/建筑安裝工程保險附加條款中英文比照版1空運費擴(kuò)展條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，鑒于被保險人已繳付了附加的保險費，本保險擴(kuò)展承?？者\費。但該空運費須和本保險單項下予以賠償?shù)谋ｋU財產(chǎn)的損失有關(guān)。且本條款項下的空運費的最高賠償金額在保險期限內(nèi)不得超過以下列明限額。若保險財產(chǎn)的保額不足,本條款項下空運費的賠償金額按比例削減。本保險單所載其它條件不變。免賠額：____________________最高賠償限額：_________________每次事故賠償限額：_____________附加保險費：____________________1AirfreightClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthatsubjecttotheInsuredhavingpaidtheagreedextrapremium,thisinsuranceshallbeextendedtocoverextrachargesforairfreight.ProvidedalwaysthatsuchextrachargesshallbeincurredinconnectionwithanylossofordamagetotheinsureditemsrecoverableunderthePolicy.ProvidedfurtherthatthemaximumamountpayableunderthisEndorsementinrespectofairfreightshallnotexceedtheamountstatedbelowduringtheperiodofinsurance.Ifthesum(s)insuredofthedamageditem(s)is(are)lessthantheamount(s)requiredtobeinsured,theamountpayableunderthisEndorsementforsuchextrachargesshallbereducedinthesameproportion.ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.Deductible:LimitofIndemnity(anyoneoccurrence):AggregateLimitofIndemnity:Extrapremium:注：在運用該條款時應(yīng)規(guī)定每次事故免賠額、每次事故賠償限額、累計賠償限額并加收保費。2自動復(fù)原保額條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，假如發(fā)生本保險單其次部分的有效索賠，如本公司或被保險人沒有相反的書面聲明，則因損失而削減的賠償限額將自動復(fù)原。被保險人同意依據(jù)原定費率補(bǔ)交至保險終止之日止損失金額部分的日比例附加保險費。本保險單所載其它條件不變。2AutomaticReinstatementofAmountClauseItisunderstoodandagreedthatintheeventofanyvalidclaimpayableunderSectionIIofthisPolicyandintheabsenceofwrittennoticebytheCompanyortheInsuredtothecontrarytheamountofLimitofIndemnityreducedbylossistobeautomaticallyreinstatedasfromthedatesoreinstated.TheInsuredundertakestopaypro-rataadditionalpremiumattheoriginalrateontheamountofanylosstotheexpiryofthePeriodofInsurance.ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.注：此條款可廣泛運用。3庫房特別條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，只有在被保險人將工棚、庫房落址在工地四周高于最近20年記載中最高水位的地方，并且每一工棚、庫房或間隔50米，或由防火墻分隔的狀況下,本公司對被保險人因火災(zāi)，洪水干脆或間接造成工棚、庫房的損失和由此產(chǎn)生的責(zé)任負(fù)責(zé)賠償。雙方進(jìn)一步同意，本公司對被保險人每次事故的賠償限額為：每一庫房：。每一單獨存貨單位：。本保險單所載其它條件不變。3CampsandStoresClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthattheInsurersshallonlyindemnifytheInsuredforloss,damageorliabilitydirectlyorindirectlycausedtocampsandstoresbyfire,floodorinundationifthesecampsandstoresarelocatedabovethehighestwaterlevelrecordedanywhereonthesiteduringthelast20yearsandtheindividualstorageunitsareeitheratleast50mapartorseparatedbyfirewalls.ItisalsoagreedthattheInsurershallindemnitytheinsuredforanyoneoccurrenceonlyuptoalimitofindemnityofforcamps,foreachindividualstorageunit.ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.注：在運用該條款時應(yīng)規(guī)定保險人賠償被保險人工棚每次事故的限額，并規(guī)定每一獨立的庫房每次事故的限額?？蓮V泛運用。4建筑、安裝施工機(jī)具、設(shè)備擴(kuò)展條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，鑒于被保險人已繳付了附加的保險費，本保險擴(kuò)展承保本保險單所附明細(xì)表第一部分列明的建筑或安裝施工機(jī)具、設(shè)備的損失，但不負(fù)責(zé)賠償：1、建筑或安裝施工機(jī)具、設(shè)備由于內(nèi)在的機(jī)械及電氣故障引起的損失；2、領(lǐng)有公共運輸行駛執(zhí)照的車、船及飛機(jī)的損失。建筑、安裝施工機(jī)具、設(shè)備應(yīng)以該機(jī)具、設(shè)備的重置價投保,該重置價是指重置同型號，同負(fù)載的新設(shè)備所需費用。本保險單所載其它條件不變?？偙ｋU金額：______________年費率：______________保險期限：自___________至_____________附加保險費：______________每次事故免賠額：__________，或損失金額的20%，以高者為準(zhǔn)。