大綱要求詞匯量：10000-12000閱讀速度：每分鐘160-180單詞翻譯速度：每小時250-300單詞寫作速度：半小時300-400單詞閱讀難度：一年級：Reader‘sDigest二年級：Newsweek高年級：Fortune，Time第二、四、六、八級的閱讀教學(xué)要求：二級：能閱讀難度相當(dāng)于Thirty-NineSteeps(簡寫本)的淺顯材料以及Reader‘sDigest，閱讀速度為每分鐘70-120個單詞，理解中心大意，抓住主要情節(jié)或論點(diǎn)。四級：能讀懂難度相當(dāng)于美國Newsweek的國際新聞報道；能讀懂難度相當(dāng)于SonsandLovers的文學(xué)原著。要求在理解的基礎(chǔ)上抓住要點(diǎn)，并能運(yùn)用正確觀點(diǎn)評價思想內(nèi)容。閱讀速度為每分種120-180個單詞，理解準(zhǔn)確率不低于70%。能在5分鐘內(nèi)速讀1，000詞左右、中等難度的文章，掌握文章的大意。六級：能讀懂難度相當(dāng)于美國Time或NewYorkTimes的社論和政論文章；能讀懂難度相當(dāng)于TheGreatGatsby的文學(xué)原著，難度相當(dāng)于TheRiseandFalloftheThirdReich的歷史傳記。要求在理解的基礎(chǔ)上分析文章的思想觀點(diǎn)、篇章結(jié)構(gòu)和文體風(fēng)格。閱讀速度為每分鐘140-180個單詞，理解準(zhǔn)確率不低于75%。能在5分鐘內(nèi)速讀1，300詞左右的文章，掌握文章的主旨和大意。

八級：

能讀懂Time，F(xiàn)ortune等英美報刊雜志上的社論和書評、英語國家出版的有一定難度的歷史傳記和文學(xué)作品；能分析上述題材文章的思想觀點(diǎn)、語篇結(jié)構(gòu)、語言特點(diǎn)和修辭手法。能在5分鐘內(nèi)速讀1，600詞(320/min.)左右的文章，掌握文章的主旨和大意，理解事實(shí)和細(xì)節(jié)。

八級的單項(xiàng)教學(xué)要求規(guī)定如下：語音

發(fā)音正確；語調(diào)自然；調(diào)整流順暢。語法:

較好地掌握句子之間和段落之間的銜接手段如照應(yīng)、省略、替代等。熟練地使用各種銜接手段，連貫地表達(dá)思想。詞匯:

通過課堂教學(xué)和其他途徑認(rèn)知詞匯達(dá)10，000-12，000個；且能正確而熟練地使用其中的5，000-6，000個及其最常用的搭配。聽力:

聽懂真實(shí)交際場合中各種英語會話；聽懂英語國家廣播電臺以及電視臺（如CNN）有關(guān)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、教育、科技等方面的專題報道以及與此類題材相關(guān)的演講和演講后的問答；聽懂電視時事報道和電視短劇中的對話。語速為每分鐘150-180個單詞，聽兩遍可以聽懂，理解準(zhǔn)確率以60%為合格。口語:

能就國內(nèi)外重大問題與外賓進(jìn)行流利而得體的交流；能系統(tǒng)、深入、連貫地發(fā)表自己的見解。寫作:

能寫各類體裁的文章，做到內(nèi)容充實(shí)，語言通順，用詞恰當(dāng)，表達(dá)得體。寫作速度為30分鐘300-400個單詞。能撰寫長度為3，000-5，000個單詞的畢業(yè)論文，要求思路清晰、內(nèi)容充實(shí)、語言通順。翻譯:

能運(yùn)用翻譯的理論和技巧，將英美報刊上的文章以及文學(xué)原著譯成漢語，或?qū)⑽覈鴪罂?、雜志上的文章和一般文學(xué)作品譯成英語，速度為每小時250-300個英文單詞。譯文要求忠實(shí)原意，語言流暢。能擔(dān)任一般外事活動的口譯。工具書使用:

能獨(dú)立使用各類工具書和參考書，并有效地通過計算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)查閱資料，獲取知識，獨(dú)立從事某些簡單課題的研究。文化素養(yǎng):
