黃連溫膽湯加味穴位貼敷對(duì)痰熱型原發(fā)性高血壓患者24小時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)血壓的影響摘要:目的:探討黃連溫膽湯加味穴位貼敷對(duì)痰熱型原發(fā)性高血壓患者24小時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)血壓的影響。方法:將70例痰熱型原發(fā)性高血壓患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組,治療組給予黃連溫膽湯加味穴位貼敷,對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)治療。比較兩組患者治療前后24小時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)血壓變化以及心率、血粘度、血流速度等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:治療組治療后收縮壓、舒張壓、平均動(dòng)脈壓均明顯下降,24小時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)血壓監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果亦明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);治療組患者心率、血粘度、血流速度等指標(biāo)亦明顯改善。結(jié)論:黃連溫膽湯加味穴位貼敷對(duì)痰熱型原發(fā)性高血壓患者具有顯著療效,可以有效控制其24小時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)血壓,改善心血管健康狀況。

Introduction:Primaryhypertension,alsoknownasessentialhypertension,isachronicdiseasecharacterizedbyelevatedbloodpressureinthearteries.Itisamajorriskfactorforcardiovascularandcerebrovasculardiseases,suchasstrokeandcoronaryheartdisease.TraditionalChinesemedicine(TCM)hasalonghistoryintreatinghypertensionandhasachievedremarkableresults.HuanglianWendandecoctionisaclassicTCMprescriptionthathasbeenusedforthousandsofyearstotreathypertensionwithphlegm-heatsyndrome.AcupointapplicationisacommonmethodinTCM,whichhasbeenproveneffectiveinmanydiseases.ThisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheeffectofHuanglianWendandecoctioncombinedwithacupointapplicationon24-hourdynamicbloodpressureinpatientswithphlegm-heattypeofprimaryhypertension.

Methods:70patientswithphlegm-heattypeofprimaryhypertensionwererandomlydividedintotreatmentgroupandcontrolgroup,with35casesineachgroup.ThetreatmentgroupreceivedHuanglianWendandecoctioncombinedwithacupointapplication,whilethecontrolgroupreceivedconventionaltreatment.24-hourdynamicbloodpressuremonitoringandotherindicators,suchasheartrate,bloodviscosity,andbloodflowvelocitywerecomparedbetweenthetwogroupsbeforeandaftertreatment.

Results:Aftertreatment,thesystolicpressure,diastolicpressure,andmeanarterialpressureinthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andtheresultsof24-hourdynamicbloodpressuremonitoringweresignificantlybetterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Theheartrate,bloodviscosity,andbloodflowvelocityinthetreatmentgroupwerealsosignificantlyimproved.

Conclusion:HuanglianWendandecoctioncombinedwithacupointapplicationiseffectiveintreatingphlegm-heattypeofprimaryhypertension,andcaneffectivelycontrol24-hourdynamicbloodpressure,improvecardiovascularhealth。Hypertensionisachronicmedicalconditionthataffectsmillionsofindividualsacrosstheglobe.Itisgenerallyassociatedwithvariousotherhealthcomplications,includingcardiovasculardiseases,kidneydiseases,andstroke.Treatmentoptionsforhypertensionincludelifestylechanges,medication,andalternativetreatmentssuchastraditionalChinesemedicine.Inthisstudy,wehaveevaluatedtheeffectivenessofHuanglianWendandecoctioncombinedwithacupointapplicationinthetreatmentofphlegm-heattypeofprimaryhypertension.

Thephlegm-heattypeofprimaryhypertensionischaracterizedbysymptomssuchasdizziness,headache,andarapidpulserate.ThecombinationofHuanglianWendandecoctionandacupointapplicationhasbeentraditionallyusedinthetreatmentofhypertensioninChina.TheHuanglianWendandecoctionisatraditionalChinesemedicineformulationcomprisingseveralplant-basedingredients,includingCoptischinensis,Atractylodesmacrocephala,Poriacocos,andGlycyrrhizauralensis.Theacupointapplicationinvolvestheinsertionofacupunctureneedlesatspecificpointsinthebodytostimulatetheflowof"qi"orvitalenergy.

TheresultsofthisstudysuggestthatthecombinationofHuanglianWendandecoctionandacupointapplicationsignificantlyreducesbloodpressurelevelsinpatientswithphlegm-heattypeofprimaryhypertension.The24-hourdynamicbloodpressuremonitoringinthetreatmentgroupshowedsignificantimprovementcomparedtothecontrolgroup.Theheartrate,bloodviscosity,andbloodflowvelocitywerealsofoundtobeimprovedinthetreatmentgroup.

Inconclusion,thecombinationofHuanglianWendandecoctionandacupointapplicationisaneffectivealternativetreatmentoptionforpatientswithphlegm-heattypeofprimaryhypertension.Theresultsofthisstudysuggestthatthistreatmentapproachcaneffectivelycontrolbloodpressurelevelsandimprovecardiovascularhealth.Furtherstudieswithalargersamplesizearenecessarytovalidatethesefindingsandtodeterminethelong-termefficacyofthistreatmentapproach。Moreover,thistreatmentapproachcanalsopotentiallyreducetheuseofantihypertensivemedications,whichcanhaveadversesideeffectsandleadtomedicationnon-complianceinpatients.Itisimportanttonotethatthisstudyhadasmallsamplesizeandashortdurationoftreatment,andtherefore,furtherstudiesarerequiredtodrawmoredefinitiveconclusions.

Additionally,thecombinationofacupunctureandChineseherbalmedicinehasbeenwidelyrecognizedasasafeandeffectivetreatmentforvarioushealthconditions.Acupuncturecanstimulatethereleaseofendorphinsandotherneurotransmitters,whichcanreducestresslevelsandpromoterelaxation.Chineseherbshavealsobeentraditionallyusedtoregulatebodilyfunctionsandbalancethebody'senergyflow.

Overall,theintegrationofChinesemedicineintostandardmedicalcarecanprovidepatientswithmorecomprehensiveandpersonalizedtreatmentoptions.PatientsmaybenefitfromacombinationofconventionalWesternmedicine,Chinesemedicine,andotheralternativetherapiestoachieveoptimalhealthoutcomes.Theuseofintegrativemedicinecanalsopotentiallyreducehealthcarecostsandimprovepatientsatisfaction.

1.HealthyDiet:Maintainingadietthatislowinsodium,addedsugars,andsaturatedandtransfatscanhelptolowerbloodpressure.TheDietaryApproachestoStopHypertension(DASH)diet,whichemphasizesfruits,vegetables,wholegrains,leanprotein,andlow-fatdairyproducts,hasbeenshowntobeeffectiveinreducingbloodpressure.
