dent:凹坑Adepressioninasurfacecausedbypressureorimpact.受壓力或沖擊造成表面的下陷。Forexample:LefthorizontalstabilizeroutboardleadingedgeatWL368.25dentedapproximately2inchesindiameter.(Areamarkedinred)左水平安定面外側(cè)前緣水平站位368.25處有直徑為2英寸的凹坑（已用紅筆標出）。Removedlefthorizontalstabilizerleadingedge.ReformeddentbacktoitsoriginalcontourwithreferencetoSRMNDTinspectionrevealedcrack..CarriedoutpermanentrepairinaccordancewithSRM拆下左水平安定面前緣，根據(jù)SRM—對其進行整形，NDT檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)損傷處有裂紋，按照SRM—完成永久性修復(fù)。

(2)notch:凹槽A“V”shapedcutorprotrusionV字形的切口或者突起Forexample:ForwardL1entrydoornumber1floorpanelhasa1-inchnotch6inchesfromtheforwardrightedge.左1號登機門過道一號地板離右前邊緣6英寸處有一條1槽。DetailedinspectioncarriedoutwithreferencetoSRMnodelaminationnoted.CarriedoutpermanentrepairbyfillingdamagedareawithpottingcompoundBMS-287withreferencetoSRM.根據(jù)SRM—詳細檢查該區(qū)域，沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)其它缺陷，根據(jù)SRM—進行永久性修理，對損傷部位填充BMS-287填充劑。

(3)deform:變形Tomisshapetheoriginalform原有的形狀發(fā)生變化Forexample:Leftwingnumber2-fuelaccessdoorisdeformed.左大翼二號油箱蓋板變形。Replacednumber2deformedaccessdoorinaccordancewithAMMCarriedoutfuelleakcheckinaccordancewithAMMwithnodefectsnoted.根據(jù)AMM—更換左大翼二號油箱蓋板，按照AMM—的要求進行滲漏測試，檢查正常。

(4)nick:劃痕Ashallownotch,cut,orindentationonasurface.表面上的較淺的刻槽、刻痕或缺口。Forexample:Rightenvironmentalcontrolsystem(ECS)accessdoor,afterrightcornerhas4nicksonexternalsurface.Areamarkedinred.右空調(diào)艙門右后角表面有四條刻痕（已用紅筆標出）。

DetailedinspectioncarriedoutwithreferencetoSRMnodelaminationnoted.CarriedoutpermanentrepairbyfillingnickswithfiberglassandepoxyresinBMS-387withreferencetoSRM.根據(jù)SRM—詳細檢查該區(qū)域，沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)分層。按照SRM—進行永久性修理，使用玻璃纖維及環(huán)氧樹脂BMS-387填平刻痕。

(5)pitting:點腐蝕/砂眼Smallcavities,depressionsorscarsonasurface.表面上的較小的空穴，凹陷或凹痕。Forexample:Leftmainlandinggearnumber1brakealuminumhydrauliclinehaspitting.左起落架一號剎車鋁液壓管發(fā)現(xiàn)點腐蝕。Replacedleftmainlandinggearnumber1brakealuminumhydrauliclinewithserviceablehydrauliclineinaccordancewithAMM根據(jù)AMM—更換左起落架一號剎車鋁液壓管。

(6)broken:斷裂Forciblyseparatedintotwoormorepieces.被分成兩半或更多塊Forexample:Flightdeckentrancedoorhasbrokendoorlatchandwillnotlock.駕駛艙門鎖銷斷裂，鎖不上。ReplacedbrokendoorlatchonflightdeckentrancedoorinaccordancewithAMMOperationalandfunctionalcheckgood.根據(jù)AMM—更換駕駛艙門鎖銷，操作檢查正常。