4Construction/ErectionMachineryClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthatsubjecttotheInsuredhavingpaidtheagreedextrapremium,thecoverunderSectionlofthePolicyshallbeextendedtoincludelossofordamagetotheconstruction/erectionmachinerymentionedintheattachedlistofmachinery,excludinghowever1.lossordamageduetoelectricalormechanicalbreakdown,failure,breakageorderangement,freezingorcoolantorotherfluid,defectivelubricationorlackoroilorcoolant,butifasaconsequenceorsuchbreakdownorderangementanaccidentoccurscausingexternaldamage,suchconsequentialdamageshallbeindemnifiable.2.lossofordamagetovehicleslicensedforgeneralroaduseorwaterbornevesselsoraircraft.Thesumsinsuredonconstruction/erectionmachineryshallbetheirreplacementvalues,whichshallmeanthecostofreplacementoreachinsureditembyanewitemofthesamekindandthesamecapacity.Thisclauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.TotalSuminsured:AnnualPremium:PeriodofInsurance:fromtoDeductible(anyoneoccurrence):or20%ofthelossamount,whicheverishigher.ExtraPremium:注：在運用該條款時，須在保單明細(xì)表中列明投保施工機(jī)具和全部投保機(jī)具的金額，施工機(jī)具一般按年度費率收取，規(guī)定保險期限和免賠額并加收保費。5建筑材料特別條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，只有在被保險人的建筑材料超過3天的用量,且超過此用量的材料放置在最近10年未遭受洪水或水災(zāi)侵害的地方的狀況下，本公司對被保險人因洪水或水災(zāi)干脆或間接造成建筑材料的損失及由此產(chǎn)生的責(zé)任負(fù)責(zé)賠償。本保險單所載其它條件不變。5ConstructionMaterialClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthattheInsurersshallonlyindemnifytheInsuredforloss,damageorliabilitydirectlyorindirectlycausedtoconstructionmaterialbyfloodandinundationifsuchconstructionmaterialdoesnotexceedthreedays'demandandtheexceedingquantitiesarekeptinareasnotendangeredby10-yearfloods.ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.注：該條款主要規(guī)定施工用材料應(yīng)妥當(dāng)堆放，防止水災(zāi)對建筑材料的影響?？蓮V泛運用。6施工用機(jī)具特別條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，只有在被保險人施工結(jié)束后，或任何施工中斷時的施工用機(jī)具放置在最近20年未遭受洪水或水災(zāi)侵害的地方的狀況下，本公司對被保險人因洪水或水災(zāi)干脆或間接造成施工用機(jī)具的損失及由此產(chǎn)生的責(zé)任負(fù)責(zé)賠償。本保險單所載其它條件不變。6ConstructionPlant,EquipmentandMachineryClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthattheinsurersshallonlyindemnifytheinsuredforloss,damageorliabilitydirectlyorindirectlycausedtoconstructionplant,equipmentandmachinerybyfloodandinundationif,aftertheexecutionofworksorincaseofanyinterruption,suchconstructionplant,equipmentandmachineryarekeptinanareanotendangeredby20-yearfloods.ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.注：該條款主要針對施工用機(jī)器設(shè)備的放置提出了防止水災(zāi)的要求?？蓮V泛運用。7工程完工部分?jǐn)U展條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，鑒于被保險人已繳付了附加的保險費，本保險擴(kuò)展承保本保險單明細(xì)表中物質(zhì)損失項下保險財產(chǎn)在保險期限內(nèi)施工過程中造成已交付運用或已被接收部分的損失。本保險單所載其它條件不變。附加保險費:_______________7ContractworktakenOverorPutintoServiceClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthatsubjecttotheInsuredhavingpaidtheagreedextrapremium,theinsuranceshallbeextendedtocover--lossofordamagetopartsoftheinsuredcontractworkstakenoverorputintoserviceifsuchlossordamageemanatesfromtheconstructionoftheitemsinsuredundersectionIandhappensduringtheperiodofcover.ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.Extrapremium:.注：該條款擴(kuò)展被保險人已完工的財產(chǎn)損失，但需加收保費。8契約責(zé)任擴(kuò)展條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，鑒于被保險人已繳付了附加的保險費，本公司負(fù)責(zé)賠償被保險人因契約責(zé)任而應(yīng)擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)膶θ魏蔚谌呷松韨黾柏敭a(chǎn)損失賠償責(zé)任，但不得超過本保險單第三者責(zé)任項下規(guī)定的賠償限額。