準(zhǔn)后由兩人以上共同攜帶使用。第十四條印章保管人必須妥善保管印章，如有遺失，必須及時向公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)報告。第十五條任何人員必須嚴(yán)格依照本辦法規(guī)定程序使用印章，未經(jīng)本辦法規(guī)定的程序，不得擅自使用。第十六條印章保管人員應(yīng)遵守公司的保密規(guī)定，不得泄露工作中接觸的公司保密事項。第十七條違反本辦法的規(guī)定，給公司造成損失的，對違紀(jì)者予以經(jīng)濟(jì)處罰，造成嚴(yán)重?fù)p失或情節(jié)嚴(yán)重的，移送有關(guān)機(jī)關(guān)處理。第四章辦公用品購置領(lǐng)用規(guī)定一、公司各部門所需的辦公用品，在每月20日前由各部門對本部門整理匯總后填寫《***月***部辦公用品需求計劃》，經(jīng)主管經(jīng)理審批后交辦公室負(fù)責(zé)人，報總經(jīng)理審批后購置。二、各部門上報的所需購置辦公用品，統(tǒng)一到辦公室領(lǐng)用，并辦理領(lǐng)用手續(xù)。三、需購置的大額辦公器材的使用，由副總經(jīng)理審核并報董事長批準(zhǔn)后辦理。四、各部門所用的專用表格等印刷品，由部門自行制定格式，按規(guī)定報主管經(jīng)理審批后，自行打印，如需數(shù)量較多由辦公室聯(lián)系印刷。五、辦公用品只能用于辦公，不得移作他用或私用。