(7)corrode:腐蝕Todissolveorwearawaygraduallybychemicalaction.氧化或化學(xué)污染造成金屬表面逐見破壞的化學(xué)反應(yīng)。Forexample:Floorbeamatbodystation360andwbl25.1hasmoderatecorrosion2inchesinlengthand1inchindiameter.機身戰(zhàn)位360和機身水平站位25.1處的地板梁有中度腐蝕（長2英寸，直徑一英寸）。RemovedcorrodedareabygrindingandpolishinginaccordancewithSRM.NDTrevealedremainingthicknessoutoflimit.CarriedoutpermanentfloorbeamrepairinaccordancewithattachedBoeingTELEX530092-23andattachedGamecoengineeringorder53-099-84.根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)修理手冊—打磨去除腐蝕。NDT檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)該地板梁厚度超標。根據(jù)波音電傳530092-23及GAMECO工程指令53-098-84，對該地板梁進行永久性修復(fù)。

(8)scratch:劃傷Athinshallowcutormarkonasurface表面的薄而淺的切口或痕跡。Forexample:Leftcabinexternalwindowsnumbered12,16,17,21and27arescratched(obstructingview)左客艙外部12＃、16＃、17＃、21＃、27＃窗戶被劃傷（阻礙視線）。Replacedleftcabinexternalwindowswithserviceablewindowsinpositions12,16,17,21and27inaccordancewithAMMPressurizedaircraftandleakcheckisOK.根據(jù)AMM—更換左客艙外部12＃、16＃、17＃、21＃、27＃窗戶玻璃，增壓檢查正常，無滲露。

(9)crack:裂紋/龜裂Tobreakapartwithoutdividingintotwoparts.裂開但沒有分成兩部分的破裂。Forexample:Number2enginefuelcontrolcablelocatedatBodyStation360andWaterBodyLine25.7hascrackedturnbuckle.位于機身戰(zhàn)位360和機身水平站位25.7的二號發(fā)動機燃油控制鋼索松緊螺套有裂紋。ReplacedcrackedturnbucklewithnewturnbuckleinaccordancewithAMMTravelandfunctionalcheckcarriedoutinaccordancewithAMM,nodefectsnoted.根據(jù)AMM—更換有裂紋的松緊螺套。按照AMM的要求進行行程及功能測試，檢查正常。

(10)burr:毛刺Aroughedgeremainingonmetalorothermaterialafterithasbeencutordrilled被切割或鉆孔后留在金屬或其他材料上的粗糙的邊緣.Forexample:Externalfuselagerepairatbodystation727andstringer9R~11Rhasburrsatalldrillholes.位于機身站位727和長桁9R~11R的外部機身修理的所有鉆孔邊緣有毛刺。RemovedburrswithrotaryfileinaccordancewithstandardpracticesandSRM.根據(jù)標準施工手冊及結(jié)構(gòu)修理手冊—的要求打磨去除毛刺。

(11)chafe:擦傷Towearawaybyrubbing.因為摩擦而損壞。Forexample:Forwardcargocompartmentaftercornerthresholdchafedbycargodoor.前貨艙門檻的后下角因與貨艙門相磨導(dǎo)致擦傷。Forwardcargodooruppersupportbracketworn.ReplacedsupportbracketinaccordancewithAMMeliminatedchafing.檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)前貨艙門上支架磨損，根據(jù)AMM—更換該支架。

(12)protrude:凸起/突出Topushoutward.向外伸出。Forexample:Forwardexternalfuselageservicingdoorstopisprotrudingthroughaccessdoor.前外機身勤務(wù)門止動點凸起。RepairedforwardexternalfuselageservicingaccessdoortooriginalcontourwithreferencetoSRM.AdjusteddoorstoptoeliminateprotrusioninaccordancewithAMM.根據(jù)SRM—修理前外機身勤務(wù)門，按照AMM—的要求調(diào)節(jié)該門的止動點。