被保險人必需將有關(guān)契約向本公司申報，并得到本公司的書面認(rèn)可。本保險單所載其它條件不變。附加保險費：____________8ContractualLiabilityClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthatsubjecttotheInsuredhavingpaidtheagreedextrapremium,theInsurersshallindemnifytheInsuredagainstanyclaimmadeinrespectofliabilityassumedbytheInsuredunderanycontractoragreementforbodilyinjuryofand/orpropertydamagetoanythirdpartysubjecttothelimitofindemnitystipulatedunderSectionIIofthePolicyprovidedthatsuchcontractoragreementhasbeendeclaredtoandapprovedinwritingbytheInsurers.Thisclauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.ExtraPremium:______________注：該條款在擴(kuò)展契約責(zé)任時，應(yīng)明確被保險人和第三方有哪些契約，并加收保費。9交叉責(zé)任擴(kuò)展條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意,鑒于被保險人已繳付了附加的保險費,本保險單第三者責(zé)任項下的保障范圍將適用于本保險單明細(xì)表列明的全部被保險人,就如同每一被保險人均持有一份獨立的保險單,但本公司對被保險人不擔(dān)當(dāng)以下賠償責(zé)任:(一)已在或可在本保險單物質(zhì)損失部分投保的財產(chǎn)損失,包括因免賠額,或賠償限額規(guī)定不予賠償?shù)膿p失;(二)已在雇主責(zé)任保險項下投保的被保險人的雇員的疾病或人身傷亡。本公司對全部被保險人由一次事故或同一事由引起的數(shù)次事故擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)娜控?zé)任不得超過保險單明細(xì)表中列明的每次事故賠償限額。本保險單所載其它條件不變。附加保險費:_________________9CrossLiabilityClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthatsubjecttotheInsuredhavingpaidtheagreedextrapremium,theThirdPartyLiabilitycoverofthePolicyshallapplytotheinsuredpartiesnamedintheScheduleasifaseparatepolicyhadbeenissuedtoeachparty,providedthattheInsurersshallnotindemnifytheInsuredunderthisEndorsementinrespectofliabilityfor1.lossofordamagetoitemsinsuredorinsurableundersectionIofthePolicy,everifnotrecoverableduetoanexcessoranylimit,2.fatalornon-fatalinjuryorillnessofemployeesorworkmenwhoareorcouldhavebeeninsuredunderEmployers'Liabilityinsurance.TheInsurers'totalliabilityinrespectoftheinsuredpartiesshallnothoweverexceedintheaggregateforanyoneaccidentorseriesofaccidentsarisingoutofoneeventthelimitofindemnitystatedintheSchedule.ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,ConditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.Extrapremium:注：該條款對于各被保險人之間發(fā)生第三者責(zé)任事故時，互不追償，如同各被保險人均持有一份獨立的保單，但須加收保費。10大壩、水庫工程特別除外條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，本公司對被保險人在工程建設(shè)中發(fā)生的下列損失和費用不負(fù)責(zé)賠償：(一)對軟石地域灌漿或?qū)嵭衅渌匾钠桨泊胧?二)排水費用,即使水量遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過原來的估計；(三)排水系統(tǒng)的故障、損壞引起的，且若有足夠的備用設(shè)備則可以避開的損失；(四)因增加防水隔離措施，以及增加排放流水和地下水的設(shè)備而發(fā)生的費用；(五)基礎(chǔ)不實造成地陷引起的損失；(六)裂縫和滲漏。本保險單所載其它條件不變。10DamsandWaterReservoirsClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthattheInsurersshallnotindemnifytheInsuredinrespectof1.groutingofsoftrockareasand/orotheradditionalsafetymeasureseveniftheirnecessityarisesonlyduringconstruction,2.expensesincurredfordewateringevenifthequantitiesofwateroriginallyexpectedareexceededsubstantially,3.lossordamageduetobreakdownofthedewateringsystemifsuchbreakdowncouldhavebeenavoidedbysufficientstand-byfacilities,4.expensesincurredforadditionalsealingorwaterproofingandadditionalfacilitiesforthedischargeofrun-offand/orundergroundwater,5.lossordamageduetosubsidenceifcausedbyinsufficientcompacting,6.cracksandleakage.ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.