，Categories選擇“all”.選擇下方的save按鈕可以保存設(shè)備的硬件信息到移動設(shè)備如U盤、軟盤在這里可以看到當(dāng)前設(shè)備的所有硬件信息Page

21DL3xx設(shè)備故障診斷設(shè)備檢測：在InsightDiagnostics的界面選擇test，之后選中CompleteTest，之后選擇下方的AllDevice（或者根據(jù)自己的需要選擇需要進(jìn)行測試的部件）

點擊BeginTesting即可進(jìn)行測試Page

22DL3xx設(shè)備故障診斷檢測完成后可以看到選擇的硬件的測試結(jié)果，在testedfailed項中數(shù)字為0為正常，非0則代表該硬件有問題，點擊下方的save按鈕可以保存測試結(jié)果到移動設(shè)備Page

23DL3xx設(shè)備故障診斷服務(wù)器開機(jī)無顯示應(yīng)怎么辦1.檢查供電環(huán)境，零-火；零-地電壓2.檢查電源指示燈，如果亮，正常嗎3.按下電源開關(guān)時，鍵盤上指示燈亮嗎風(fēng)扇全部轉(zhuǎn)動嗎4.是否更換過顯示器，更換另一臺顯示器。5.去掉增加內(nèi)存6.去掉增加的CPU7.去掉增加的第三方I/O卡8.檢查內(nèi)存和CPU插的是否牢靠9.ClearCMOS10.更換主要備件，如系統(tǒng)板，內(nèi)存和CPUPage

24DL3xx設(shè)備故障診斷原則盡量恢復(fù)系統(tǒng)缺省配置a:硬件配置：去除第三方廠商備件和非標(biāo)配備件；b:資源配置：清除CMOS，恢復(fù)資源初始配置；c:BIOS，F(xiàn)/W，驅(qū)動程序：升級最新的BIOS，F(xiàn)/W和相關(guān)驅(qū)動程序；d:TPL：擴(kuò)展的第三方的I/O卡屬于該機(jī)型的硬件兼容列表（TPL）嗎2.從基本到復(fù)雜a:系統(tǒng)上從個體到網(wǎng)絡(luò)：首先將存在故障的服務(wù)器獨立運(yùn)行，待測試正常后再接入網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)行，觀察故障現(xiàn)象變化并處理。b:硬件上從最小系統(tǒng)到現(xiàn)實系統(tǒng)：指從可以運(yùn)行的硬件開始逐步到現(xiàn)實系統(tǒng)為止。c:軟件上從基本系統(tǒng)到現(xiàn)實系統(tǒng)：指從基本操作系統(tǒng)開始逐步到現(xiàn)實系統(tǒng)為止。3.交換對比a:在最大可能相同的條件下，交換操作簡單效果明顯的部件；b:交換NOS載體，既交換軟件環(huán)境；c:交換硬件，既交換硬件環(huán)境；d:交換整機(jī)，既交換整體環(huán)境；服務(wù)器信息：

1.機(jī)器型號

2.機(jī)器序列號(S/N)

3.Bios版本

4.是否增加其它設(shè)備，如網(wǎng)卡，SCSI卡，內(nèi)存，CPU

5.硬盤如何配置，是否做陣列,陣列級別

6.安裝什么操作系統(tǒng)及版本（Winnt4,Netware,Sco,others）故障信息:

1.在POST時,屏幕顯示的異常信息