(13)sag:凹陷Tosink,droop,orsettlefrompressureorweight.因壓力或重力而下沉，下垂或下陷。Forexample:Aftercargocompartmentoverheadceilingpanelsaresagging.后貨艙天花板凹陷。Detailedinspectionrevealedceilingpanelscrewholesworn.ReplacedunserviceablesaggingceilingpanelswithnewasreferencedinAMM.詳細檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)后貨艙天花板安裝螺釘孔磨損。根據(jù)AMM—更換該天花板。

(14)rough:粗糙Havingabumpy,unevensurface.表面不平坦，有起伏。Forexample:Theprotectivefinishisroughatthenumber1engineinboardpylon.一號發(fā)動機吊架內(nèi)部的保護層粗糙。Removedroughprotectivefinishatthenumber1engineinboardpyloninaccordancewithSRM.Applied2coatsofenameltorestoreprotectivefinishwithreferencetoSRM.根據(jù)SRM—拆下一號發(fā)動機吊架內(nèi)部的保護層，按照SRM—的要求涂兩層瓷釉以恢復(fù)該保護層。

(17)entrapped(water):積/含（水）Tocollectinanarea.水或水汽在某區(qū)域內(nèi)聚集。Forexample:Aftercargocompartmentforwardbilgeareaatbodystation840hasentrappedpotablewater.后貨艙在機身戰(zhàn)位840處的前部區(qū)域有積水。Detailedinspectionfoundpressuredrainvalveclogged.Removed，cleanedandreinstalledpressuredrainvalveinaccordancewithAMMRemovedresidualentrappedpotablewater.詳細檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)該處排水活門堵塞。根據(jù)AMM—拆下并清潔該排水活門后重裝，并清潔該處的積水。

(18)oxidize:氧化Thecontainingofoxygenusuallycausedbynaturalelements.物質(zhì)的原子失去電子的化學(xué)反應(yīng)，也就是物質(zhì)和氧化合的過程，如金屬的生銹等等。Forexample:E-3rackloweraftercornerisheavilyoxidized.E-3架后下角氧化嚴重。RemovedoxidationatthecornerofE-3rackinaccordancewithSRM.根據(jù)SRM—去除E-3架后下角的氧化。

(19)distort:扭曲Totwistoutofaproperornaturalstate.因受到扭力而導(dǎo)致原有的形狀發(fā)生改變。Forexample:Accesspanel2145Jtoleftwingnumber3slatactuatordistorted.左大翼3號縫翼作動筒的接近面板2145J扭曲。Replacedaccesspanel21458withnewpanelinaccordancewithstandardpracticesandAMM.Originalpaneldeclaredscrap,taggedpanelasmuchandroutedtoMSCtoreturntocustomer.根據(jù)標準施工手冊及AMM—更換21458蓋板。舊件掛牌送航材處理。

(20)(notin)contour:外形/輪廓翹起Ashapeoroutlineisdeformed.形狀或外形輪廓變形。Forexample:Afterlowercornerofafterfuselageexternalservicingdoorisnotincontourwiththefuselage.后機身外勤務(wù)門后下角翹起。AdjustedafterfuselageexternalservicingdoortocontouroffuselageinaccordancewithAMM.根據(jù)AMM—調(diào)節(jié)后機身外勤務(wù)門正常。

(21)puncture:穿孔/扎傷Topiercewithapointedobject.被尖銳的物體刺穿。Forexample:Number4tireispunctured.四號輪胎扎傷。Replacednumber4puncturedtirewithserviceablewheelassemblyinaccordancewithAMM.Pressurechecknormal.根據(jù)AMM—更換四號輪胎，檢查壓力正常。