注：該條款為限制性條款，限制保險人的責(zé)任，可廣泛運用。11鉆井工程特別條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，鉆井工程的責(zé)任范圍將限制在下列風(fēng)險引起的損失:(一)地震、火山爆發(fā)、海嘯;(二)暴風(fēng)雨、龍卷風(fēng)、洪水、滑坡;(三)井噴或形成坑狀;(四)火災(zāi)、爆炸;(五)自涌水流;(六)實踐中無法克服的泥漿損失;(七)實踐中無法克服的洞孔塌方或由于異樣，或頁巖膨脹導(dǎo)致洞壁塌方。本公司的賠償以導(dǎo)致棄井后果的上述風(fēng)險出現(xiàn)時已發(fā)生的鉆井費用(含材料)為限。被保險人應(yīng)擔(dān)當(dāng)以下列明的每次事故免賠額。特別除外條件：本公司不負(fù)責(zé)賠償(一)鉆機(jī)及鉆井設(shè)備的損失(鉆井商可為此支配其它特別的保險);(二)各種打撈費用;(三)為復(fù)原鉆井狀態(tài)而進(jìn)行修正、探討檢查(包括酸處理、斷面切除等促進(jìn)工作)所發(fā)生的費用。本保險單所載其它條件不變。每次事故免賠額：____________，或損失金額的20%，以高者為準(zhǔn)。11DrillingWorkForWaterWellsClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthatthecoverforwelldrillingworkshallberestrictedtolossordamageduetoorresultingfromthefollowingnamedperils:1.Earthquake,volcanism,tsunami2.Storm,cyclone,flood,inundation,landslide3.Blow-outand/orcratering4.Fire/explosion5.Artesianwaterflow6.Mudloss,whichcannotbeovercomebyknownpractice7.Collapseofholeincludingcollapseofcasingduetoabnormalpressureorheavinghales,whichcannotbeovercomebyknownpracticeTheindemnityshallbecalculatedonthebasisofthecosts(includingmaterial)spentfordrillingthewelluptotheverymomentwhenthefirstphenomenaoftheaboveperilsareapparentandthewellhastobeabandonedduetoahazardinsuredagainst.

Specialexclusions:TheInsurersshallnotbeliablefor1.lossofordamagetodrillingriganddrillingequipment(forwhichthedrillingcontractormayconcludeaspecialinsurance).2.costsoffishingoperationsofallkinds,3.costsofreconditioningandworkoveroperationstorestorewellconditionsincludingallstimulationwork(acidizing,fracturing,etc).Deductible(anyoneoccurrence):or20%ofthelossamount,whicheverishigherThisclauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.注：本條款只適用于鉆井工程的施工中發(fā)生的損失，并應(yīng)規(guī)定每次事故的免賠額。12地震除外條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，本公司對被保險人干脆或間接因地震引起的損失和責(zé)任不負(fù)責(zé)賠償。本保險單所載其它條件不變。12ExclusionofEarthquakeClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthattheInsurersshallnotindemnifytheInsuredforloss,damageorliabilitydirectlyorindirectlycausedbyorresultingfromearthquake.ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.注：該條款為限制性條款，限制保險人的責(zé)任，由于工程險主條款承保地震風(fēng)險，因此，假如項目所在地屬于地震高發(fā)區(qū)域，應(yīng)附加該條款。13洪水除外條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，本公司對被保險人干脆或間接因洪水引起的損失和責(zé)任不負(fù)責(zé)賠償。本保險單所載其它條件不變。13ExclusionofFloodandInundationClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthattheInsurersshallnotindemnifytheInsuredforloss,damageorliabilitydirectlyorindirectlycausedbyorresultingfromfloodandinundation.ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.注：該條款為限制性條款，限制被保險人的責(zé)任?？蓮V泛運用。14農(nóng)作物、森林除外條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，本公司對被保險人在工程施工期間干脆或間接造成農(nóng)作物、森林以及其它養(yǎng)殖類的損失或責(zé)任不負(fù)責(zé)賠償。本保險單所載其它條件不變。14ExclusionofCrops,ForestsandCulturesClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthattheInsurersshallnotindemnifytheInsuredforloss,damageorliabilitydirectlyorindirectlycausedtocrops,forestsand/oranyculturesduringtheexecutionofthecontractworks.ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.注：該條款為限制性條款，限制保險人的責(zé)任?？蓮V泛運用。15原有建筑物和四周財產(chǎn)擴(kuò)展條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，鑒于被保險人已繳付了附加的保險費，本保險單明細(xì)表物質(zhì)損失項下依據(jù)本擴(kuò)展條款規(guī)定承保被保險財產(chǎn)在建筑、安裝過程中由于振動、移動或減弱支撐、地下水位降低、基礎(chǔ)加固、隧道挖掘，以及其它涉及支撐因素或地下土的施工而造成以下列明的建筑物突然的、不行預(yù)料的物質(zhì)損失。