那么業(yè)務員在回復這類詢盤時要提防,且先不要問東問西,應當迅速整理報價,包括產(chǎn)品規(guī)格、材料、包裝、貨期、打樣時間、付款條件等。回復一定要簡單明白,盡量以公司的名義回復,這會給客戶留下好印象。

2.客戶詢盤后,要做到精準匹配,也就是業(yè)務員要根據(jù)客戶的需求匹配最適合客戶的產(chǎn)品,而不是把最貴的產(chǎn)品給到客戶。