(22)chip:碎屑Asmallpiecebrokenandmissingfromasurface.從表面剝落的小碎片。Forexample:Startermagneticchipdetectorhasevidenceofmetalchips.起動機磁性堵塞上發(fā)現(xiàn)有明顯的金屬屑。RemovedmetalchipsfromstarterMCD.Drainedandreplacedoil,operationandleakcheckgoodinaccordancewithAMM.Reinspectnext“A”checkasperattachedEO80-003-1.去除起動機磁性堵塞上的金屬屑，更換起動機的滑油。根據(jù)AMM—操作檢查正常，無滲漏。根據(jù)EO80-003-1，下個“A”檢重復(fù)檢查。

(23)erode:風蝕/風化Towearasurfaceawaybyweathering,abrasion,orforeignparticle.因天氣或外來顆粒等原因?qū)е卤砻姹荒ノg。Forexample:Number1engineintakecowlingeroded360degrees,2inchesinwidthfromcenterofforwardleadingedge.一號發(fā)動機進氣道周邊風蝕（2英寸寬）。RemovederosionbypolishingsurfacewithreferencetoSRM.NDTinspectionrevealed0.02inchesofmaterialremoved,remainingmaterial0.23ofaninchwithinlimitstoSRM.根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)修理手冊—拋光該處表面以去除風蝕。NDT檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)該處厚度減少0.02英寸，尚余0.23英寸，在SRM—規(guī)定的范圍內(nèi)。

(24)mildew:發(fā)霉Afungusgrowth.有機質(zhì)滋生霉菌而變質(zhì)，常見白色的生長物。Forexample:Forwardcargocompartmentinsulationblanketsinafterfloorareaaremoistandhavemildew.前貨艙后部區(qū)域隔熱棉潮濕發(fā)霉。EliminatedmildewandmoistureofforwardcargocompartmentinsulationblanketsinafterfloorareabyfabricatingandinstallingnewinaccordancewithSRMandAMM.根據(jù)SRM—和AMM—制作并安裝新的隔熱棉，除去前貨艙后部區(qū)域潮濕發(fā)霉的隔熱棉。

(25)delaminate:分層Theactofseparatingintolayers.壓合在一起的材料互相脫離或分開。Forexample:Noseradomedelaminatedfromimpactof“bird-strike”.前雷達罩因鳥撞導(dǎo)致分層。RemoveddelaminatedcoresectionandreplacedwithnewwithreferencetoSRMimpacttestcarriedout.NoseradomeOKforservice.根據(jù)SRM—更換分層的核心部分并進行沖擊測試，檢查正常。

(26)deteriorate:老化Thediminishorimpairinquality,character,orvalue.橡膠、塑料等高分子化合物，在光、熱、空氣、機械力等的作用下，變得黏軟或硬脆。Forexample:Number2enginetopylonfiresealdeteriorated.二號發(fā)動機吊架防火封嚴老化。Replacednumber2enginetopylondeterioratedfiresealwithnewsealinaccordancewithAMM.根據(jù)AMM—更換二號發(fā)動機吊架防火封嚴。

(27)wrinkle:起皺Afurrow,ridgeorcreaseonanormallysmoothsurface.正常的平滑的表面上出現(xiàn)的皺紋，或折痕。Forexample:Forwardgalleywallatflightdeckentrancehasareasofwrinkledwallpaper.駕駛艙門過道的前廚房墻紙起皺。EliminatedwrinkledwallpaperatforwardgalleywallatflightdeckentrancebyreplacingwithnewinaccordancewithstandardpracticesandAMM.根據(jù)AMM—更換駕駛艙門過道的前廚房墻紙。

(36)obstruct:堵塞Blockagebyforeignmatter.外物妨礙管道的通暢。Forexample:Afterlavatoryservicepanelinoperative,suspectobstruction.后廁所勤務(wù)面板失效，懷疑有堵塞。Detailedinspectionrevealeddrainsystemplumbingobstructedwithforeignmatter.Clearedforeignmatterfromdrainsystemplumbing,operationcheckgoodinaccordancewithAMM.詳細檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)排放管路被異物堵塞，已將排放管路中的異物清除，根據(jù)AMM—功能檢查正常。