作為本公司擔(dān)當(dāng)賠償責(zé)任的先決條件,被保險人在工程開工前應(yīng)向本公司供應(yīng)書面報告以證明被保險工程開工前原有建筑及四周財產(chǎn)的狀況良好，并已實行了必要的平安措施。本公司不負(fù)責(zé)賠償：1、因工程設(shè)計錯誤造成下述建筑物的損失；2、既不損害建筑物的穩(wěn)固又不危及運用者平安的裂縫損失。工程建設(shè)期間，若須要實行進(jìn)一步的平安措施，該項費用由被保險人自己擔(dān)當(dāng)。本條款承保的建筑物(或后附清單)：本保險單所載其它條件不變。最高賠償限額：_____________每次事故賠償限額：_____________每次事故免賠額：_____________或損失金額的20%，以高者為準(zhǔn)。附加保險費：_____________15ExistingStructuresand/orSurroundingPropertyClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthatsubjecttotheInsuredhavingpaidtheagreedextrapremium,thecoverunderSectionIshallbeextendedaccordingtothefollowingprovisionstocoversuddenandunforeseenphysicallossofordamagetothestructuresstatedbelowcausedbyorarisingoutoftheconstructionorerectionoftheitemsinsuredunderSectionI,e.g.duetovibration,removalorweakeningofsupport,loweringofgroundwater,underpinning,tunnellingorotheroperationsinvolvingsupportingelementsorthesubsoil.Lossofordamagetothestructuresstatedbelowshallonlybecoveredifpriortothecommencementoftheworkstheirconditionisfoundtobesatisfactoryand/orthenecessarysafetymeasureshavebeentaken.TheInsuredshallproducetheInsurersareportstatingtheconditionofthestructuresbeforethebeginningoftheworks.Thefollowingshallbeexcluded:1.lossordamageattributabletoerrorsoromissionsinthedesigningoftheworks;2.lossordamageconsistingincracksthatimpairneitherthestabilityofthestructurenorthesafetyofitsusers.Shouldfurthersafetymeasuresbecomenecessaryduringconstruction,theexpensesincurredforsuchmeasuresshallnotbeindemnifiableunderthePolicy.StructuresforwhichthisEndorsementisapplicable:ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.Limitofindemnity:anyoneoccurrenceAggregatelimitofindemnity:Deductible(anyoneoccurrence):or20%ofthelossamount,whicheverishigher.Extrapremium:.注：在運用原有建筑物時，應(yīng)附上承保建筑物的清單，規(guī)定每次事故賠償限額、累計賠償限額、每次事故免賠額并加收保費16擴(kuò)展責(zé)任保證期擴(kuò)展條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，鑒于被保險人已繳付了附加的保險費，本保險擴(kuò)展承保以下列明的保證期內(nèi)因被保險的承包人為履行工程合同在進(jìn)行修理保養(yǎng)的過程中所造成的保險工程的損失，以及在完工證書簽出前的建筑或安裝期內(nèi)由于施工緣由導(dǎo)致保證期內(nèi)發(fā)生的保險工程的損失。本保險單所載其它條件不變。保證期限:___________個月附加保險費:_________________16ExtendedMaintenanceClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthatsubjecttotheInsuredhavingpaidtheagreedextrapremium,thisinsuranceshallbeextendedforthemaintenanceperiodspecifiedhereundertocoverlossofordamagetothecontractworks--causedbytheinsuredcontractor(s)inthecourseoftheoperationscarriedoutforthepurposeofcomplyingwiththeobligationsunderthemaintenanceprovisionsofthecontract,--occurringduringthemaintenanceperiodprovidedsuchlossordamagewascausedonthesiteduringtheconstructionperiodbeforethecertificateofcompletionforthelostordamagedsectionwasissued.ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.Maintenancecover:fromtoExtrapremium:.注：在運用該條款時應(yīng)留意保險期限應(yīng)標(biāo)明保證期限，擴(kuò)展保證期責(zé)任應(yīng)加收保費。保證期一般不應(yīng)超過12個月。保證期對于火災(zāi)、爆炸以及自然災(zāi)難造成的損失不負(fù)責(zé)任。對于第三者責(zé)任也不負(fù)責(zé)任。17特別費用擴(kuò)展條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，鑒于被保險人已繳付了附加的保險費，本保險擴(kuò)展承保下列特別費用，即：加班費、夜班費、節(jié)假日加班費以及快運費(不包括空運費)。但該特別費用須和本保險單項下予以賠償?shù)谋ｋU財產(chǎn)的損失有關(guān)。且本條款項下特別費用的最高賠償金額在保險期限內(nèi)不超過以下列明限額。若
